Objective To evaluate Zeus robot-assisted laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Forty patients were divided into two groups receiving respectively Zeus robot-assisted laparoscopic cholecystectomy (group A, 20 cases), and laparoscopic cholecystectomy (group B, 20 cases). A variety of clinical parameters were evaluated. Compared between these two groups. Results Camera clearing (1.1?1.0) times and time used for operation field adjustment in group A (2.2?0.7) min were significantly less than those in group B (4.5?1.5,7.5?1.2) min. Dissection actions(337?86)times and operative errors(10%) in group A were less than those in group B(389?94) times,25%. The operation time(104.9?20.5) min and setup time (29.5?9.8) min in group A were longer than those in group B (78.6?17.1) min,(12.6?2.5) min. The blood loss, and postoperative hospital stay were similar. There were no postoperative complications in either groups, and conversion to open surgery was done in one each patients. Conclusions Compared with laparoscopic technique, Zeus robotic surgical system offers greater ability of controlling operation field, precise and stable operative manipulations though it requires longer operation time.

OBJECTIVETo investigate how network education can improve college students' knowledge on sexual and reproductive health in Ningbo city.
METHODSFrom December 2012 to June 2013, we conducted a questionnaire investigation among college students in Ningbo city about the effects of network education on their knowledge about sexual psychology, sexual physiology, sexual ethics, and reproductive health.
RESULTSA total of 7 362 college students accomplished the investigation, of whom 2 483 (42.1% males and 57.9% females) received network education, while the other 4 879 (24.1% males and 75.9% females) did not. Approximately 47.1% of the male and 28.0% of the female students acquired sexual and reproductive knowledge via network education. Reproductive health-related network education significantly enriched the students' knowledge about the reproductive system and sex, pubertal development, sexual physiology, conception and embryonic development, methods of contraception, sexual psychology, sexually transmitted diseases and their prevention, pregnancy care and eugenics, and environment- and occupation-related reproductive health (P < 0.01). It also remarkably improved their cognitive attitude towards reproductive health knowledge (P < 0.01). Those who received reproductive health-related network education showed a significantly higher rate of masturbation (P < 0.01) but markedly later time of the first masturbation (P < 0.01) than those who did not.
CONCLUSIONNetwork education can enhance the effect of reproductive health education among college students and improve their sexual experience and health.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate mid-term clinical results of microendoscopic discectomy (MED) for the treatment of lumbar disc hermiation.
METHODSIn the study, 117 patients were reviewed, including 63 male and 54 female, ranging in age from 24 to 72 years, with an average of 50.6 years. Among the patients, 60 patients had simple lumbar disc herniation, 10 patients had simple lateral crypt stenosis, 32 patients had lumbar disc herniation combined with lateral crypt stenosis, and 15 patients were combined with calcified nucleus pulposus. Two patients had herniation in L3-L4, 56 patients in L4-L5, 48 patients in L5-S1, 11 patients in L4-L5 and L5-S1. The central type of lumbar disc herniation occurred in 22 patients and the lateral type of herniation occurred in other 95 patients. The Protrusion type of herniation occurred in 32 discs, ruptured type in 73 discs, and free type in 12 discs. Ninety-eight patients had lumbar and leg pain in one side, and 19 patients in double sides. MED was used to remove the nucleus and decompress the nerve root canal.
RESULTSAll the patients were followed up and the duration ranged from 48 to 84 months, with an average of 5.5 years. According to lumbar and leg pain evaluation criteria from spinal group of Chinese Orthopaedic Association, there were 93 patients got an excellent result, 16 good and 8 poor.
CONCLUSIONAppropriate control indications and skillful surgical techniques are the key points to decrease the complication and to improve the curative effect.

Objective To discuss the personality characteristics and blood lipid levels in patients with infertility and depression, and further analyze the relationship between the degree of depression and the two aspects. Methods We selected 190 infertility patients and they were tested with Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital Affiliated to North China University of Science and Technology from December,2015 to December,2016.All the patients were allocated into depression group (with depression symptom) and non-depression group (without depression symptom).Blood lipid levels, including triglycerides (TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) was applied to evaluate the personality traits in both groups. Results The patients in the depression group were mainly mild-to-moderate depression accouting for 64.4%,and patients with moderate to severe depression accouted for approximately 30.0%.The levels of TG and TC of patients in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the non-depression group(P<0.01).The scores of neuroticism(N),validity scale(L) and psychoticism(P) of patients in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the non-depression group, while there was no significant difference in exextraversion (E) between the two groups.TG,E dimension,P dimension and L dimension were effective predictors of depression in infertile patients, and the Beta coefficient were 0.199,-0.240,0.424 and 0.220.Pearson partial correlation analysis showed that TG was positively correlated with P,N and L dimensions. Conclusion Infertility patients with depression may have dyslipidemia and personality changes. The degree of depression is positively correlated to the level of TG and the score of P and N.

Objective To investigate the microbleeding incidence of healthy eldery population and patients with stroke. Methods 30 cases of healthy eldery population,32 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,46 cases of patients with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases were performed of MRI and GRE-T_2 ~* WI examination. Results The microbleeding incidences was 37.5% in cerebral hemorrhage group,28.1% in multiple cerebral infarction group,25.0% in Binswanger's disease group. The most frequently seen microbleeding foci located in ganglia areas, then in thalamus areas, subcortical areas and brain stem, last in cerebellar. Conclusion GRE-T_2 ~* WI,helpful for finding microbleeding and indicating lesion degree of microblooding vessels, plays an important role in the diagnosis of stroke and decision making of treatment.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture at Zhongwan (CV 12) for treatment of peptic ulcer.
METHODSTwo hundred and seventy-six cases enrolled were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a control group, 138 cases in the acupuncture group were treated with deep needling at Zhongwan (CV 12) with a long needle, and 138 cases in the control group were treated with climetidine. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by clinical symptoms and gastroscopy. They were investigated for 6 weeks.
RESULTSThe acupuncture group was better than the control group in rapid alleviation of stomachache and improvement of appetite (P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 90.6% in the acupuncture group and 88.4% in the control group with no significant difference (P > 0.05). The symptoms improved significantly in the two groups (P < 0.01), but with no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect of gastroscopy (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONAcupuncture at Zhongwan (CV 12) has a reliable therapeutic effect on peptic ulcer.

Seven sinapine analogs (6a-6g) were synthesized using cinnamon acid or benzoic acid and their derivatives as starting materials, which obtained from substituted benzaldehyde and malonate. The structures of target compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The effects of compounds 6a-6g on the smooth muscle of intestine isolated from rabbit were studied, and the experimental results showed that compounds 6a, 6d and 6g had diastolic action, while 6f had contractile action.
