1.Study on the optimal dosage of Dezocine combined with propofol used in painless induced abortion
Journal of Chinese Physician 2012;14(9):1171-1174
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect, suitable dose, and its safety of dezocine combined with propofol used in painless artificial abortion.MethodsWith a completely randomized double blind method,200 cases of ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ early intrauterine pregnancy patients were divided into A,B,C,and D four groups ( n =50).Each patient in A,B,and C groups was infused dezocine in 0.10,0.15,and 0.20 mg/Kg,respectively.D group was administrated with intravenous fentanyl 1.5 μ g/kg,then 3min later, slowly intravenous injection of 1% of propofol.MAP,HR,RR,and SpO2 were recorded at the before anesthesia induction (T0 ),loss of eyelash reflex time (T1 ),recovery time (T2),and recovery 10 -min time (T3 ).Meanwhile, the parameters including the anesthesia induction time, anesthesia recovery time, directional force recovery time, induction dosage and total dosage of propofol, and the intraoperative and postoperative analgesic efficacy and adverse reaction were compared among different groups. Results For the A and D groups,MAP,HR,RR,and SpO2 at the T1 were all lower than that at the T0 ( P <0.05).For the B group,MAP and HR at the T1 were lower than that at the T0 ( P < 0.05).The anesthesia recovery time and orientation recovery time in the B and C groups were significantly shorter than A and D groups ( P < 0.05 ),and significantly statistical difference was found between A and D groups,no statistical difference between B and C groups ( P > 0.05).The propofol induction dosage and total dosage were different among groups ( groups C < B < D < A) with a statistical significance ( P < 0.05 ).The intraoperarive analgesia effect, postoperative pain score grading, and intraoperative body dynamic reaction rates in the B and C groups were significantly different from the A and D groups ( P < 0.05 ),and no statistical significance was found between B and C groups ( P > 0.05 ).The respiratory inhibition, postoperative nausea, vomiting and other adverse reaction rates in the B and C groups were significantly lower than those in A and D groups ( P < 0.05),and those parameters in B group were lower than C group.ConclusionsDezocine combined with propofol is definitely effective and very safe in painless induced abortion with very less respiratory inhibition, nausea, vomiting, and other adverse reactions; and their optimal dosage is 0.15 mg/kg.
2.Thoughts on constructing the donation assistance system in China
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(5):785-796
BACKGROUND:Into the 21st century, the organ transplantation has been known as“the top medicine of twenty-first century with the rapid development”. However, the organ transplantation has been greatly limited by the shortage of donor organs. Meanwhile, in China, a ratio of 1:30 is the“bottleneck”of the development of organ transplantation.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the significance, content and approach of constructing a donation assistance system, and to analyze the problems of organ donation to be solved in China in order to propose rescue measures of organ donation.
METHODS:A computer-based online search in CNKI database and PubMed database was performed with the keywords of“organ donation, organ transplantation, assistance”by screening titles and abstracts. At the same time, understanding the organ donor and the medical staff through the interview provides a realistic basis for proposal of the rescue measures.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:From social, economic, psychological and other aspects, some humanitarian assistance given to organ donors is the trend for the rapid development of organ transplantation. Meanwhile, in aspects of the establishment of legal assistance, system design, organization construction, staffing, an assistance system for organ donation in China is proposed to ensure the implementation of rescue measures.
7.Application of 18F-NaF PET/CT in patients with bone metastasis from prostate cancer
Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2017;37(2):108-110
There has been a growing number of prostate cancer patients in our country, and most of the patients suffer with bone metastases.Although more and more new drugs are reported for the treatment of prostate cancer, tumor local recurrence or metastasis occur within the 10 years after treatment. The diagnostic sensitivity of 18F-NaF PET/CT for bone metastases from prostate cancer is high.18F-NaF PET/CT not only can locate the lesion precisely, evaluate the drug efficacy quantitatively, but also can be used to follow up prostate cancer patients. This review is focused on the application of 18F-NaF PET/CT in bone metastases from prostate cancer.
8.Study on Influencing Factors of Nursing Associations Undertaking Transferred Government Functions
Chinese Hospital Management 2016;36(7):40-42
Objective To know the influencing factors of nursing associations of different provinces and cities undertaking transferred government functions, and to explore the new direction of nursing management system reform based on the association platform.Method 10 experts from 9 provinces and cities were interviewed, and statistics was analyzed by three-level coding combining with QSR NVivo10.0 software.Result 3 themes were collected (internal factors, external support factors and others, such as an independent legal status, financial support, etc). Conclusion Nursing associations,as participants of medical organization and hospital management, must make their own capabilities clear, continuously strengthen their own ability in order to provide better service, and promote the development of medical and health career.
9.Intracranial and Extracranial Arteriovenous System Impairment after Pulmonary Cancer: 1 Case Report
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(1):87-89
Objective To analysis the etiology of intracranial and extracranial arteriovenous system impairment after pulmonary cancer. Methods A patient with pulmonary cancer with deep venous thrombosis, jugular venous thrombosis and cerebral infarction was analysed and reviewed combined with the literature. Results Pulmonary cancer could impair intracranial and extracranial arteriovenous system by hypercoagulability, anticoagulation system abnormalities and vascular wall damage, which could be manifested as cerebral infarction and deep venous thrombosis. Conclusion The hypercoagulable state secondary to pulmonary cancer is one of the main causes of intracranial and extracranial arteriovenous system thrombosis.
10.Progress on ventilator-induced lung injury and lung protective ventilation strategies in pediatric patients
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(8):743-746
Ventilator-induced lung injury is a serious complication of mechanical ventilation. At present a lot of researches have explored lung protective ventilation strategies to prevent and treat ventilator associated lung injury in adult. But researches on children are relatively rare. This article reviewed the pathophysiological mechanisms of pediatric ventilator-induced lung inju-ry and the clinical application of lung protective ventilation strategies in children.
