1.Retrospective analysis of drilling drainage for chronic subdural hematoma recurrence

Objective To explore the risk factors of the chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH) drilling drainage recurrence.Methods The clinical data of 252 CSDH patients were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent trephination and drainage treatment,there were 40 cases with postoperative recurrence of hematoma.Multivariate logistic analysis of linear regression was used to analyze the risk factors for postoperative hematoma recurrence.Results In this study,of 252 CSDH patients received trepanation and hematoma,the probability of recurrence was 15.9 % (40/252).Single factor analysis showed that the size of hematoma,CT shows the density of hematoma,postoperative drainage volume,operation time,review the CT intracranial pneumatosis,age,hematoma midline shift could increase the recurrence possibility.Logistic multivariate analysis showed that he size of hematoma,CT shows the density of hematoma,postoperative drainage volume,age were independent risk factors of recurrence of hematoma drainage in patients with CSDH after drilling.Conclusion The influence factor of recurrence of hematoma in CSDH patients received trepanation and drainage is complex,we should strengthen the intraoperative,postoperative nursing and operation to reduce postoperative recurrence of CSDH.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of huoxiangzhengqi liquid on substance P(SP)of rats.METHODS:The rats were randomly divided into trial group(huoxiangzhengqi liquid)and control group(normal saline),the gastrointestinal motility of rats were observed1hour and6hours after drenched with the corresponding drugs,levels of SP in serum,sinus ventriculi,jejunum tissues homogenate and the distributions of SP positive products in sinus ventriculi and jejunum tissues of2groups of rats were also determined.RESULTS:The gastrointestinal motility of the trial group was markedly enhanced after medication,particularly1hour after medication;Compared with the control group,levels of SP in serum,sinus ventriculi,jejunum tissues homogenate and SP positive products in sinus ventriculi,jejunum tissues had a significant increase in the trial group(P

4.Study on Protective Effects of TFBP on Human Immortalized Keratinocytes Line HaCaT

Objective To investigate the oxidative damage of lead acetate and sodium arsenite to human immortalized keratinocytes line HaCaT and the protective effects of TFBP extracted from the leaves of broussoneria papyifera. Methods Cultured immotlalized keratinocytes line HaCaT were treated by 0.1 mmol/L lead acetate and 5.0 ?mol/L sodium arsenite respectively,and 0~200 mg/L TFBP were added to the culture media at the same time. The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA?雪,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the cultured HaCaT cells were determined. The protective effects of TFBP at different concentrations were evaluated. Results 0.1 mmol/L lead acetate caused oxidative damage to HaCaT cells markedly. When the concentrations were increased to more than 100 mg/L,TFBP had certain protective effects from the damage induced by lead acetate with the decrease of the MDA levels from 4.23 ?mol/L to 1.87 ?mol/L and the increase of the SOD levels from 25.90 U/mg Pro to 37.12 U/mg Pro,while the activities of GSH-Px showed no significant change. The activities of SOD and GSH-Px were increased in the cultured cells treated by sodium arsenite with 150 mg/L and 200 mg/L TFBP. Conclusion Lead acetate and sodium arsenite could cause significant oxidative damage to HaCaT cells and TFBP had certain protective effects on the cells from the oxidative damage induced by lead acetate and sodium arsenite under the conditions of this study.
5.Treatment effects of bone marrow stem cell mobilization on rat ischemic myocardium

Objective:To investigate the potential of differentiating into myocytes of the granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G CSF) and Simvastatin mobilized bone marrow stem cells. Methods:After injection of isoprenaline(ISO) interaperitoneally to develop acute ischemic model, rat bone marrow stem cells were mobilized by G CSF and dextran sulfate sodium salt and migrated to the site of myocardial infarction. Hearts were harvested from 24 hours to 24 weeks after administration of ISO for histopathological examination.Immunohistochemisty?HE and VG stain were used to detect infiltration of CD34 + monocytes and the regeneration of myocytes and the inhibition of fibroatrophy of ischemic myocardium.Results:24 hours after administration of ISO,a large amount of infiltrative monocytes and regenerative myocytes which were CD34 positive expression could be found in the infarct zones of the G CSF treatment group,while majority of the infiltrative inflammatory cells in control group were neutrophils and there was no infiltrative cells and myocytes which were CD34 positive expression,4 weeks after administration of ISO,there were a plenty of scar in control group,but not in the treatment group.Conclusion:Rat bone marrow stem cells were mobilized by G CSF and Simvastatin,and migrated to the site of myocardial infarction,and differentiated into viable cardiomyocytes or vascular endothelial.The heart function remarkably was improved by regeneration of myocytes,inhibition of fibroatrophy and protection of ischemic myocardial structure.
6.Drug Sensitivity Test for Mycoplasma Urethritis: An Analysis of 263 Cases

OBJECTIVE To collect the document about drug sensitivity in mycoplasma-infected cases in Beijing area and to instruct drug-selecting in clinic treatment. METHODS Drug sensitivity test on 263 Mycoplasma-positive non-gonococcal urethritis(NGU)(mucopurulent cervicitis,MPC)cases was conducted. RESULTS Tetracyclines and minocycline performed the highest sensitivity(94.68%),followed by josamycin(94.30%) and doxycycline(91.63%).Lomefloxacin had the lowest sensitivity(15.59%). CONCLUSIONS Tetracyclines and macrolides can be employed as the first-choice drugs in NGU(MPC)treatment.
7.Single nucleotide polymorphism analysis of growth hormone gene in Tibet minipigs

Objective To screen genotypes of small body in Tibet minipigs by single nucleotide polymorphism analysis (SNP) of growth hormone (GH) gene.Methods The PCR products are sequenced.According to the results, SNP analysis are applied in GH gene 5′fragment of 108 Tibet minipigs .Results Five mutation points were found by comparison.The polymorphism information content of the T45C locus is highest.The results of growth traits of different genotypes showed that the abdomen of 6~8 month old Tibet minipigs of TC genotype at T 45C mutation site is small; the weight and height of 3~5 month old Tibet minipigs of AA genotype at G 84A mutation site is small; the body length and height of 6~8month old Tibet minipigs of GG genotype at G 93A mutation site is small.Conclusion The AA TC, GG genotypes of T45C, G84A, G93A mutation sites in GH gene may be associated with small body .We also found that genetic mutations always occur in the above sites with high heterozygosity and genetic diversity , which can provide rich material for breeding research .

Objective To determine ferulate acid in the compound angelica scinensis particle by RP-HPLC method.Methods The liquid chromatography was carried out using Zorbax C_ 18 (5?m,4.6mm?250mm),with detection wavelength at 320nm.The flow rate of mobile phase[5% acetic acid-methanol(75∶25)] was 1ml/min.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0141~0.450mg/ml(r=0.9997,n=5).The average recoveries was 94.87%(RSD=0.5%).Conclusion The method establishied in this paper can be adopt for the compound angelica scinensis particle.This method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.

Objective To discuss effects of Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets and Composite Saliviae Dropping Pill in treating congetive heart failure.Methods 191 patients of congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=96)and the control group(n=95).The treatment group based on therapy as the control group adds Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets(20 mg,three time per day,by mouth)and Composite.Saliviae Dropping Pill(15 grains every time,three times per day,hy mouth).The control group was treated with Aspirin,?-retarder, ACEI,diuresis,and tonify the heart and blood vessel activity drug.Results 49 patients(51.0%)were apparent, and 40 patients were effective in treatment group(41.7%),the total effective rate was92.7%; the control group's were apparent 39 patients(41.1%)were apparent,and 37 patients(38.9%)were effective in control group,the total ef- fective rate was 80.0%.The total effctive rate of two groups according to statistics(x~2=6.56,P
