[ Methods ] Forty cases of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula after operation were divided into group A ( n = 20) and group B ( n = 20) according to the odd-or even-numbered days of admissions. Group A was treated with external application of SYO and group B with external application of vaseline ointment. After treatment, the healing of postoperative wound was observed in the two groups. Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effects of rosuvastatin in patients with unstable angina pectoris undergoing coronary stent implantation.Methods Patients (90 cases) with unstable angina pectoris undergoing coronary stent implantation in No.215 Hospital of Shanxi Nuclear Industry from January 2014 to May 2016 were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin,and patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin.The levels of CK-MB,cTnⅠ,h-FABP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-6,IL-10,and IL-18 were compared between two groups.Adverse drug reaction and major adverse cardiac events of two groups were recorded.Results After 24 h operation,the levels of CK-MB,cTnⅠ,hs-CRP,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-10,and IL-18 of two group were significantly higher than those before operation (P ＜ 0.05),and those in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no difference in h-FABP between two groups before and after operation (P ＜ 0.05).The level of IL-6 in the observation group after operation was higher than that before operation,but the difference was not significant (P ＜ 0.05);The level of IL-6 in the control group was significantly higher than that before operation and that of observation group (P ＜0.05);The rates of drug adverse reactions and major adverse cardiac events were similar in two groups.Conclusion Compared with same doseatorvastatin,the effects of rosuvastatin in muscle damage and inflammatory response are better,and do not increase adverse reactions.

Objective To establish the quality standard for mongolian medicine Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC. with modern analysis methods. Methods Chlorogenic acid and apigenin were identified by thin -layer chromatography (TLC). The chlorogenic acid content was determined by high performance liquid chromatograghy ( HPLC). And HPLC was performed on Kromat Universil C18 ( 4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-acetic acid ( v/v/v, 15:85:0.85) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 326 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 20℃. Results The samples and the reference substance shared the same color spots at the same sites. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.044 66-0.446 6μg (r=0.999 8), and the average recovery rate was 99.84%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Rhaponticum uniflorum ( L. ) DC.

Objective To investigate the distribution and the characteristics of HBV genotype in Kunming City,China.Methods The HBV genotypes and HBV-DNA levels of 360 patients in Kunming were detected by real-time quantitative PCR using type-specific primers,the serum-types were also detected in ELISA at the same time.Results Of the 360 specimens,346(96.11%) could be detected directly,among them 196 were genotype C(56.65%),91 were genotype B(26.30%),91 were genotype B(26.30%),37 were in B-C mix-type (10.69%),21 were genotype D(6.07%),1 were genotype A(0.29%).Among them,the genotype C was higer than the others (P<0.01);HBV-DNA levels of the patients with genotype C and B-C mix-type were higer than the genotype B and the others(P<0.01,P<0.05) (beside the positive proportions of genotype B was lower in the serum with"HB-sAg( + ),HBeAg( + ),anti-HBc( + )"(P<0.01),the other genotypes were no relation with their serum-types (P>0.05);the 360 specimens,14(3.89%)could not be detected directly,the average level of them was 4.136X 103IU/ml,it was lower than that of others(P<0.05).Conclusion The HBV-genotypes in Kunming area are abundant,including genotype C,B,D,A and B/C mix-type.The dominant genotype of HBV are C and B,and the HBV-DNA level of genotypes B/C mix-type and C were singnificantly higher than that of others ;The negative relation existed between the genotype B's frequency and the positive proportions of HBeAg;The genotype D frequency of this region is higher than that of lower-altitude inland areas and lower than that of plateau areas around Lahsa,which probably stands for its epidemiologic feature.Meanwhile,those samples without direct identification contain relatively lower level of HBV-DNA,which probably suggests that HBV genotype should be conducted on a basis of a certain HBV-DNA quantity.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of fusion with and without instrumentation in the treatment of chronic low back pain.Methods To search Medline(from 1966 to Deeember.2006).Embase (1984 to December,2006),Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trial f4th Quarter 2006),Current Controlled Trials.The China Biological Medicine Database(1984 to December,2006).and hand searched several related journals.The quality of included trials was evaluated.Data were extracted by two reviewers independently with a designed extraction form RevMan 4.2.8 software was used for data analysis.Results Eight studies involving 656 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis indicated that statistically significant difierences were observed between the two operative procedures in the fusion rate(OR=2.26,95% CI 1.51-3.38,P=0.0001),clinical outcome(OR=1.54,95%CI 1.09-2.19,P=0.01),incidence of re-operation (OR=2.16.95% CI 1.08-4.33,P=0.002).There were no statistically significant difierences in back pain scores (WMD=-0.22,95% CI-0.81-0.36),leg pain scores(WMD=0.22,95%CI-0.50-0.93),complications(OR=1.68,95%CI 0.78-3.63),satisfaction of surgery by patients(OR=1.54,95%CI 0.93-2.55).Three studies described the mean surgical time,perioperative blood loss,days in hospital after surgery,which revealed that single fusion was superior to fusion with instrumentation.Three studies described the work status of patients post-operatively.Two studies indicated smoking could decrease the fusion rate.Conclusion To compare with single fusion,fusion with instrumentation can increase the fusion rate and improve clinical outcome slightly,but it also increases the incidence of re-operation.More high quality large-scale randomized controlled trims are required.

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of Henoch-Sch(o)nlein purpura (HSP) in children.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 124 children with HSP.Results Among these 124 children,54.84% of the children presented upper respiratory tract infection before the onset of HSP.The purpura recurred in 30 of 47 children with Henoch-Sch(o)nlein purpura nephritis and in 22 of 77 children without Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,respectively (P＜0.05).The incidence of Henoch-Sch(o)nlein purpura nephritis was significantly higher in children who had purpura,gastrointestinal symptoms,and joint symptoms simultaneously than in those only with purpura (P＜0.05).The elevated levels of IgA and C reactive protein were found in 67.35% and 39.39% of the children,respectively.Conclusion The most important predisposing factor of HSP is upper respiratory tract infection.The children with recurrence of purpura or those who have purpura,gastrointestinal symptoms,and joint symptoms simultaneously are more likely to present renal damage.

The surgical intervention and criteria of severe acute pancreatitis has significantly changed in the last several years with the advent of enhanced imaging techniques and minimally invasive surgery.Many kinds of minimally invasive technologies which take laparoscopy as a representative are constantly applied to the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and make its mortality and postoperative complication rate decrease obviously.However,there are many different ways using laparoscopic techniques to treat severe acute pancreatitis.In this review,the author will discuss the current status of the different approaches.

Precision chemotherapy is the prospective direction of cancer chemotherapy,which involves the selection of the effective chemotherapy regimens based on the chemotherapy-related genes.Chemotherapyrelated genes include DNA repair genes,drug metabolism enzymes,drug transporters,apoptosis-related genes and cancer-related genes.These genes can predict the response and toxicity of chemotherapy,and determine the clinical outcome.
