1.Research progress of MSI colorectal cancer
Practical Oncology Journal 2017;31(4):376-380
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, with the improvement of living standards and eating habits of Westernization. The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer are on the rise in China. The development of colorectal cancer is a multi-step,multi-gene involved in the process. At present, chromosome instability(CIN)and microsatellite instability(MSI)are considered to be the main genetic pathways in colorectal cancer. This article reviews research progress of MSI colorectal cancer in clinical pathology and molecular characteristics.
2.Clinical Thinking Training Based on a Medical Record from Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Synopsis of Golden Chamber and Warm Diseases Theory Comprehensive Practical Training Course
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;22(8):121-123
Based on a typical medical record from Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Synopsis of Golden Chamber and Warm Diseases Theory Comprehensive Practical Training Course, this article set group discussion as clues, and analyzed the connection and differences of etiology and pathogenesis by combining febrile diseases, golden chamber, and warm diseases. It emphasized the establishment of clinical thinking in medical records and divergent thinking extended from clinical thinking. Through the analysis of the typical medical record, this article hoped to provide references for the comprehensive study and application of febrile diseases, golden chamber, and warm diseases.
3.Advances on the relationship between Notch signaling pathway and Th17 cells
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(6):657-660
The evolutionarily conserved Notch family widely exists in vertebrates and invertebrates and plays crucial roles in several biological processes such as embryogenesis, cell proliferation, apoptosis, as well as the differentiation and function of immune cell.Being different from Th1 and Th2 cell subsets, Th17 cells are new subset of CD4+ T cells and can secrete many kinds of cytokines, such as IL-17, IL-17F, IL-21 and IL-22.Recently, Th17 cells are considered to play important roles in asthma, rheumatic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and malignant tumor. This review focuses on the research progress of Notch signaling pathway and its regulatory roles on Th17 cells.
4.Views of College Students on Counseling and Psychotherapy
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(10):-
Objective:to study perspective of college students on counseling and psychotherapy Method:440 college students were asked to fill up a mental health knowledge questionnaire made by the authors Result:most of college students attached importance to and had a positive attitude towards counseling and psychotherapy, however they misunderstood some concepts and were not satisfied with the service available Conclusion:counseling and psychotherapy are in the early development stage in China
5.Views of College Students on Mental Health
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(12):-
Objective:To investigate college students' perspective of mental health Method:440 college students were asked to fill up SCL-90 and a mental health knowledge investigation questionnaire made by the authors Result:Most students concerned about their mental health and liked to learn the knowledge of mental health However, there were still some aspects they kept incorrect ideas The results also showed that there were some difference in the attitude toward mental health, as well as the comprehension of the knowledge of mental health between male and female; among freshman, sophomore, junior and senior; between students in different universities, and between students who had visited counselors or psychotherapists and others who had not Conclusion:Pearson correlation analysis showed that college students' knowledge of and attitude to mental health related to their status of mental heath significantly

7.Intracranial and Extracranial Arteriovenous System Impairment after Pulmonary Cancer: 1 Case Report
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(1):87-89
Objective To analysis the etiology of intracranial and extracranial arteriovenous system impairment after pulmonary cancer. Methods A patient with pulmonary cancer with deep venous thrombosis, jugular venous thrombosis and cerebral infarction was analysed and reviewed combined with the literature. Results Pulmonary cancer could impair intracranial and extracranial arteriovenous system by hypercoagulability, anticoagulation system abnormalities and vascular wall damage, which could be manifested as cerebral infarction and deep venous thrombosis. Conclusion The hypercoagulable state secondary to pulmonary cancer is one of the main causes of intracranial and extracranial arteriovenous system thrombosis.
8.The research development of high mobility group protein B1 and Toll-like receptor 4 in neuropathic pain
Yue MA ; Yitong LI ; Yuqing MA
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2017;40(7):665-667
Nerve injury as a kind of tissue damage, inevitably stimulates nerve tissue inflammatory reaction, mediates neural tissue repair and regeneration, and participates in the occurrence of chronic pain. The high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in neurological pain plays an important role, HMGB1-TLR4 pathway is involved in the initiation and progression of neuropathy pain. If the mechanism of HMGB1-TLR4 pathway in the neurological pain is identified, it can provide an effective pain-relieving methods and new target for drugs.
9.Progress in methodology of establishing physiologically based pharmacokinetic models.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(1):16-22
Physiologically based pharmacokinetic model (PBPK), a mechanistic mathematic model, which can simulate the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of drugs, is being more widely used in pharmaceutical research and development areas. This article reviews primarily the recent advances in the procedure of establishing a PBPK model, including specifying of the PBPK model structure, specification of the tissue model, writing of equations, set of model parameters, simulation and evaluation. Application significance, major challenges and future developments of PBPK model in pharmaceutical areas are also discussed.
