Abstract A chiral separation and residue determination method for cis-epoxiconazole enantiomers in apple, grape and tea samples was developed and validated by ultra performance convergence chromatography combined with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry ( UPC2-QTOF/MS) . The Chrial CCA column was used to separate cis-epoxiconazole enantiomers and the chromatography conditions ( mobile phase modifier and proportion, column temperature, automated backpressure regulator, and auxiliary solvent ) were optimized. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, and respectively purified by Cleanert TPT or Pesti-Carb solid phase extraction ( SPE ) columns, then analyzed by UPC2-QTOF/MS. The optimum conditions were as follows:mobile phase was CO2/isopropanol (95: 5, V/V), flow-rate was 2. 0 mL/min, automated backpressure regulator (ABPR) was 13. 79 MPa, column temperature was 30℃, with a post-column mauxiliary solvent of methanol/water (1:1, V/V) containing 2 mmol/L ammonium formate. The analyte was quantified by matrix external standard method. The results showed that linear range of this method was 0. 01-1. 00 mg/L, and the correlation coefficients were above 0 . 99 . The recoveries of cis-epoxiconazole enantiomers at three spiked levels (0. 005, 0. 025 and 0. 25 mg/kg) in fruit matrix were 67. 9%-92. 8% with relative standard deviations (RSDs, n=6) less than 10%, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) of enantiomers was 0. 005 mg/kg. The recoveries of cis-epoxiconazole enantiomers at three spiked levels (0. 01, 0. 05 and 0. 5 mg/kg) in black tea were 74 . 1% -84 . 0% with RSDs ( n=6 ) less than 8%, and the LOQ for these two enantiomers was 0. 01 mg/kg. This method is rapid, convenient and reliable, and could meet the requirement of residue analysis.

Objective:Based on the perspective of supply and demand balance, to analyze the implementation effects of primary-feature medical services measures in medical alliances. Methods:From July to September 2019, two regions with different levels of economic development were chosen, and from each region one leading hospital and two community health service centers/township hospitals were selected from its medical alliance. A total of 213 medical staff and 703 residents were surveyed, to learn their awareness and performance appraisal of these feature services.Frequency and proportion were calculated in a descriptive statistical analysis. The scores of the performance appraisal of both supply and demand sides were tested by independent sample t. Results:In the performance appraisal of such measures, the average scoring by medical staff was 4.39±0.07, and that by residents was 3.85±0.06; the residents were more concerned with service capabilities and contents, while medical staff were more concerned with service content and delivery mode; supply and demand sides were found with consensus in terms of improving the medical service quality of chronic diseases in primary level and service accessibility. Conclusions:The county-level medical alliances should focus on enhancing their capacity of primary medical services, and improving their primary service mode with the help of medical insurance institutions. Meanwhile, it is imperative to optimize the primary medical service policy in view of supply and demand balance.

Objective To investigate the effect of G protein?coupled estrogen receptor (GPER) on the diastolic function of renal interlobular artery and reduce renal ischemia?reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Female ovariectomized rats were divided into control group; ischemia?reperfusion injury (IRI) group;GPER?specific agonist (G1) intervention group;GPER?specific blocker+GPER?specific agonist (G15+G1) intervention group. Histopathological examination (HE staining), renal function test and Paller score were used to identify the success of the model and the degree of kidney damage. In vitro microvascular pressure diameter measuring instrument was used to detect the relaxation and contraction activity of renal interlobular artery in each group. Immunofluorescence technique was used to observe the expression of GPER on the renal interlobular artery. Westernblotting was used to detect the expression of GPER protein in renal interlobular artery of rats in each group. The NO content was determined by a nitrate reductase method. Results Compared with IRI group, serum BUN, Scr level and Paller score in G1 intervention group were significantly decreased (all P<0.05). The systolic rate of renal interlobar artery was significantly increased [(40.76 ± 1.57)% vs (29.78 ± 1.87)%, P<0.05]. The results of immunofluorescence showed that GPER was expressed in renal interlobular artery smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells, and the expression of IRI group was higher than that of the control group. The expression of G15+G1 intervention group was lower than that of G1 intervention group (all P<0.05). Compared with the IRI group, the NO content in the G1 intervention group increased significantly (all P<0.05). Conclusions During renal ischemia ?reperfusion injury, GPER may regulate the systolic and diastolic activity of the renal interlobar artery by increasing the content of NO, so as to alleviate the renal ischemia?reperfusion injury.

Objective:To evaluate postoperative pain control and functional recovery of standardized pain management after total hip arthroplasty. Methods:A retrospective analysis between December 2018 and August 2019 included 100 patients who underwent unilateral total hip arthroplasty in department of arthroplasty at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. After informed consent were obtained, the 100 subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, which totaled 50 patients in each group. Traditional postoperative pain management was used in control group and a self-made standardized pain management strategy was chosen in the study group. The prognosis of postoperative pain and the Harris Hip Score (HHS) were compared between the two groups. Results:Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in pain outcomes and HHS ( P>0.05). After standardized management of pain, the pain outcome scores of the intervention group were all higher than those of the control group, and the total pain outcome score of the intervention group (12.23±2.39) points was lower than that of the control group (14.50±2.18) points, with statistically significant difference ( t value was 4.962, P<0.001). All the Harris scale scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the total score of the intervention group (73.61±5.06) was higher than that of the control group (64.98±7.35), with statistically significant differences ( t value was -6.652, P<0.001). Conclusion:Standardized pain management protocol can be fairly effective in the prognosis of postoperative pain and functional recovery and therefore improve patients′ satisfaction after total hip arthroplasty.

Objective:
The aging model of guinea pigs induced by D-galactose was set up to investigate the changes of BKCa expression and function on cochlear pericytes and their relationship with age-related hearing loss.
Methods:
Thirty healthy 8-week-old guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups, with 10 in each group: D-galactose aging model group, subcutaneous injection of D-galactose (500 mg/kg) daily for 6 weeks; saline control group, the same amount of saline was injected into the neck of the aging model group for 6 weeks; the blank control group, no treatment was performed. The threshold of auditory brainstem response (ABR) was detected. The content of BKCa in the perivascular cells of the guinea pig cochlear cells was detected by immunofluorescence technique. The changes of peripheral current density and BKCa current were detected by patch clamp technique. The data were analyzed by GraphPad Prism software.
Results:
Compared with the saline group and the control group, the ABR threshold and the amplitude of the wave I were significantly decreased in the aging model group, and the difference was statistically significant (
