Idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN) is one of the main pathology of nephrotic syndrome,and has a rising trend year by year.In recent years that IMN is organ specific autoimmune disease.Phospholipase A2 receptor(PLA2R) and thrombospondin type-1 domain containing 7A(THSD7A) are the two main antigens of IMN,which could be used to distinguish the IMN and secondary membranous nephropathy.The anti-PLA2R antibody and anti-THSD7A antibody are associated with diagnosis,severity and activity of the disease.The antibody titer and its change could be used to help deciding the beginning of therapy and the therapitive courses.

Objective To investigate effect of serum apoptosis factor and long-term effect on medical abortion patients by sequential misoprostol. Methods 80 cases of early pregnancy patients who required termination pregnancy, were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.40 cases in control group were treated with mifepristone 25mg oral, misoprostol 600μg, 4 times a day.40 cases in experiment group were treated with sequential use of misoprostol.Effect of medical abortion, survivin and caspase-3 were compared after 7d treatment.Gynecological inflammation, dysmenorrhea and infertility were compared for 2 years.Results Compared with control group, complete abortion rate of the experiment group was higher (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions of the experiment group was lower than control group (P<0.05) after 2 years follow.up.Compared with the control group, HCG,E3 and P of experimental group were lower (P<0.05).After 7 days of medication,survivin decreased,caspase-3 increased,compared with control group, survivin of the experiment group was lower, caspase-3 was higher ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Misoprostol sequential can improve the success rate of medical abortion abortion, reduce the complications of abortion, presumably with the inhibition of survivin expression, is associated up regulation of caspase-3 levels.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of rosiglitazone (ROS) on the expression of adiponectin receptors (AdipoR1 and AdipoR2) mRNA in gingival tissue and inflammatory factors,and on the potential of bone loss in the rats with experimental periodontitis.Methods:10 male Sprague-Dawley rats without treatment were used as the controls;40 were used for the creation of periodontis models and then treated by rosiglitazone at 0(periodontitis control),1,3,10 mg/kg(low,median and high dose groups) respectively 1/d for 4 weeks.RT-PCR was used to examine the expression of AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 mRNA in gingiva tissue.Levels of gingival TNF-α,MMP-9 and plasma adiponectin was measured by ELISA.CEJ-A was measured for the evaluation of alveolar bone loss by standard digital photographs.Results:The expression levels of gingival AdipoRl and AdipoR2 mRNA in periodontitis group is lower than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.01).The concentration of plasma adiponectin had no significant difference between control group and periodontitis group(P ＞ 0.05).The concentration of gingival TNF-α,MMP-9 in periodontitis group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.01).Compared with periodontitis group,ROS treatment increased the expression levels of AdipoR1 mRNA(P ＜ 0.05)and decreased the concentration of TNF-α in gingival tissue.Median and high dose treatment increased the expression levels of AdipoR2 (P ＜ 0.01) and the concentration of plasma adiponectin(P ＜ 0.05),decreased the concentration of MMP-9 in gingival tissue (P ＜ 0.01)and the alveolar bone loss(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Rosiglitazone treatment may reduce inflammatory response and suppress the bone resorption probably through up-regulation of the expression of adiponectin receptors and decrease of the concentration of TNF-α,MMP-9 in gingival tissue.

Objective To establish an UPLC method for the determination of sinomenine in Sinomenine External Applied Powder. Methods The UPLC method was carried out on a C18 column by using acetonitrile-water-ethylene diamine (50:50:0.25) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.2 mL/min; the sample quantity was 2 μL; the detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results The peak time was within 1 min or so. The calibration curve of sinomenine was in the linear range of 34.2–2188.0 ng. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, stable and reliable, which can be used for the determination of sinomenine in Sinomenine External Applied Powder.

Objective To understand the status of tobacco epidemic among adults in Zhejiang province in 2013.Methods A total of 2 779 residents aged 15-69 years from 15 counties were selected using stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method and surveyed by face to face interview to complete questionnaire.Results The current smoking prevalence was 25.62％ among the adults 15-69 years old in Zhejiang province,50.88％ among males and 0.78％ among females.The daily smoking prevalence was 21.85％;40.56％ of the current daily smokers smoked within 30 minutes after waking;95.19％ of current smokers were not willing to quit;64.04％ of all respondents reported someone smoked in their own homes;67.48％ smokers thought they would continue to smoke even if the price of tobacco rises;21.09％ of all respondents saw tobacco AD at shops and on TV;42.00％ of people were aware that smoking could cause stroke,heart attack and lung cancer;89.69％ smokers still believed that low-tar cigarettes were less harmful than regular cigarettes;73.92％ of people agreed with completely no-smoking in public places.Conclusions Male smoking prevalence in Zhejiang remains at a high level,coupled with low rate of quitting,second hand smoke exposure remains a serious issue in household,low awareness of the harms of smoking for people,suggesting that the task of controlling smoking needs to be strengthened.

Objective To discuss the influence about three kinds of nasal feeding methods on ICU critical patients with gastrointestinal complications, thus providing guidance for ICU patients to choose reasonable way of nasal feeding pump injection. Methods 120 ICU patients were randomly assigned into three groups, which is the continuous 6-hour and intermittent 2-hour every three time pump group and continuous 24-hours pump group and intermittent 24-hour(continuous 2-hour and intermittent 1-hour every eight time units)pump group ,each group has 40 cases. To observe the the influence about three different way of nasogastric on ICU critical patients with gastrointestinal complications. Results The incidence of diarrhea and constipation among the three groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05) . The gastric retention rate of the continuous 24-hour pump group was significantly higher than that of the continuous 6-hour and intermittent 2-hour pump group and the intermittent 24-hour pump group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the continuous 6-hour and intermittent 2-hour pump group and the intermittent 24-hour pump group, (P > 0.05). Conclusions The continuous 24-hour pump group in gastric retention was slightly worse than the other two pump way. Compared with ICU class three a week and feeding times , the continuous 6-hour and intermittent 2-hour pump method is more suitable for ICU patients.

Objective: To observe the influence of electroacupuncture with different frequencies on rats swimming endurance and sift out the optimal frequency parameter.Methods: Wistar rats were randomly allocated to control group, non-acupoint group and electroacupuncture with low frequency group (EA with 2 Hz group), electroacupuncture with medium frequency group (EA with 15 Hz group), and electroacupuncture with high frequency group (EA with 100 Hz group), acupoints Zusanli (ST 36) and Taichong (LR 3) were punctured and rats load swimming time was used as an index, and the change of swimming endurance time before and after acupuncture was observed. Results: After electro-acupuncture, swimming time was increased in 15 Hz and 100 Hz groups respectively, with the significant differences between before and after acupuncture (P＜0.05). There was also a significant difference in the percentage of increase in swimming time between 15 Hz group and other groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion: It is suggested that electroacupuncture at acupoints Zusanli (ST 36) and Taichong (LR 3) with a frequency of 15 Hz could enhance rats's swimming endurance, and 15 Hz might be an optimal frequency parameter during the electrical stimulation.
