To cultivate high quality nursing personnel,it is necessary to put significant emphasis on humanistic education.The combination of physiology teaching and humanistic education for nursing students was discussed in this article.In teaching practice,professional knowledge and humanistic quality of nursing students could be improved through various ways,including enhancing humanistic quality of teachers,establishing people oriented teaching philosophy,introducing history of science,carring out research-based learning projects.

Objective To study the detection rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) with different perfusion methods on rabbit VX2 small hepatocellular carcinoma less than 10.0 mm. Methods VX2 tumor cells were inoculated into the subcutaneous tissue of New Zealand rabbit′s thigh. Then the plant tumor were cut into small blocks under sterile conditions and transplanted into hepatic parenchyma in 30 New Zealand rabbits. The contrast media was injected through peripheral vein by single and double perfusion methods. The detection rate of two methods were compared. Results There were 41 hepatocellular carcinoma lesions in the 30 rabbits. There were 15 lesions with size between 3.0 mm and 5.0 mm, and 26 lesions between 5.0 mm and 10.0 mm in diameter. On CEUS, the VX2 tumor presented fast-in and fast-out pattern. In arterial phase, the lesion was enhanced rapidly. In portal venous phase, contrast began to wash out from the carcinoma. In delay phase, the enhancement of lesion was signiifcantly lower than the surrounding normal liver parenchyma. A total of 32 lesions were detected by single perfusion method, including 7 lesions ranging 3.0-5.0 mm and 25 lesions ranging 5.0-10.0 mm. A total of 39 lesions were detected by double perfusion method, including 13 lesions ranging 3.0-5.0 mm and 26 lesions ranging 5.0-10.0 mm. The detection rate of micro-hepatocellular carcinoma by single and double perfusion method was 78% and 95% respectively. The difference was statistically signiifcant (χ2=5.150, P=0.023). The detection rate of 3.0-5.0 mm lesions by single and double perfusion method was 47%and 87%, respectively. The difference was statistically signiifcant ( χ2=5.400, P=0.025). The detection rate of 5.0-10.0 mm lesions by single and double perfusion method was 96% and 100%, respectively. There was no statistically signiifcant difference (χ2=1.020, P=0.500). Conclusion The double perfusion method greatly promotes the detection of micro hepatocellular carcinoma, especially for the lesions less than 5.0 mm in diameter.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effects of needle-pricking therapy, a newly medical and minimally invasive technique, for functional retrograde ejaculation and to explore its mechanism. Methods Thirty-six patients with functional retrograde ejaculation were randomly divided into an observation group(19 cases) and a control group(17 cases) In the observation group,needle-pricking therapy was used at Guanyuan(CV 4) and bilateral sacral plexus nerve,lumbar 1 nerve and greater occipital nerve stimulating points,once a week. In the control group, midodrine tablets were prescribed orally,three times a day. All the treatment was given for 9 weeks. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed, and the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH), testosterone(Tes) and estra4 diol(E2) were compared between the two groups.

RESULTSThe total effective rate of the observation group was, 89. 47%(17/19), which was better than 47.06% (8/17) of the control group(P<0. 05). The LH and Tes were obviously increased and E2 was decreased compared with those before treatment in the observation group(all P< 0. 01). Tes was raised(P<0. 05) and E2 was apparently declined in the control group(P<0. 01). After treatment, the differences of serum LH and Tes were statistically significant between the two groups(both P<0. 01).

CONCLUSIONNeedle-pricking therapy has advantages for functional retrograde ejaculation probably in that stimulating lumbosacral nerves can strengthen the function of pelvic floor muscles and urethral expansion muscle and regulate sexual gland axis.

Objective To explore the relations of the doctor-patient relationship to psychological security and stress.Methods Totally 430 operation patients were selected and followed-up.A survey was performed using the Security Questionnaire (SQ),the Patient Doctor Relationship Questionnaire 13-Item Version (PDRQ-13),the Hospital Stress Rating Scale (HSRS) Results The average score of SQ was lower than medium value in operation patients.The SQ scores of operation patients with emergency operation were 39.50±10.51,lower than those of selective operation which were 49.02±10.37 and limited operation which were 47.67±10.29 (P ＜ 0.05).The SQ scores of operation patients who didn't provided themselves were 37.33±10.10,lower than those of basically which were 40.10±10.83 and partly provided for themselves which were 43.50±10.51 (P＜ 0.05).The SQ scores of operation patients in severe group according severity of illness were 37.13±10.40,lower than those of them in mild group which were 39.19±10.24 and moderate group which were 41.38±10.01 (P＜ 0.01).The SQ scores of post-operation patients were 44.32±9.96,higher than post-operation patients which were 40.36±10.81 (P ＜ 0.01).The lack of comforts (LC),lack of information (LI) and risks of serious disease (RSD) scores of post-operation patients were 49.23±30.62,30.46±21.42,52.84±31.22,lower than those of post-operation patients which were 52.37±32.06,35.25±20.14,80.12±33.18 (P ＜ 0.05).The path analysis showed that the regression relationship between SQ scores and PDRQ scores,RSD scores was established (β=0.40,-0.26,P ＜ 0.01),and the PDRQ-13 scores was a mediator between the scores of LC,LI,RSD and the SQ scores (β=0.40,P＜0.01).The PDRQ-13 scores was a adjustor between the RSD scores and the SQ scores (β=-0.34,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The operation patients have a low level of the sense of security which is statistically significant with surgical types,the ability to care for themselves and severity of illness.The sense of security of post-operation patients were higher than those of pre-operation patients.The recognition of physician-patient relationship may be play a mediating and adjusting role between the sense of security and stress.The surgical stress affect patient security and physician-patient relationship.

Objective To explore the clinical application value and feasibility of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in rapid diagnosis for bleeding of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods From January 2009 to December 2012, 58 patients from the 302nd Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army underwent CEUS and conventional ultrasound, who were suspicioused primary bleeding of liver cancer or secondary bleeding of liver cancer after percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA). The change of effusion volume in front of liver and in abdominal cavity, the perfusion time, range and characteristics of contrast agent, tumor vessel and the characteristic manifestation of active bleeding within the tumor and subcapsular were evaluated. Theχ2 test was used to compare the show rates of lesion boundary and the bleeding point by conventional ultrasound and CEUS. The t test was used to compare the change of effusion in front of liver and in abdominal cavity from 0 min to 30 min after bleeding were diagnosis by CEUS. Results For 58 cases of suspicious rupture and bleeding of liver cancer, 34 cases were conifrmed by clinical and imaging ifndings. The bleeding points were detected by conventional ultrasound in 5 cases. The bleeding points in 30 cases (including 4 cases of rapid bleeding, 7 cases of medium bleeding and 19 cases of slow bleeding) were detected by CEUS. The detection rate of lesion boundary, tumor vessel and bleeding point of CEUS were higher than those of conventional ultrasound, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=10.350, P=0.001; χ2=4.300, P=0.034;χ2=36.790, P=0.0007). CEUS showed that contrast agent continuously concentrated at the bleeding point of lesions, and different degrees of bleeding were shown as′jet-like′,′linear′or′intermittent′spillover. The volume of effusion in front of the liver and in abdominal cavity at 30 min was more than those at 0 min after bleeding were diagnosis by CEUS, and the differences were statistically significant (the volume of effusion in abdominal cavity:t=-3.467, P=0.026;t=-12.895, P=0.000;t=-3.055, P=0.007;the volume of effusion in front of the liver:t=-8.110, P=0.001;t=-5.642, P=0.002;t=-5.981, P=0.000). Conclusions CEUS can show direct signs of rupture and bleeding of liver cancer, and the degree of bleeding can be evaluated according to the extravasation characteristics of contrast medium and the changes of lfuid volume. Therefore, CEUS can provid an objective basis for rapid diagnosis of ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma in the emergency scene and bedside.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with microwave ablation (MWA) in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer. MethodsA total of 186 patients with advanced primary liver cancer who were treated in The Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from April 2015 to June 2019 were enrolled and divided into study group and control group using a random number table, with 93 patients in each group. Both groups of patients underwent TACE, and the patients in the study group were treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous MWA. The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome and complications. Quantitative real-time PCR was used to measure the serum level of microRNA-202 (miR-202), ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of fragile histidine triad (FHIT) and P16 protein, and the changes in the above three indices at 3 months after treatment were compared. The two-independent-samples t test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups, and the paired t-test was used for comparison within one group before and after treatment; The chi-square testwas used for comparison of categorical data between groups. ResultsThe study group had a significantly higher objective response rate than the control group (47.32% vs 27.96%, χ2=7.422, P=0.006), and there was no significant difference in disease control rate between the two groups(P＞0.05). Both groups had significant increases in the serum levels of miR-202, FHIT, and P16 protein at 3 months after treatment (all P＜0.05), and compared with the control group, the study group had significantly higher serum levels of miR-202 (0.84±0.14 vs 0.58±017, t=11.385, P＜0.001), FHIT (1126.35±73.05 pg/ml vs 762.87±56.71 pg/ml, t=37.904, P＜0.001), and P16 protein (52.86±651 pg/ml vs 39.06±5.37 pg/ml, t=15.770, P＜0.001). ConclusionUltrasound-guided MWA in addition to TACE can improve the short-term response of patients with advanced primary liver cancer and increase the serum levels of miR-202, FHIT, and P16 protein, with relatively high safety.

Objective To investigate the correlation between occupational stress,uncertain endur-ance and job burnout of pre-hospital emergency nurses. Methods A total of 380 pre-hospital emergency nurses were recruited by stratified cluster sampling method.The occupational burnout scale(MBI)including emotional exhaustion(EE),depersonalization(D)and diminished personal accomplishment(PA),the In-tolerance of Uncertainty Scale(IUS),the Nursing Stressor Scale(NSS)including stresses associated with nurse expectations(NSS1),with family(NSS2),with interpersonal relationship(NSS3),with nature of work (NSS4),with patient(NSS5)and with work load(NSS6)were applied for all subjects.Results The pre-hospital emergency nurses who had worked less than 3 years got the higher EE score(33.58 ± 4.34)and higher PA score(26.98±4.31)than those who had worked 3 to 10 year(22.33±4.05,16.14±4.28,P<0.05) or longer than 10 years(21.50±4.36,16.81±4.36,P<0.05).Nurses got higher EE score(33.82±4.28,22.96 ±4.39,21.04±4.62,P<0.05),and higher PA scores(27.02±4.21,16.04±4.31,16.01±4.30,P<0.05)than the nurse practitioner or above levels.People whose monthly income were below 0.3 million got higher PA scores than those whose monthly income were 0.3 million or more(26.75±4.24,16.47±4.27,17.11±4.34,P<0.05).People who got degrees of bachelor or above had PA scores which was more than people who got de-grees under bachelor(26.33±4.36,17.24±4.28,P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that the multiplication score between IUS and NSS1 had the interaction effect with EE and D scores(β=0.33,0.33,P<0.05); the multiplication score between IUS and NSS5 had the interaction effect with EE and D scores(β=0.31,0.30, P<0.05)and the multiplication score between IUS and NSS3 had the interaction effect with D scores(β=0.34,P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-hospital emergency nurses'job burnout varies according to their length of service,job title,educational level and salary,and is also influenced by the combination of occupational stress and uncertain endurance.

Objective: To study the relationship between compassion fatigue and workplace psychological violence, alexithymia, and empathy in clinical nurses. Methods: A total of 1 159 clinical nurses from 10 cities in Henan and Fujian Provinces were enrolled using the method of grabbing random balls. Questionnaires including Workplace Psychologically Violent Behaviors Instrument, the Toronto Alexithymia Scale, Jefferson Scale of Empathy Health Professionals, Professional Quality of Life Scale were used to investigate the status of workplace psychological violence, alexithymia, empathy, and compassion fatigue in participants. Bootstrap analysis was used to analyze the relationship between workplace psychological violence, alexithymia, empathy, and compassion fatigue scores. Results: The average score for workplace psychological violence among clinical nurses was (26.2±6.5), with 405 nurses (34.9%) having experienced workplace psychological violence. The scores for alexithymia, empathy and compassion fatigue were (58.3±12.3), (104.3±18.6) and (48.5±6.7) respectively. Mild compassion fatigue was detected in 34.9% of participants, while moderate to severe compassion fatigue accounted for 48.8%. Bootstrap test result showed that workplace psychological violence had a positive impact on compassion fatigue ［standardized effect value (β)=0.40, 95% confidence interval(CI)： 0.35-0.44］. Workplace psychological violence had separate mediating effects through alexithymia (β=0.15, 95%CI： 0.10-0.19), empathy (β=0.16, 95%CI： 0.10-0.21) , and a chain mediating effect through alexithymia and empathy on compassion fatigue (β=0.06, 95%CI： 0.03-0.09). Conclusion: Compassion fatigue symptoms are relatively common among clinical nurses. Experiencing workplace psychological violence directly affects compassion fatigue and can indirectly affect it through the mediating effects of alexithymia and empathy.

Objective To explore the current status of emotional exhaustion among clinical nurses and its relationship with work stress, thought suppression, difficulties in emotion regulation. Methods A totally of 1 159 clinical nurses from 10 cities in Henan Province and Fujian Province were enrolled as the research subjects using grabbing random balls method. And their status of work stress, thought suppression, difficulties in emotion regulation and emotional exhaustion were investigated by Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale, White Bear Suppression Inventory, Brief Version of the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale and Emotional Exhaustion Scale. Results The scores for work stress, thought suppression, difficulties in emotion regulation, emotional exhaustion were (23.5±3.8), (47.4±6.5), (54.1±7.2), (11.7±4.2), respectively. Among them, 40.0% of nurses experienced emotional exhaustion. Bootstrap analysis results showed that work stress positively affected emotional exhaustion among clinical nurses [standardized partial regression coefficient (β)=0.42, 95% confidence intervals (CI)： 0.36-0.44］. Work stress affected emotional exhaustion through thought suppression (β=0.16, 95%CI： 0.14-0.20), difficulties in emotion regulation (β=0.16, 95%CI： 0.14-0.19), and the chain mediating role of thought suppression and difficulties in emotion regulation (β=0.07, 95%CI： 0.04-0.09). Conclusion Emotional exhaustion symptoms are prevalent among clinical nurses. Work stress directly and indirectly influences thought suppression, difficulties in emotion regulation and emotional exhaustion of nurses.

Objective: To examine the value and clinical application of convolutional neural network in pathological diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes of gastric cancer. Methods: Totally 124 patients with advanced gastric cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy plus D2 lymphadenectomy at Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from July 2016 to December 2018 were selected in the study. According to the chronological order, the first 80 cases were served as learning group. The remaining 44 cases were served as verification group. There were 45 males and 35 females in the study group, with average age of 57.6 years. There were 29 males and 15 females in the validation group, with average age of 9.2 years. The pre-training convolutional neural network architecture Resnet50 was trained and fine-tuned by 21 352 patches with cancer areas and 14 997 patches without cancer areas in the training group. A total of 78 whole-slide image served as a test dataset including positive (n=38) and negative (n=40) lymph nodes. The convolutional neural network computer-aided detection (CNN-CAD) system was used to analyze the ability of convolutional neural network system to screen metastatic lymph nodes at the level of slice by setting threshold, and evaluate the system′s classification accuracy by calculating its sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC). Results: The classification accuracy of CNN-CAD system at slice level was 100%.The AUC for the CNN-CAD system was 0.89. The sensitivity was 0.778, specificity was 0.995, overall accuracy was 0.989. Positive and negative predictive values were 0.822 and 0.994, respectively. The CNN-CAD system achieved the same classification results as pathologists. Conclusions The CNN-CAD system has been constructed to distinguished benign and malignant lymph node slides with high accuracy and specificity. It could achieve the similar classification results as pathologists.
