Objective To explore the relationship between the vegetation and space distribution of Oncomelania snails in Poyang Lake region,so as to get better understanding of the habitats of Oncomelania snails by using remote sensing technology. Methods The marshlands close to schistosomiasis endemic villages in Poyang Lake region were selected, and the traditional methods were used to investigate the situation of vegetation and Oncomelania snails. The longitude and latitude of investigation spots were recorded by GPS,and the field survey data were vectored by using ArcGIS software. The geometric calibration and unsupervised classification were made on TM satellite images of low-flow period of spring by using PCI 9.0.And then, the relationship between space distribution of snail habitats and vegetation was analyzed through superposing the filed data and satellite images. Results The vegetation in marshlands of Poyang Lake region can be differentiated as three types,in which the single dominant vegetation area was mainly breeding place of Oncomelania snails, and wet vegetation type and hybrid weed type were snail seldom breeding areas. Conclusions The distribution roles of vegetation in marshland are closely related to the habitats of snails, presenting a flaky and bandy distribution. The habitats of Oncomelania snails can be quickly understood by remote sensing technology.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2021;30(8):461-465
Objective:To investigate the significance of Th1/Th2 cytokines in prognostic stratification of acute myeloid leukemia (AML).Methods:A total of 83 patients with newly diagnosed AML from June 2017 to April 2019 in the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province were collected. According to the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of adult acute myeloid leukemia (non-acute promyelocytic leukemia) (2017 edition), AML patients were divided into poor prognosis group (45 cases), moderate prognosis group (19 cases), and good prognosis group (19 cases); moderate prognosis plus poor prognosis was treated as the not good prognosis. Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis H test were used to compare the expression differences of Th1/Th2 cytokines in peripheral blood of different prognosis groups; cytokines with statistical differences among different prognosis groups were selected, and the cut-off value of AML patients with different prognostic stratification distinguished by cytokines was determined by using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Finally, patients were divided into ≥ cut-off value group and

Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery 2020;36(1):29-34
Objective:
To compare the curative effect of non-surgical treatment, early operation and advanced operation on the Kaposiform hemagioendothelioma (KHE). To explore the optimal treatment for KHE.
Methods:
The 106 cases of KHE patients admitted by our hospital from January 2004 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The age is the minimum 1d and the maximum 43 years, median age 94.5 d. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment: according to the onset of the disease and the day of the operation, the early operation was performed less than three months since the onset of the disease, and the advanced operation more than 3 months. Efficacy evaluation criteria: The recovery meant that the tumor disappeared or mostly disappeared, the platelets returned to normal, and there was no recurrence more than half a year after treatment. " Effective" indicated that tumors were shrunken significantly and the platelet counting rose significantly. " Ineffective" indicated that the tumor was not shrunken or continued to increase and platelet counting did not rise or continued to decrease. The three groups of patients were followed up, and the efficacy of the three groups after treatment and the changes of platelet counting before and after treatment on day 1, 7 and 14 were compared. The two groups of early and late treatment were compared for operative and postoperative conditions.
Results:
All patients were followed up for 6-23 months, 24 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, and 5 cases died. After 7 days of treatment, the platelet counting of the three groups were 68 (31, 157)×109/L in the non-surgical treatment group, (294.75±150.59)×109/L in the early operation group, (221.48±148.71)×109/L in the late operation group, with statistical significance (

【Objective】 To evaluate the safety and efficacy of transobturator bulbourethral suspension with modified four-armed pelvic sling for post-prostatectomy incontinence (PPI). 【Methods】 The clinical data of 78 male PPI patients treated during Jan.2012 and Dec.2017 in our hospital were collected. The incontinence quality of life (I-QOL) score, daily use of urine pad, 1-hour urine pad test, residual urine volume (RUV), and maximum flow rate (Qmax) were assessed before and after surgery. 【Results】 The total success rate was 79.5%, of which the cure rate was 56.4% and the improvement rate was 23.1%. The preoperative I-QOL score was (54.6±3.9), daily use of urinary pad was (3.6±0.7), and increase in weight of the 1-hour urine pad test was (33.6±5.0) g. Three years after surgery, the I-QOL score was (80.4±5.7), daily use of a urinary pad was (1.9±0.4), and increase in weight of the 1-hour urine pad test was (7.4±1.3) g. Compared to preoperative status, the I-QOL score, daily use of urine pad, and increase in weight of the 1-hour urine pad test 3 years after surgery improved significantly (P<0.05). During the mean follow-up of (61.4±20.5) months, no significant changes in the I-QOL score, daily use of a urinary pad, 1-hour urinary pad test, RUV or Qmax were observed, and no complications occurred. 【Conclusion】 Transobturator bulbourethral suspension with modified four-armed pelvic sling is an effective and safe procedure to treat post-prostatectomy incontinence. The long-term efficacy is satisfactory.
