Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2000;0(04):-
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Shengji Yuhong Ointment (SYO) in promoting healing of postoperative wound of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula. [ Methods ] Forty cases of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula after operation were divided into group A ( n = 20) and group B ( n = 20) according to the odd-or even-numbered days of admissions. Group A was treated with external application of SYO and group B with external application of vaseline ointment. After treatment, the healing of postoperative wound was observed in the two groups. [Results] In group A, the time for the ceasing of exudates from wound surface, for the formation of granulation and epithelial tissue, and for the healing of wound was shorter than that in group B ( P
2.Quality Standard of Mongolian Medicine Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC.
Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;32(6):1071-1074,1149
Objective To establish the quality standard for mongolian medicine Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC. with modern analysis methods. Methods Chlorogenic acid and apigenin were identified by thin -layer chromatography (TLC). The chlorogenic acid content was determined by high performance liquid chromatograghy ( HPLC). And HPLC was performed on Kromat Universil C18 ( 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-acetic acid ( v/v/v, 15:85:0.85) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 326 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 20℃. Results The samples and the reference substance shared the same color spots at the same sites. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.044 66-0.446 6μg (r=0.999 8), and the average recovery rate was 99.84%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Rhaponticum uniflorum ( L. ) DC.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2000;0(04):-
Objective To study the expression and its significance of bcl-2 associated death (bad) gene in human optic nerves from traumatic atrophic eyeballs. Methods The optic nerves from 8 normal human donor eyes and 31 traumatic atrophic eyes were studied by immunohistochemistry technique. Results Bad protein was positively expressed in the normal optic nerve myelin sheath and residual myelin portions of optic nerve tissues from traumatic atrophic eyes. The expression of bad protein in the residual portions of myelin sheath was stained significantly stronger than that in normal optic nerves (P0 05). Conclusion Bad might possess the function of promoting the optic nerve atrophy processes in traumatic atrophic eyes.

Targeting cell apoptosis is currently the most promising therapy for cancer treatment. The BH3-only protein, which is a member of Bcl-2 family, can bind to the pro-survival members of the family and neutralize their functional activities to induce apoptosis (ie, to isolate pro-apoptotic members of the Bcl-2 family). BH3 mimetics, a kind of small molecule compounds, has the ability to mimic the BH3-only protein to induce apoptosis. The prototype of BH3 mimetics is ABT-737, who can selectively targets on BCL-XL, BCL-2 and BCL-W (but not MCL-1 and A1). ABT-263, a derivative of ABT-737, has a better performance of inducing apoptosis and inhibiting the growth of tumor in clinical trials. At this stage, some presumably BH3 mimetics has entered the clinical stage, while a large part of them is still being characterized and tested. Basing on the mechanism of BH3-only protein, this review summarize a variety of BH3 mimetics which have been widely recognized, and show the latest developments of newly diagnosed BH3 mimetics in the field.

Visitation in ICU patients increases the risk of nosocomial infection, but it can meet the psychological needs of patients and their families and help patients with physical rehabilitation. The use of video visitation system, can realize not to enter the ICU unit can remote video visitation purposes, which can meet the needs of patients in ICU visitation, and can effectively reduce nosocomial infection. Video visitation system can be implemented by different ways. Through the researching and analyzing of the various video visiting ways, this article summarizes the advantages of each and the conditions of construction, and then points out that the hospital should choose the appropriate way based on the construction conditions of ICU, during its construction.

65 mm Hg and CVP between 10-14 cm H2O. In control group no AHHD was performed. Blood samples and urine specimens were obtained before anesthesia (T1), at the end of operation (T2 ) and 72 h after operation (T3 ) for determination of blood and urinary creatinine (BCr, UCr) , blood sodium (BNa) , urinary sodium (UNa), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , urinary ?1-microglobulin (?1-MG), urinary albumin, urinary immuno-globulin G, creatinine clearance (CCr), and fractional sodium clearance (FENa) . Results BUN, urinary albumin, urinary immuno-globulin G, CCr and FENa were normal during the study in both groups. Urinary concentration of ?1-MG was significantly increased at T2 as compared with the baseline value before anesthesia (T, ) and declined at T3 but was still significantly higher than that at T1 . There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the parameters mentioned above. Conclusion AHHD with 6% HES (200/0.5) has no detrimental effects on renal function in patients with normal function.

OBJECTIVE:To provide new identification method for processed medicinal material Chinese polyphaga(Eupolyph-aga sinensis,Steleophaga plancyi) and their adulterants by establishing molecular identification method based on Cytb genes. METHODS:The total DNA of Chinese polyphaga and their adulterants was extracted using modified saturation sodium chloride method. The Cytb genes of all samples were amplified with PCR using general primers REVCB2H and REVCBJ. The phylogenetic tree of all samples was constructed with Neighbor-Joining(NJ)method using MEGA 5.1 software. The sequences of the Cytb gene of all sampled were compared by using DNAMAN sofetware. The difference between genuine product and their adulterants were analyzed, and the specific primers Esin-F and Esin-R were designed for molecular identification in different regions. RESULTS:DNA extracted from processed medicinal insects was successful to amplify Cytb gene segments. The phylogenetic tree of all sam-ples was consistent with their genetic relationship. A fragment was amplified only from genuine product but not from other adulter-ants with the designed specific primers Esin-F and Esin-R. CONCLUSIONS:DNA extraction method from processed Chinese polyphaga and their adulterants have been established. Designed specific primers are highly specific to genuine product Chinese polyphaga, and can be used for the identification of Chinese polyphaga and their adulterants.

At the beginning of the 1980s, a concept of viable but non-culturable(VBNC) was suggested. VBNC is a survival strategy adopted by microorganisms when they are exposed to environmental stress. This article try to make a summary of research of the conditions of VBNC formation, recovery of culturability and methods of VBNC cells detection. In addition, introduces the first growth factor of microorganisms-Rpf.

Cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) is a kind of small molecular peptide which can pass through a variety of cell membranes. It can carry bioactive macromolecules into cells. Due to lacking of tissue-selecting and targeting behavior, the application of CPP in the field of tumor treatment is limited. Activatable cell- penetrating peptide (ACPP) has brought the dawn to the application of CPP. This review mainly introduces the applications of ACPP in the targeting antitumor drug delivery which was designed based on the differences between tumor microenvironment and normal tissues as well as the exogenous physical stimulation.
