Modern Hospital 2014;(8):77-78
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound scanning for the lower caesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) after cesarean section. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for 18 cases of CSP patients with transvaginal ultrasound scanning in our department from January 2010 to December 2013 after cesarean section, to com-pare the surgical pathology results,to explore the diagnosis accordance rate. Results Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosed 16 CSP cases, except one case of un -definite diagnosis and one case of misdiagnosis, with diagnosis accordance rate of 88.89% (16/18); surgical pathology diagnosed 18 CSP cases, with diagnosis accordance rate of 100.00% (18/18), which had no significant difference ( p >0.05 ) .Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound scanning can clearly show the relation be-tween gestational sac implantation site and lower caesarean scar, the muscle thickness of lower caesarean scar, and the blood flow distribution, with high diagnosis accordance rate, which is the preferred scanning method for the lower caesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section.

Objective Aims To analyze the etiology of intestinal nutrition related diarrhea and to study its nursing. Method The rate and etiology of intestinal nutrition related diarrhea of 180 patients receiving intestinal nutrition through traditional nasal way from 2002 to 2003 year 180 patients(A group) was analysed retrospectively and new nursing was studied. From 2004 to 2005 year,202 patients(B group) received intestinal nutrition through nutrition pump and intensive nursing. The intestinal nutrition related diarrhea rate of two groups was compared. Results The diarrhea rate of B group was insignificantly lower than that of A group(P

Objective To discuss the health education modes in order to promote the effect of health education for TURP(transurethral resection of prostate)patients and their family members. Methods A total of 380 cases after TURP were divided into the observation group and the control group at random with 190 cases in each group. The discharge instruction for the patients and their family members in the observation group was in the form of health education prescription, while the discharge instruction for the control group was in the form of oral instruction. The awareness rate of disease-related knowledge and incidence of complication were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of disease-related knowledge in the observation group was higher, and incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group. Conclusions The application of health education prescription in the discharge instruction for the patients after TURP can guarantee the effectiveness of health education, simultaneously decrease the incurrence of complications and improve the life quality of patients.

Objective To study effects of temperature on learning and memory of Drosophila melanogaster. Methods Food was put in two centrifuge tubes.Drosophila can smell and eat food through pores in one centrifuge tube but Drosophila can only smell but not eat food through pores in another centrifuge tube with obstacle. After Drosophila were bred at different temperatures, the variation of the numbers of Drosophila in two tubes were observed. Results The number of Drosophila bred at high temperature entering the tube and eating the food was fewer than that at normal temperature and low temperature. Conclusion High temperature can decrease the learning and memory behavior of Drosophila.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of loxoprofen silver in Loxoprofen silver cream, and provide reference for the quality control of the preparation. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine(55:45:0.1:0.1,V/V/V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,de-tection wavelength was 223 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS:The linear range of loxoprofen silver was 6.53-130.7μg/mL(r=0.9999);the limit of quantitation was 0.253μg/mL,limit of detection was 0.076μg/mL;RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%;recovery was 96.79%-103.68%(RSD=2.23%, n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the content determination of Loxo-profen silver cream.

ObjectiveTo analyzing the psychological status of hospitalized patients of internal medicine and its impact factors. Methods Hospitalized patients of internal medicine underwent a survey by using Chinese Health Questionnaire (CHQ-12),Social Support Scale and Disease-Cognition Scale. Those with a score of >4 received further investigation of Symptom Check-List 90 (SCL-90).Correlation analysis was performed between all factors of SCL-90 and social support or disease-cognition scale score. Results There was no significant difference of psychological status between males and females ( P >0.05 ).All SCL90 factors were negatively correlated with social support,of which obsessive, paranoid, and phobic presented stronger negative correlations with social support and objective support (P < 0.05 ).Furthermore, all factors were negatively correlated with disease-cognition scale score.A significantly negative correlation between phobic factor and disease-cognition scale score was identified ( P < 0.05 ).Improvement was found in 26.2% patients after intervention. Conclusion Patients tend to show unhealthy emotion when they are under the stress of hospitalization.Hospitalization support system may need to be improved and patients' cognition of disease should be increased.

Objective To detect the prevalence of hyperuricemia and its relationship to chronic kidney disease(CKD) in the residents of Guangxi, and to discuss the risk factors for the hyperuricemia associated renal damage. Methods The residents aged 18-75 years old(n=6 273) in Xiangshan community,Guilin, were screened by means of cross-sectional study. Blood pressure was measured at 8:00-9:00.Fasting blood and urine samples were collected to determine blood glucose, lipid, insulin, creatinine, and urine albumin. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia in the community residents was 23.5% in all cohort, being significantly higher in male residents than in female(28.4% vs 19.7%,P<0.01). The prevalence of CKD was 21.6% in all cohort, and was 24.9% in males and 19.0% in females(P<0.01). The prevalence of CKD was 30.4% and 18.9% respectively in residents with and without hyperuricemia(P<0.01).The prevalence of CKD in males with hyperuricemia(34.3%) was significantly higher than in males without hyperuricemia(21.2%) and females with hyperuricemia(25.9%, all P<0.01). CKD was only positively related to low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood glucose, and systolic blood pressure shown by logistic regression analysis. Conclusions The prevalence of hyperuricemia markedly increases in the urban residents, which contribute to the raised prevalence of CKD. Slightly elevated blood uric acid level is associated with raised prevalence of CKD.

Objective To study prevention and treatment for patients during the intermittent period of maintaining hemodialysis complicated by acute left heart failure. Methods The treating process of 126 examples suffered from acute left heart failure during the intermittent period of 14 225 person-time maintaining hemodialysis in 143 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this case group, 0.89% suffered from acute left heart failure during the intermittent period of hemodialysis and the successful rescuing rate was 88.9%. Conclusions Applying the treatment of emergency hemodialysis, quickly filtering body fluid, the curative effect is reliable and rapid. It is one of the best ways to cure patients suffered from acute left heart failure during the intermittent period of maintaining hemodialysis. Combined with other treatments, it will be able to improve the successful rate, and ensure the sufficiency of hemodialysis. United with other steps of reducing blood pressure, such as using angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor blocker, and ? receptor blocker, it is an effective countermeasure to prevent patients suffering from acute left heart failure during the intermittent period of maintaining hemodialysis, and effectively reduces its appearance as well.
