30%, older or senior recipient, diabetes mellitus, high level blood lipid, re transplantation, DGF, impaired liver function, perioperative infection etc. The follow up period was at least one year. The end points of observation included graft and recipient survival rates, acute rejection, and reversal rate after immunosuppressive drugs bolus, side affects of CsA and FK506 and infection rates in the tow groups. Results The one year patients/grafts survival rate in FK506 and CsA groups was 100% / 100% and 93.3% / 86.7% respectively, the incidence of acute rejection was 14.3% and 16.7% respectively, and reversal rate after immunosuppressive drugs bolus was 100% and 60% respectively. The side effects of FK506 were milder than those of CsA. Conclusion FK506 is the first choice for the renal transplantation recipients with high risk factors.

Objective:To investigate the changes and significances of serum cystatin C and transforming growth factor-β1 levels for the neonatal asphyxia.Methods:Forty-six asphyxia newborns were chosen as the asphyxia group, and thirty healthy newborns were selected as the control group. The TGF-β1,CysC,BUN,Scr,and GFR levels of both groups were detected on the 1st,3rd,7th day after hospitalization.According to the renal injury, the 46 newborns were divided into normal group and asphyxia group, and the serum indexes were detected and analyzed. Results:On the 1st,3rd,7th day after hospitalization, the TGF-β1,GFR of asphyxia group was obviously increased and was lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);the level of CysC,BUN,Scr in both groups were decreased, and the change degree in asphyxia group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the CysC,BUN,Scr in renal injured group were higher than those of normal group, and TGF-β1,GFR were much lower (P<0.05).Additionally,TGF-β1 level of renal injured group was negatively correlated to the BUN and Scr,and positively correlated with the GFR (P<0.05).The level of serum CysC in renal injured group was positively correlated to BUN and Scr and negatively correlated to GFR (P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum TGF-β1,CysC in asphyxia newborns had significant changes compared with the healthy newborns and was correlated to the renal injured indexes, which had clinical directive significance on the early diagnosis, condition judgment, and prognosis of neonatal asphyxia with renal injury.

We integrate web-based learning with team based learning, which is called WTBL method (Web-based and team-based Learning). WTBL method is constructed and applied to the teaching practice of core curriculum group courses of clinical medicine. We build some small private online courses. The students can preview online and do the case discussions by teamwork in class. The application of WTBL teaching method has realized the flipping of classroom, and helps to enhance students' self-learning ability and teamwork ability.

This article takes the setting of children's rehabilitation specialty in the rehabilitation therapy of Xiamen Medical College as an example, and expounds that in the process of cultivating talents in children's rehabilitation, theoretically, a training model of "2.5+0.5+1" has been built closely around the training goals of "solid foundation, wide caliber and strong skills", highlighting basic pediatric courses, core skills courses for children's rehabilitation therapy and special courses for children's rehabilitation. In practice, the training of "early clinical practice and early probation" for children's rehabilitation skills is stressed. The results show that students have greatly improved their professional knowledge and practical ability, and the effect of "early clinical practice and early probation" is obvious. Among the students who choose the direction of children's rehabilitation, 95% of the students want to engage in the career of children's rehabilitation and believe that the curriculum system will be of great help to their future employment.

Since the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) affects the cardio-pulmonary function of pregnant women, the anesthetic management and protection of medical staff in the cesarean section is significantly different from that in ordinary surgical operation. This paper reports a case of cesarean section for a woman with COVID-19, which was successfully performed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine on February 8, 2020. Anesthetic management, protection of medical staff and psychological intervention for the pregnant woman during the operation were discussed. Importance has been attached to the preoperative evaluation of pregnant women with COVID-19 and the implementation of anesthesia plan. For moderate patients, intraspinal anesthesia is preferred in cesarean section, and try to reduce its influence in respiration and circulation in both maternal and infant; general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation should be adopted for severe or critically ill patients. Ensure the safety of medical environment, and anesthetists should carry out level-Ⅲ standard protection. Special attention and support should be paid to maternal psychology: fully explanation before operation to reduce anxiety; relieve the discomfort during operation, so as to reduce tension; avoid the bad mood due to pain after operation.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) for radiation-induced lung injury (RILI) and the underlying mechanism. Methods Forty-five healthy adult male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into control, model, and BMSCs groups. The model and BMSCs groups received a single irradiation dose of 20 Gy to the chest, while the control group did not receive X-ray irradiation. For the BMSCs group, an injection of 1 × 106 BMSCs cells was administered via the tail vein within 6 h after irradiation. In the 5th week, the lung tissue was taken to observe pathological changes with HE staining; examine the expression of the inflammatory factors interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) with immunohistochemical staining; observe the polarization of macrophages with immunofluorescence staining; and measure the expression of the epithelial-mesenchymal transition markers E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and vimentin proteins by Western blot. Results After radiation, the model group developed pulmonary vasodilation and congestion with septal thickening and inflammatory cell infiltration, and these changes were markedly reduced in the BMSCs group. The model group showed significantly down-regulated expression of IL-6 and TNF-α compared with significantly increased levels in the model group (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). Treatment with BMSCs significantly increased the polarization of lung macrophages towards the M2 type, while significantly decreasing the abnormally increased N-cadherin and vimentin levels in RILI mice (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion BMSCs have therapeutic effects for RILI mice, which may be through promoting macrophage polarization from M1 to M2.
