Objective To study the diagnostic value of pencilliosis marneffei (PM)in a non-HIV-infected child with the com-bined detection of aspergillosis galactomannan, fungus Glucan(1-3)-β-D and boold culuture. Methods The venous blood specimen from the child was collected for the quantified detection of aspergillosis galactomannan, fungus Glucan(1-3)-β-D. The growth and colonial morphology of fungus was inspected with the positive blood culture and the characteristics of fun-gus smear were observed under microscope. Results The result of aspergillosis galactomannan was 14.45 μg/L and fungus Glucan (1-3)-β-D 77.14 pg/ml.Penicillium marnrffei was identified using blood culture. It was mycelia form under 25℃ and the salouraud medium produced water soluble claret-red pigment produced. It was mycelia form under 35℃ and the colony was gyri creases, the characteristic broom-like hypha and separation hypha could be found under microscope. Conclusion It is effective for the early diagnosis and therapy of PM with the combination detection of aspergillosis galactomannan, fungus Glucan (1-3)-β-D and boold culuture and have better clinical diagnosis value.

Objective:To explore the efifcacy and safety for radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) of left bundle branch guided by left bundle potential (LBP), X-ray image with EnSiteNavX System in canine model.
Methods:The RFCA of left bundle branch was conducted in 13 dogs. A mapping catheter was positioned in right atrium to record right-sided His-bundle (R-His) potential, and an ablation catheter via right femoral artery was retrograded to left ventriclefor LBP mapping and ablation. Meanwhile, EnSiteNavX System was used to identify R-His, L-His and LBP at the same time. The potential characteristics in dogs with successful ablation were observed, the PR interval, QRS shape and time limit, AH interval, HV interval, the A/V electro-gram ratio in ablationcatheter at before and after ablation were recorded. The procedural time and X-ray exposure time between LBP with X-ray image method and LBP, X-ray image with EnSiteNavX System method were compared.
Results: There were 9/13 dogs received successful left bundle branch ablation, 3 dogs failed and 1 suffered from complete A-V block. At the successful ablation target site, the LBP-V was (17.8 ± 2.6) ms with the range of (13-21) ms, and the A/V electro-gram ratio<1/10. The procedural time and X-ray expose time were signiifcantly decreased in LBP, X-ray image with EnSiteNavX System method than those in LBP with X-ray image method P=0.007 and P<0.001.
Conclusion:Under the LBP, X-ray image with EnSiteNavX System guidance method, left bundle branch could be safely and effectively ablated to establish left bundle branch block (LBBB) model in experimental canine.
6.Result analysis of the 2019 national assessment of individual dose monitoring capability in Chongming District, Shanghai
Shanghai Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(2):102-
Objective In 2019, Laboratory of Shanghai Chongming Center for Disease Control and Prevention participated in national assessment of individual dose monitoring capability. By analyzing the results, this report summarizes the experience and shortcomings that will help improve the individual dose monitoring capability of the laboratory. Methods According to the requirements of the national assessment scheme for individual dose monitoring capacity in 2019, the assessment process and results were sorted out and analyzed one by one. Results The single group performance deviations(

Objective: To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture (EA) plus Yi Jin Jing (Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises) for knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: A total of 60 patients with KOA were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received the treatment of EA plus Yi Jin Jing (Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises), while patients in the control group only received EA treatment. Both groups were treated for 5 weeks. The changes of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) and visual analog scale (VAS) scores in the two groups were observed after treatment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group (92.3%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.0%), (P<0.05); the WOMAC and VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, showing statistical significance (all P<0.01); there were significant differences in the post-treatment changes in the WOMAC and VAS scores between the two groups (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: EA plus Yi Jin Jing (Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises) is clinically effective for KOA. This combined treatment can alleviate clinical symptoms.

Chinese Journal of Stomatology 2009;44(8):454-459
OBJECTIVETo compare the effects between mini-screw implant and transpalatal arch (TPA) on dentofacial morphology in extraction cases.
METHODSForty-two cases were divided into two groups. One group (n = 19) had been treated with mini-screw implants and the other group (n = 23) treated with TPA as anchorage control. Sliding technique was used to close extraction space in the two groups. Cephalometric analysis was performed before and after the treatment. The data were analyzed by using independent-samples t test.
RESULTSIn the mini-screw implant group, the maxillary incisors were retracted (7.05 +/- 1.89) mm and intruded (1.71 +/- 2.33) mm, The maxillary first molars were distalized (0.45 +/- 3.32) mm and intruded (1.74 +/- 2.66) mm. While in the TPA group, the upper incisors were retracted (4.59 +/- 1.78) mm and extruded (0.93 +/- 1.77) mm. The maxillary first molars were moved (1.65 +/- 1.87) mm mesially and extruded (0.52 +/- 1.59) mm. All the relevant results between the two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONSAs orthodontic anchorage, mini-screw implants were different from TPA. Mini-screw implant could not only retract the upper incisors but also slightly intrude upper incisors and upper molars.

Multi-template molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction not only has the advantages of high selectivity, large adsorption capacity, easy preparation, reuse and low environmental pollution, but also can realize the enrichment and separation of many kinds of compounds. It has attracted wide attention in the extraction and separation of traditional Chinese medicine components. This study summarizes the latest development of multi-template molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction. At the same time, based on the classification of active components of traditional Chinese medicine (flavonoids, alkaloids, phenylpropanol, terpenes, etc.), the latest application of multi-template molecular imprinting solid phase extraction in multi-component separation of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed, with a view to better application of multi-template molecularly imprinted polymer in active multi-component extraction and separation of traditional Chinese medicine and provide reference for the material basic research of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
