In order to realize an individualized and specialized rehabilitation assessment of remoteness and intelligence, we set up a remote intelligent assessment system of upper limb movement function of post-stroke patients during rehabilitation. By using the remote rehabilitation training sensors and client data sampling software, we collected and uploaded the gesture data from a patient's forearm and upper arm during rehabilitation training to database of the server. Then a remote intelligent assessment system, which had been developed based on the extreme learning machine (ELM) algorithm and Brunnstrom stage assessment standard, was used to evaluate the gesture data. To evaluate the reliability of the proposed method, a group of 23 stroke patients, whose upper limb movement functions were in different recovery stages, and 4 healthy people, whose upper limb movement functions were normal, were recruited to finish the same training task. The results showed that, compared to that of the experienced rehabilitation expert who used the Brunnstrom stage standard table, the accuracy of the proposed remote Brunnstrom intelligent assessment system can reach a higher level, as 92.1%. The practical effects of surgery have proved that the proposed system could realize the intelligent assessment of upper limb movement function of post-stroke patients remotely, and it could also make the rehabilitation of the post-stroke patients at home or in a community care center possible.

Objective:To explore molecule mechanism about anti-aging of bifidobacterium by investigating the effect of lipoteichoic acid (LTA) of bifidobacterium on thymus of aging mice induced by D-galactose.Methods:Male Kunming mice were divided into different groups at random. These mice were induced aging by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose on the back of mice and LTA was simultaneously administered to them daily for 40 days. Body weight, thymus index ,thymus morphology, thymus c-fos, p16 production and peripheral blood IL-2 concentration were tested by HE staining, immunochemistry method, ELISA and other methods. Results:There were significant differences for body weight ,thymus index, thymus morphology, thymus p16, c-fos production and peripheral blood IL-2 concentration between the young control group and the aging model group. Whereas, LTA can improve thymus morphology ,increase body weight ,thymus index and c-fos production, meamwhile, decrease thymus p16 and peripheral blood IL-2 concentration of aging model mice. Conclusion:The results showed that LTA can remarkably delay thymus aging, and it may be a molecular mechanism of bifidobacterium delaying immunosenescent.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(04):-
When albino rats were fed with high cholesterol diet or injected With a large dose of carbon tetrachloride or chloroform, severe fatty liver developed but without any morphological changes in the pancreas. However, when fatty liver was produced with a protein free diet, the atrophic change in the acinar cells was observed prior to fatty infiltration in the liver. No change was found in the islets of Langerhans. The presence of lipocaic factor as an internal secretion of the pancreas cannot be verified by these studies or by our previous works.
