1.Clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment of severe comminuted fracture of tibial plateau with AO joint anatomic locking plate under arthroscope

Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive with AO joint anatomic locking plate under arthroscope and traditional internal fixation on treatment of severe comminuted fracture of tibial plateau.Methods Thirty-six cases of patients with severe comminuted fracture of tibial plateau were treated in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected.All patients received minimally invasive treatment with AO joint anatomic locking plate under arthroscope.At the same time,35 cases of patients under traditional fixation were selected as the control group.General surgery information including operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of incision,limb shortening,knee flexion degree and knee HSS score of patients in both two groups were observed.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of incision of the research group were (95.1 ± 20.4) min,(385.4 ± 40.7) ml and (1.9±0.7) cm respectively,(77.6±14.3) min,(456.7±45.1) ml and (4.0±1.2) cm for the control group,the differences were significant (t =4.175,6.997,9.038;P < 0.05).The limb shortening,knee flexion degree of the research group were (0.9±0.7) mm and (112.1 ± 14.8) ° respectively,(2.5± 1.8) mm and (90.1± 10.6) ° for the control group,the differences were significant (t =4.962,7.183;P< 0.05).After treatment,the knee joint HSS score of the research groups was (84.9±9.7),(69.1±7.3) for the control group,the difference was significant(t =7.738,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive treatment of severe comminuted fracture of tibial plateau with AO joint anatomic locking plate under arthroscope is significant,with smaller invasion,better postoperative recovery than traditional fixation,and can promote the recovery of neural function.
2.The therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid on secretory otitis media at acute period

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid on secretory otitis media(SOM)at acute period. Methods sixty two cases(65 ears) of SOM at acute period were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty one cases(32 ears) were treated with Dexamethasone and Cefuroxime Sodium, while the other thirty one (33 ears) were only treated with Cefuroxime Sodium. After 1 weeks therapy, the improvement in symptoms hearing was evaluated. Results There were significant difference in incidence rate of symptom and improvement rate of hearing between two groups( P <0.05). Conclusion Secretory otitis media at acute period could be obviously improved by glucocorticoid, which could also accelerate the absorption of middle ears hydrops and help the recovery of hearing.
3.Effect of 8-nitrochyrsin on the proliferation and apoptosis of HL-60 cells

Objective To investigate the effect of 8-Nitrochyrsin on cell proliferation and cell apoptosis of HL-60 cells in vitro.Methods 8-Nitrochyrsin on proliferation of HL-60 cells was detected by MTT assay;The trypan blue exclusion method was used to count the number of viable and dead cells,then the survival rate and growth curve were achieved;DNA ladder bands were observed by DNA agarose gel electrophoresis;HL-60 cell apoptotic percentage was detected by flow cytometry with PI staining.Results 8-Nitrochrysin inhibited proliferation of HL-60 cells in a concentration-dependent manner;8-Nitrochyrsin possess the inhibitory effect on the proliferation and growth of HL-60 cells;8-Nitrochrysin possess the significantly effect of inducing apoptosis of HL-60 cells.Conclusion 8-Nitrochyrsin possess the inhibitory effect of the proliferation and growth of HL-60 cells and significantly induces apoptosis of HL-60 cells.
4.Treatment of early-stage upper and/or middle thoracic esophageal cancer with a new muscle-sparing thoracotomy

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of performing muscle-sparing thoracotomy and intercostal sutures in the treatment of upper and/or middle thoracic esophageal cancer for the purpose of tumor control and postoperative quality of life improvement.Methods: Seven patients with esophageal cancer were treated with vertical muscle-sparing thoracotomy and Mckeown esophagectomy.Detailed clinic data were summarized and analyzed with patient follow-up information.Results: Of the 7 patients,five were still alive with a 71.4% five-year survival rate.There were no deaths resulting from the operation in this group.The mean length of thoracic incision was 11 cm.The range of hospital stays was 14 to 25 days,with a mean length of 18 days.No patients complained of impaired shoulder action,and the incision pain was hardly perceived without external stimulation 1 month after operation.Conclusion: Performing the muscle-sparing thoracotomy in the treatment of early-stage esophageal cancer located in the upper and /or middle thoracic segment yields a satisfactory long-term survival rate with an improved life quality in terms of incision pain relief and shoulder function.
5.Discussion on the Virtuous Interaction among the Hierarchical Medical Institutions in Rural Areas Based on the Theory of Integration

Objective:To investigate the content of interaction and construct the virtuous interaction among the hierarchical medical institutions in rural areas based on the theory of integration and system thinking.Methods:Literature research were applied to analyze the interaction with the use of the CNKI.WanFang and Vip.Results:Interaction was closely related to integration,and the interaction among the hierarchical medical institutions in rural areas mainly included resource interaction,management interaction and service interaction,whose subject was the rural three-level medical institutions.Conclusion:The ultimate goal of virtuous interaction was the quality and safety of the health service.Specific measures of the virtuous interaction included strengthening the construction of health personnel and capital flows,combing the interests of rural three-level medical institutions and integrated management,regionalization of two-way referral and upper-and-lower linkage.
6.Current status of laparoscopic therapy of severe acute pancreatitis

The surgical intervention and criteria of severe acute pancreatitis has significantly changed in the last several years with the advent of enhanced imaging techniques and minimally invasive surgery.Many kinds of minimally invasive technologies which take laparoscopy as a representative are constantly applied to the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and make its mortality and postoperative complication rate decrease obviously.However,there are many different ways using laparoscopic techniques to treat severe acute pancreatitis.In this review,the author will discuss the current status of the different approaches.
7.The effect of nursing intervention on metabolic syndrome caused by Olanzapine

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on metabolic syndrome of schizophrenia patients treated with Olanzapine.Methods 100 acute-episode schizophrenia patients treated with Olanzapine alone were randomized into the intervention group and the control group,each group with 50 cases.The control group received the routine psychiatric nursing,and the intervention group added nursing intervention to prevent metabolic syndrome.The changes of BMI,fasting blood-glucose,triglyceride,cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein of both groups were compared on the day upon admission and on the 4th,8th,12th and 48th weeks after hospitalization respectively.Results On the 4th week BMI and fasting blood-glucose,triglyceride,cholesterol of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,but high-density lipoprotein was higher than the control group.Conclusions Strengthening nursing intervention measures can effectively control metabolic syndrome caused by Olanzapine treatment,which can improve the medication compliance of patients and prevent schizophrenia recurrence.
9.Application of spatial statistics on echinococcosis studies

Spatial statistics plays an important role in spatial epidemiology studies of echinococcosis .Spatial statistics can be used to describe the spatial distribution ,predict the prevalence ,identify disease clusters ,and analyze the influencing factors of echinococcosis .To describe spatial distribution and predict the prevalence ,we can use spatial interpolation ,empirical bayes smoothing and ellipsoidal gradient .Spatial autocorrelation always used to identify disease clusters .Moran's I value ,Getis'G val‐ue and spatial scan statistics are used to judge spatial autocorrelation .Molding plays an important role on analyzing risk factors of echinococcosis .Generalised linear mixed models and Bayesian model are always performed with both spatial factors ,such as geomorphologic features ,climatic characteristics ,vegetation index and factors which make great effect on disease transmission . To figure out the spatial distribution of echinococcosis is significant for echinococcosis control and prevention .
10.Clinical effect and safety of cortical bone decortication combined locking plate fixation for treatment of patients with long bone nonunion of limbs

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of cortical bone decortication combined locking plate fixation for treatment of long bone nonunion of limbs. Methods Eighty patients with long bone nonunion of limbs who were treated in the Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from Jun. 2010 to Jun. 2013 were selected as our subjects and their clinical data were recorded. According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,and each group with 40 cases. Patients in observation group were treated with cortical bone decortication combined locking plate fixation, while in control group were treated with locking plate combined slotted bone graft. Clinical effects and safety of two groups were compared. Results Excellent and good rate in observation group was 100%(40/40),obviously higher than that of control group(90. 0%(36/40);χ2 =4. 21,P﹤0. 05). Bleeding amount during operation in observation group was(370. 5 ± 56. 5)ml,obviously less than that of control group((486. 5 ± 64. 5)ml;t=8. 56,P﹤0. 01). And the fracture healing time was(5. 6 ± 1. 2)months in observation group,shorter than control group((7. 2 ± 1. 5)months;t =5. 27,P ﹤0. 01). The postoperative complication occurrence rate was 5. 0%(2/40),significantly lower than control group(20. 0%(8/40);χ2 =4. 11,P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion Cortical bone decortication combined locking plate fixation for treatment of long bone nonunion of limbs is safe and effective,and it can reduce operation injury and accelerate postoperative healing of fracture.
