Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(12):915-918
The esophageal cancer mouse models have three categories:chemical carcinogenesis model, xenograft tumor model and genetic engineering model.Chemical carcinogenesis model can simulate well the pathological processes of human esophageal cancer and is prepared simply.Xenograft tumor model is currently the most commonly used esophageal cancer animal model, which has advantages of rapid tumor formation, higher tumor formation rate and lower cost.Genetic engineering model involves mainly p53,Cyclin D1,Brca1 and p120ctn,and it helps to understand the biological characteristics of tumors, but it is expensive and the preparation time is long.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):608-611
Radiotherapy is one of the most important treatment method for esophageal cancer. Cene expression profile of cancer cells may be one of key factors in determining the effectiveness of radiation therapy To provide guidance for individual therapy, research advances in gene expression involved in radiosensitivity of esophageal cancer are discussed from three aspects: radiation damage repair, cell cycle distribution and signal traneduetion.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Because of massive defects requiring repair, a flap with blood supply of extraterritorial blood vessels is often needed clinically, which is a little bigger than that with blood supply of axial blood vessels. In order to provide theoretical evidence for the survival of such a flap, we designed a 11cm ? 15 cm flap involving the thoracodorsalic and the lateral thoracic arteries on a rat's lateral thorax and abdomen. The flap was stained by methylene blue and filled with emulsion. The diameters of the anastomotic branches within the flap were measured at different times. The volumes of blood flow on different points of the flap were observed quantitatively by means of ECT scanning. The vitality of the flap was also observed. Our experiment proved that anastomotic branches between blood vessels are the anatomic bases for extra-territorial flap. Blood flows from one blood vessel supplying zone to another through the anastomotic branches between the blood vessels. After the flap formed, The diameters of its anastomotic branches would grow larger.Since 1988, we have designed 33 extra-territorial flaps on cervicothorac area. The flaps have survived well. Our present experiment provided the flap with theoretical evidence that an extraterritorial flap can be devised provided that there is abundant anastomosis between the two axial blood vessels.

Objective To explore the effect of recombinant human endostatin combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha(HIF-1α), osteopontin (OPN) and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) levels in serum of HCC patients. Methods 90 cases of primary liver cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group received the routine chemotherapy of hepatic artery embolization, and the observation group received recombinant human vascular endostatin combined with hepatic arterial chemoembolization. The serum levels of VEGF, HIF-1α, OPN, and CTGF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before treatment, 3 days and 5 days after operation, then the correlations were analyzed. Results The VEGF, HIF-1α, OPN, CTGF levels after 3 days and 5 days were higher than those before surgery in control group and observation group (P<0.05), the above indexes after 5 days were lower than those after 3 days in both groups (P<0.05), and VEGF, OPN and CTGF levels except for HIF-1αin observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after 5 days (P<0.05).There existed significant positive correlation between serum VEGF and HIF-1α, OPN, CTGF concentration levels(r=0.985, 0.995, 0.959,P<0.05) in 90 cases of liver cancer patients, highly positive correlation between HIF-1αand OPN, CTGF levels (r=0.842,0.874, P<0.05), and moderately positive correlation between OPN and CTGF concentrations (r=0.755,P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of recombinant human vascular endostatin combined with transcatheter arterial chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma is good. There exsits closely correlation of VEGF, HIF-1α, OPN and CTGF levels in serum, which could reflect clinical efficacy.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(08):-
Objectives:Identification, clone and sequence of the chinese mature apoA1 peptide gene. Methods:Total RNA was prepared from Chinese fetal liver tissue, cDNA fragment encoding human apoA1 was amplified by RT PCR using specific primers, and cloned into pGEM T vector. Inserted apoA1 gene was sequenced by ABI 377 DNA Sequencer. Results:Analysis indicates that the DNA fragment is 739 base pairs in length and has 100% nucleotide homology with that reported previously. Conclusions:Human apoA1 gene was successfully cloned from fetal liver tissue.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(6):842-844
Objective; To investigate the cytotoxicity of monocytes/macrophages against Tca8113 cells in hypoxic microenvironment in vitro. Methods; Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were extracted from healthy person^ blood and cultivated to transform into monocytes/macrophages. The monocytes/macrophages were cultured with Tca8113 cells in hypoxic microenvironment (O_2 < 1%) and in normal microenvironment (20% O_2). The cytotoxicity of monocytes/macrophages against Tca8113 cell was examined by MTT assay. Results; The cytotoxicity of monocyles/macrophages against Tca8113 cells in hypoxic microenvironment was lower than that in normal environment(P<0.05). Conclusion; In hypoxic microenvironment, the cytotoxicity of monocytes/macrophages against Tca8113 cells is decreased. Bui the mechanism of monocytes/macrophages' function in tumors need further research.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of intraductal ultrasonography (IDUS) for bile duct stones by comparing between magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography ( MRCP), endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERC) and IDUS. Methods ERC was performed in 30 patients with suspected extrahepatic cholelithiotic after MRCP. IDUS was applied through guide wire after ERC, and stones were removed if necessary. Results MRCP detected bile duct stones in 22 cases, misdiagnosed bile duct floc as stones in 2 and missed stones in 2 others. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of MRCP in diagnosis of bile duct stone were 86. 7% (26/30), 91. 7% (22/24), and 66. 7% (4/6), respectively. ERC detected bile duct stones in 23 cases, misdiagnosed bile duct air bubble as stones in 2 and missed stones in 1. The accuracy , sensitivity and specificity of MRCP in diagnosis of bile duct stone were 90% (27/30), 92% (23/25) and 66.7% (4/6) , respectively. IDUS detected 24 cases of bile duct stones, 4 bile duct floc and 2 air bubble without any misdiagnosis. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of IDUS in diagnosis of bile duct stone were 100%. Conclusion IDUS, safe and reliable, is superior to ERC and MRCP in diagnosis of bile duct stone.
