China Pharmacist 2016;19(9):1693-1696
Objective:To summarize the drug repercussion data in outpatient pharmacy and analyze the reasons to provide sugges-tions for the improvement. Methods: The information was collected from the hospital information system ( HIS) during January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2015, including drug name, category, quantity, amount, reasons for drug repercussion and the other statisti-cal data. Results:During the three years, the number of prescription drugs, amount of money and varieties of drug repercussion were increased. The most common reasons for drug repercussion were the other reasons, withdrawn by doctors and the request of patients. The sum of drug repercussion was positively correlated with the drug price and the amount of drug repercussion. Conclusion:The op-tion simplicity for drug repercussion in HIS is the main reason for drug repercussion bythe other reasons. The occurrence of drug re-percussion should be intervened by such methods as gradually improving the HIS, establishing intervention measures, enhancing the professional quality of pharmacists and so on.

Objective To compare the analgesia and side-effects of different concentrations of sufentanil combined with 0.125% ropivacaine for postoperative epidural analgesia after general thoracic surgery. Methods Thirty-six ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ patients (25 males, 11 females) ages 21-64 yrs weighing 42-79 kg undergoing elective general thoracic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly assigned to receive patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) with 0.125% ropivacaine combined with sufentanil 0.4 (group A, n = 12) , 0.5 (group B, n = 12) or 0.6 ?g?ml-1 (group C, n = 12) . Epidural catheter was placed at T7,8 or T8,9 interspace. The PCEA pump was set up with back ground infusion of 2 ml?h-1 , a3ml bolus dose and a 30-min lock-out period. VAS scores was used to assess analgesia at rest and during movement. The total bolus doses, PCEA button pressing times (effective/actual), vital signs including MAP, HR, respiratory rate, SpO2 and side effects (nausea, vomiting, pruritus and dyspnea) were recorded. Results During the 48 hours after operation the VAS scores in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B ( P

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2013;(1):9-12
Objective To quantify the temporal changes in the volume of blood flow to the skin of the forearm and lower leg during static maximum inspiratory breath-holding of different durations. Methods Blood flow to the skin of the forearm and lower leg were continuously measured with laser Doppler flowmetry in 12 healthy subjects. They were randomly selected to hold their breath for 10,20 or 40 seconds,or as long as possible. The volume of skin blood flow, the onset latency and the recovery latency were measured before, during and after the breath holding. Results Blood flow decreased significantly during each breath-hold with any durations. The magnitude of the decrease and its latencies were similar with all the durations. The average volume of skin blood flow and it's minimum value during each breath-hold were significantly lower in the forearms than in the lower legs. However, the average onset latency (4.41 ±0.44 s) and the average recovery latency (5.95 ±0.59 s) in the forearms were significantly shorter than in the lower legs (4.83 ± 0.70 s for onset and 7.33 ± 0.91 s for recovery). Conclusion The volume of skin blood flow decreases during a static maximum inspiratory breath-hold,and the magnitude of the increase is not related to the duration of the breath-hold.The generalized increase in skin sympathetic vasoconstrictor activity during a static breath-hold is greater in the forearm than in the lower leg.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2005;0(11):-
Objective To study the change of the hyaluronic acid (HA),laminin (LN) and col- lagen type IV (C_(?)) within the renal grafts and in serum during acute rejection and to investigate their relationship. Methods Male Wistar and Sprague-Dawley rats were used as donors and recipients,re- spectively.Rat orthotopic kidney transplantation was performed according to a modification of the method decribed by Biota.Experimental rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,homotransplanta- tion rats treated with cyclosporine, isotransplantation, pseudooperation and controls.Animals were subsequently killed at defined time points for determination of the extracellular matrix (ECM) parame- ters (HA,LN and C_(?)) within the graft and in serum by radioimmunoassay. Results Significant increases in HA,LN and C_(?) levels within the renal grafts were found in the rejection group as compared with the non-rejection groups.Serum levels of HA,LN and C_(?) were also significantly elevated in the rejection group at diagnosis of rejection.Serum HA,LN and C_(?) levels were correla- ted with those within the renal grafts.Histologic examination revealed that 4 cases developed acute re- jection in homotransplantation rats treaded with cyclosporine,17 cases in controls.HA,LN and C_(?) levels within the renal grafts were correlated with acute rejection Banff scores. There was correlation between serum levels of HA,LN and C_(?) and acute rejection Banff scores (P<0.01).Conclusion HA,LN and C_(?) play an important role in the pathogenesis of acut allograft rejection. In addition, serum levels of HA,LN and C_(?) may be a sensitive marker of acute rejection in the postoperative period of renal transplantation.
