Objective To evaluate the topical anesthetic effects of compound lidocaine cream ( CLC) coated endo-tracheal tube on the prevention of cough/agitation during extubation in thyroidectomy under general anesthesia . Methods 42 patients scheduled for thyroidectomy in Peking Union Medical College Hospital were continuously en -rolled in this prospective double-blinded randomized controlled trial .Patients were randomized into two groups . Group L were intubated with endotracheal tube coated with CLC , while the control group , group C with liquid par-affin .The end point of study was spontaneous or induced cough /agitation during extubation .Hemodynamic parame-ters and the consumption of opioids were recorded .Patients were followed for major complications during their stay in hospital .Results Spontaneous cough/agitation rate was lower in group L than group C ( 15% vs 65%, P<0.01 );so was induced cough/agitation (35%vs 90%, P<0.001 );the value of SBP ×HR was lower in group L at 1 min after extubation ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The topical anesthetic effects of CLC coated endotracheal tube could prevent cough and agitation during extubation in thyroidectomy under general anesthesia .

Objective: To compare the efficacy and side effects of patient-controlled intravenous morphine with epidural single bolus morphine in postoperative pain relief. Method: Sixty patients undergoing gynecological procedures under epidural anesthesia were randomly assigned to epidural morphine(EPI)group or patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) group. In the EPI group,2 mg of morphine was injected into epidural space at the end of operation. In PCIA group, 1 mg of morphine as a demand dose would be injected intravenously by the patient through a patientcontrolled analgesic delivery system until the pain relieved. The patients were followed up at 4, 8, 12, 24 h after operation, and the degree of pain, sedation, nausea and vomiting were assessed. Result: The total dosage of morphine was higher in the PCIA group(19.08?5.0 mg)than that in the EPI group(2mg,P

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of total aortic arch surgery under mild hypothermicvia single upper hemisternotomy approach. Methods:From January 2019 to July 2019, 35 patients(31 male and 4 female) with Stanford A type aortic dissection were diagnosed, who were(43.7±5.7)years old. Aortic arch surgeries were carried out under mild hypothermic via single upper hemisternotomy approach and the perioperative mortality, time of cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB), aortic cross clamp(ACC), circulation arrest(CA) and morbidity of neurological dysfunction were respectively were recorded. Results:All patients were finished aortic arch surgery under mild hypothermic single upper hemisternotomy approach, with 8.6% of mortality(3 patients died perioperation). The time of CPB, ACC and CA were respectively(202±53)min, (128±28)min and(8±3)min. There were 6 cases of transient neurological dysfunction(17.1%) and 1 case of permanent neurological dysfunction(2.9%).Conclusion:Aortic arch surgery under mild hypothermic for Standford A dissectionvia single upper hemisternotomy approach is safe and feasible.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of Sun's procedure for Stanford A type aortic dissection through single upperhemisternotomy approach ( from the Strernal Notch to the level of fourth intercostal space ) .Methods 58 patients(39 male and 19 female) with Stanford A type aortic dissection were retrospective for this study, who were(46.3 ±9. 5) years old.Sun's prcedure were carried out through single upperhemisternotomy approach and the perioperative characteris-tics were recorded. Results All patients were finished Sun's procedure through single upperhemisternotomy approach, with 5.2% of mortality(3 patients died postoperation). The time of cardiopulmonary bypass, aortic cross clamp and circulation ar-rest were respectively(181.6 ±25.5)min,(114.2 ±19.8)min and(29.0 ±5.8)min.Non serious adverse event were found after 2 to 15 months follow-up.Conclusion Sun's procedure through single upperhemisternotomy approach was one of the safe and feasible treatment for Stanford A type aortic dissection , which can reduce the operative wound and improve the patients ' satisfactory.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2020;41(2):258-260
Objective:
To explore the relationship between left-behind experience, sleep quality and depression in college students and to provide a scientific reference for improving mental health of college students.
Methods:
The stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate depression and related factors among undergraduates at two universities in Qiqihar City from November to December 2018, and the effects of left-behind experience and sleep quality on depression were analyzed.
Results:
Depression detection rate of college students in Qiqihar City was 30.62%, there was no difference in the detection rate of depression among college students of different sex( χ 2=3.15, P >0.05), depression detection rate of college students from rural area was higher than in urban students, non-only child higher than onlychild( χ 2=8.61, 8.98, P <0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression showed that left-behind mode, left-behind age, type of stay-at-home, frequency of contact with parents during stay, and sleep quality were associated with depression( OR =0.28-6.00, P <0.05).
Conclusion
Depression of college students is associated with previous left-behind experiences and sleep quality.
