This paper aims to build up a humanistic service system in hospitals and improves the moral standard and service quality of pharmaceutists.By improving leadership and humanistic quality and providing practical cases,not only morality standard but also staff's qualities have been greatly enhanced.Therefore,it is concluded the expansion of humanistic service is an effective way for hospital construction.

Tumor patients have rights of acquiring narcotic drugs reasonably.The foundation that meets the tumor patients′ demand is narcotic drugs′ supplement,availability and affording acquisition.Healthcare administrative authority should conscientiously reinforce the management and clinicians in medical institutions appropriately practice and rationally administrate the use of drugs to improve the living quality of tumor patients.

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)、matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma and the clinical significance.Methods The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF in 60 cases of tongues quamous cell carcinoma tissues and in 20 cases of normal tongues tissues were examined by immunochemistry.Results The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF was higher in tongues quamous cell carcinoma than that in normal pancreatic parenchyma.In cases with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ,the expression of two markers were significantly higher than those without lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage Ⅰ + Ⅱ (P ＜ 0.05).A positive correlation was found between the expression of VEGF and MMP-2,MMP-9 in tongues quamous cell carcinoma ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF was closely correlated with lymph nodes metastasis and TNM stage of tongues quamous cell carcinoma(P ＜ 0.05 ).VEGF and MMP-2,MMP-9 play an important role in the development of tongues quamous cell carcinoma,may cooperate with each other.

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of simethicone, mosapride combined with flupentixol-meiltracen in the treatment for functional dyspepsia(FD). MethodsThe diagnosis of functional dyspepsia patients treated according to Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) ＞ 40, Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) ＞ 17 for inclusion criteria,a total of 64 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group( simethicone,mosapride combined with flupeentixol-meiltracen) in 33 cases and the control group ( single flupenthixol melitracen) in 31cases. 2 groups of the period of treatment was 4 weeks. Evaluation before and after treatment with mood disorder scale score changes and syndrome efficacy and adverse reactions. ResultsThe treatment group after treatment, regardless of scale score change of mood disorders, syndrome treatment efficacy were significantly better than the control group,especially in the syndrome efficacy difference was significant( P ＜0.05 ,P ＜0.01 ) ;after the treatment without obvious adverse reaction. ConclusionThe simethicone, mosapride combined with flupentixol-meiltracen treatment with anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia could effectively relieve the symptoms of functional dyspepsia,and relieve the patient's psychological disorder;certainly result in fewer adverse reactions.

Objective To study the properties of K~ +-ion channel of rat parietal cells, and to approach its effects on physiological and pathological process. Method Parietal cells were isolated. Electrophysiological records of K~ +-ion channels were made through whole cell's patch clamp technique, and the properties of the channels were analyzed. Results 10mM tetraethylammonium chloride may partially block the outwardly depolarized K~ +-ion channel current. While 10mM tetraethylammonium acetate, 10mM barium chloride or 10mM barium acetate may increases the outwardly depolarized K~ +-ion channel current. Conclusion The whole cell K~ +-ion channel current of rat parietal cells showed voltage sensitive. The current-voltage relations of whole cell potassium channels of rat parietal cells are both outwardly and inwardly rectified.

Revised immunoelectron microscopic technique was used to examine G cells and D cells in rat antral mucosa. The number of colloidal gold granules in G and D cells was analysed through quantitative analysis. The results showed that immunological granules of colloidal gold distributed in both G and D cells. Gastrin- or somatostatin-labeled granules were present mainly as lobation-like or island-like congeries. Most of the golden congeries dissociated in the cytoplasm of G or D cells, being in the basement membrane side. A few of the golden congeries located in nucleus. The number of golden granules was 107. 04 ?19. 68 and 83. 36?17. 58 per one G and D cell, respectively.

Isolation of rat gastric mucosal cells was performed with scraping method followed by protease and collagenase digestion. Parietal cells were observed and identified with phase-contrast microscopy, light microscopy with hematoxylin and eosin staining, electron microscopy, fluorescence microscopy, and also immunocytochemistry technique. The diameters of parietal cells were measured. The results showed that the mucosal cells were successfully isolated, and it was confirmed that the parietal cells were the biggest cells among all the mucosal cells.

A novel flow injection chemiluminescent enhancement method for the determination of tannic acid based on luminol-KIO4-Mn2＋ system is developed. The method is simple, rapid and effective to determine tannic acid in the range of 3.0×10－8～5.0×10－6 mol/L with a detection limit of 9×10－9 mol/L. The relative standard deviation is 1.5% for the determination of 1.0×10－6 mol/L tannic acid (n=11). The mehtod has been applied to determine the content of tannic acid in Chinese gall with satisfactory results.
