Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of wechat-based transitional care in the acoustic neuroma patients with postoperative facial palsy. Methods 90 acoustic neuroma patients with postoperative facial palsy were randomly enrolled into 2 groups by tossing coin,45 cases in each group.Control group received routine discharge education, while the experimental group received wechat-based transitional care for three months. The rehabilitation adherence, the level of facial palsy, the ocular infection and the quality of life at patients discharged and three months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results Three months after operation, the cases of high, middle, low level of rehabilitation in the experimental group were 28,12,5,which were more than the control group whose cases were 15,21,9 (x2=7.528,P< 0.05).Facial palsy and the quality of life of the experimental group were 66.7% (30/45) and (71.62±6.36) points, which was significantly higher than 42.4% (19/45) and (63.75±11.28) points in the control group (x2=5.421 and 4.073,P < 0.01).The incidence of ocular infection in the experimental group was 8.9% (4/45) which was significantly lower than 31.1% (14/45) in the control group (x2=6.671,P <0.05).Conclusions Wechat-based transitional care achieves good effectiveness in patients with postoperative facial palsy, which could improve the level of rehabilitation, facial palsy and the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of ocular infection,is worthy of promotion.

Objective:To investigate the effects of self-help mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training on illness uncertainty andsleep quality in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) after radiofrequency ablation. To provide the basis for improving the quality of life of these patients. Methods:This was a randam controlled Test. A convenient sampling method was used to select 90 patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation in the First Peoples Hospital of Changzhou from January 2021 to December 2021. According to the random number table method. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received home-based self-help MBSR training based on the routine nursing. Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI) were used to evaluate the scores of each scale before intervention, 8 weeks and 3 months after intervention. Results:A total of 42 cases were completed in the experimental group and 41 cases in the control group. Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that there were interaction effect ( F interaction = 90.98, 46.27, 39.61, all P<0.01), time effect ( F time = 298.67, 179.06, 76.32, all P<0.01) and inter-group effect ( F intergroup = 19.88, 4.07, 18.70, all P<0.05) on mindfulness score, disease uncertainty score, total score of sleep quality and scores of all dimensionsin between the two groups. Simple effect analysis showed that scores of all scales in experimental groups were significantly better than those in control group after the intervention ( F values were 11.75 to 66.49, all P<0.01). Conclusion:Self-help MBSR training can improve the level of mindfulness, reduce the feeling of uncertainty and improve the quality of sleep in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation.

This article reviews relevant literature on the prevention and treatment of cancer with hesperidin published in the past 10 years by searching electronic databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang, and PubMed, and summarizes the research progress on the anticancer mechanism of hesperidin. Hesperidin has a wide range of pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, antiviral, anticancer, immune-regulatory, anti-radiation, neuroprotective and cardiovascular protective properties and so on. Its anticancer mechanisms mainly include inhibiting cancer cell proliferation, promoting apoptosis, reducing angiogenesis, inhibiting invasion and migration of cancer cells, regulating immunity and autophagy, and exerting antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. As a broad-spectrum anticancer drug, hesperidin manifests chemo-preventive and therapeutic effects across various cancers, contingent upon its multifaceted anticancer mechanisms. Furthermore, this article summarizes the synergistic effects of hesperidin in combination with cisplatin, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide and paclitaxel. It elucidates that hesperidin can enhance the cytotoxicity of these anticancer drugs against cancer cells while mitigating drug resistance and adverse side effects. Nonetheless, the clinical use is somewhat constrained due to its poor water solubility and limited bioavailability. Therefore, this article also outlines the current strategies for enhancing hesperidin's bioavailability, including structural modification, combination with other chemical substances, and utilization of nano drug carriers. The discovery of derivatives of hesperidin not only preserves the anticancer efficacy of hesperidin, but also effectively overcomes the shortcomings of poor water solubility and low bioavailability of hesperidin, effectively predicting the good application prospects of hesperidin and its derivatives.

To illustrate the literature distribution, research power distribution, and research hotspots in the radiomics research by using knowledge mapping analysis, and to provide reference for relevant researchers.
Methods: Bibliographies from literature regarding radiomics in Web of Science database were downloaded. BICOM 2.0.1 and SATI 3.2 were used to clean and caculate the frequency of publication year, journal, author, key word, and research institution. CiteSpace V4.4.R1 was used to build the knowledge map of scientific research collaboration network between countries/regions.Ucinet 6 was used to build the knowledge map of scientific research collaboration network between core authors and institutions. gCLUTO 1.0 was applied to construct high-frequency keywords bi-clustering map.
Results: A total of 700 literature was screened. Since 2012 the number of publications has been growing rapidly year by year. The United States, China, and Netherlands were leaders in this field. There were 5 major scientific research institution cooperative groups and 10 major author cooperative groups. Eight research hotspots were clustered by using high-frequency key word bi-clustering analysis.
Conclusion: Radiomics is a new field and develops very fast. More and more countries, research institutions, and researchers with multidisciplinary background are going to participate in this filed. New terminology and new methods are going to appear in the field.
