China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
0.05),and 12 928.75 vs.14 262.98,respectively.Both groups had 1 alimentary tract hemorrhage case in either group but were cured on treatment. No intracranial hemorrhage was noted in either group.CONCLUSION:Yinxingdamo injection was an optimal therapy as compared with Shuxuening.
2.Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Cefoperazone Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium vs. Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia
China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
0.05) and the cost-effectiveness ratios were 1 898.85 and 1 599.81,respectively.CONCLUSION:Levoflocaxin is superior to cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium for community acquired pneumonia.
5.Meta-analysis of fusion with and without instrumentation in the treatment of chronic low back pain
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2008;28(8):628-633
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of fusion with and without instrumentation in the treatment of chronic low back pain. Methods To search Medline(from 1966 to Deeember.2006).Embase (1984 to December,2006),Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trial f4th Quarter 2006),Current Controlled Trials. The China Biological Medicine Database(1984 to December,2006).and hand searched several related journals. The quality of included trials was evaluated.Data were extracted by two reviewers independently with a designed extraction form RevMan 4.2.8 software was used for data analysis. Results Eight studies involving 656 patients were included. The results of meta-analysis indicated that statistically significant difierences were observed between the two operative procedures in the fusion rate(OR=2.26,95% CI 1.51-3.38,P=0.0001),clinical outcome(OR=1.54,95%CI 1.09-2.19,P=0.01),incidence of re-operation (OR=2.16.95% CI 1.08-4.33,P=0.002).There were no statistically significant difierences in back pain scores (WMD=-0.22,95% CI-0.81-0.36),leg pain scores(WMD=0.22,95%CI-0.50-0.93),complications(OR=1.68,95%CI 0.78-3.63),satisfaction of surgery by patients(OR=1.54,95%CI 0.93-2.55).Three studies described the mean surgical time, perioperative blood loss, days in hospital after surgery, which revealed that single fusion was superior to fusion with instrumentation.Three studies described the work status of patients post-operatively.Two studies indicated smoking could decrease the fusion rate. Conclusion To compare with single fusion, fusion with instrumentation can increase the fusion rate and improve clinical outcome slightly, but it also increases the incidence of re-operation.More high quality large-scale randomized controlled trims are required.
6.Analysis and Countermeasures on Neurotoxicity of Cinnabaris
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;23(7):1-3,4
As a kind of mineral medicine containing mercury, the toxicity of Cinnabaris has always been controversial. In recent years, along with the increasing reports and studies on Cinnabaris, it has been found that although the toxicity of Cinnabaris has effects on multi-systems, the main effect is on nervous system. In order to clarify Cinnabaris neurotoxicity and reduce its damage for nervous lesion caused in clinical application, this article made a thorough analysis on symptom expression and mechanism of Cinnabaris neurotoxicity and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
7.Current status of laparoscopic therapy of severe acute pancreatitis
International Journal of Surgery 2012;39(6):412-415
The surgical intervention and criteria of severe acute pancreatitis has significantly changed in the last several years with the advent of enhanced imaging techniques and minimally invasive surgery. Many kinds of minimally invasive technologies which take laparoscopy as a representative are constantly applied to the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and make its mortality and postoperative complication rate decrease obviously. However, there are many different ways using laparoscopic techniques to treat severe acute pancreatitis. In this review, the author will discuss the current status of the different approaches.
8.Tumor microenvironment and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(8):582-584
Rational microenvironment contributes actively to cancer development through multiple mechanisms including triggering genomics instability, providing shield, promoting immune escape, inducing differentiation and permissive nich.Tumorigenesis reversely promotes the form of tumor microenvironment composed of hypoxia, decreasing pH,angiogenesis and nutrition deficiency.Tumor microenvironment not only is the reasons but also results in cancer development and progression.A better understanding of how the tumor environment affects cancer progression would provide the new strategy for cancer therapy.
9.Roles of mitochondria in tumorigenesis
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(7):486-488
As semi-autonomous organelles, mitochondria are easily damaged by various factors.Mitochondrial dysfunction such as abnormal oxidative phosphorylation, metabolism alterations, apoptosis prevention, damaged mitophagy, immune escape and deregulated signaling pathway have been hypothesized to be involved in tumorigenesis.Modulated mitochondria may prevent the occurrence of tumors.
10.Aldo-keto reductase superfamily and lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(1):43-46
Aldo-keto reductase reductase (AKR) superfamily is NADPH-dependent oxidoreductase. As a rate-limiting enzyme in polyols metabolic pathway, the activation or inactivation of AKR involves in neoplastic process of lung cancer with the metabolism of environment toxic.AKR is related to drug resistance of chemotherapy, which will be the prognostic factor of lung cancer.
