1.Detection of breast cancer metastasis-related genes by co-word analysis and network analysis
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(3):35-39
Objective To provide the reference for early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer by detecting its metastasis-related genes. Methods Breast cancer metastasis-related genes were searched from PubMed-covered papers with their conception matched according to the MetaMap.A gene-gene matrix was generated using data a-nalysis software. An interaction network of breast cancer metastasis-related genes was established using Ucinet 6 and its related indexes were analyzed. Results tp53, thra, erbb2, esr1, cdh1, egfr, nr4al and cd69 were the core genes for breast cancer metastasis. Conclusion Co-word analysis can show breast cancer metastasis-related genes. However, the role of cd69 in breast cancer metastasis remains unclear and is thus necessary to be further confirmed.

Journal of Medical Informatics 2009;30(7):12-16
The paper gives a comparative analysis of retrieval function among PubMed, Google Scholar and Scims mainly form the following aspects: retrieval methods, retrieval results and output formats. Effects of retrieval are compared through 10 retrieval tests, and respective characteristics of three retrieval tools are analyzed. Google Scholar has the largest scope;PubMed has better retrieval function than the other two;in the aspect of result output, three retrieval tools have their own characteristics.

Objective To provide the scientific evidence for studying Alzheimer's disease (AD) and decision-making for its management by analyzing the strategic information of hotspots in studies on AD.Methods Citation strategic coordinate diagram was plotted by describing the history of studies on AD with co-citation clustering for further understanding the novelty and concern of hotspots in studies on AD.The current hotspots in studies on AD were discovered by co-words clustering and their strategic coordinates were analyzed to reveal their development periods. Results The current hotspots in studies on AD were substance metabolism in AD patients, etiology of AD and therapies for AD.The diagnosis of AD according to its clinical characteristics and hypothesis on amyloid cascade in AD patients were greatly concerned. Conclusion Citation strategic coordinate analysis and co-words strategic coordinate analysis can display the hotspots in studies on AD and their development history.

Journal of Medical Informatics 2024;45(11):99-103
Purpose/Significance To investigate medical students'digital literacy level, and to propose cultivation strategies,so as to provide references for medical universities and colleges to carry out digital literacy education better.Method/Process Through a ques-tionnaire survey, the digital literacy level of 907 medical undergraduates is investigated from 3 dimensions:medical knowledge acquisition and analysis, online learning and security, communication and collaboration.Result/Conclusion The overall level of digital literacy of medical students is high, especially in the use of digital tools for communication and collaboration, but the ability in medical knowledge acquisition and analysis is relatively poor. The digital literacy level of medical students in different grades and majors is different. In order to further improve the digital literacy level of medical students,we should pay attention to creating a personalized digital literacy education mode, constructing a practical digital literacy evaluation system, highlighting the characteristics of digital literacy in the medical field, and strengthening practical education on digital security.
