1.Progress in drug therapy for retinoblastoma
Ophthalmology in China 2006;0(06):-
Retinoblastoma is the most common intraoeular malignant tumor in children. In its treatment, drug therapy is one of the most effective and irreplaceable methods. To reduce the toxicity of drugs, enhance the therapeutic effect and lessen drug resistance, some new drug deliver systems and new medicines for retinoblastoma are coming into being.Ophthalmic arterial infusion, fibrin sealant and iontophoresis are newly-found drug deliver systems. And the latest drugs under research include nutlins, phenoxazine derivative Phx-1,combretastatin A4 phosphate,2-deoxy-d-glucose and histone deacetylase inhibitors, etc. The following text is focused on the two aspects of the drug therapy for retinoblastoma.

3.Views of College Students on Mental Health
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(12):-
Objective:To investigate college students' perspective of mental health Method:440 college students were asked to fill up SCL-90 and a mental health knowledge investigation questionnaire made by the authors Result:Most students concerned about their mental health and liked to learn the knowledge of mental health However, there were still some aspects they kept incorrect ideas The results also showed that there were some difference in the attitude toward mental health, as well as the comprehension of the knowledge of mental health between male and female; among freshman, sophomore, junior and senior; between students in different universities, and between students who had visited counselors or psychotherapists and others who had not Conclusion:Pearson correlation analysis showed that college students' knowledge of and attitude to mental health related to their status of mental heath significantly

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;37(5):40-43
Objective To discuss the influences of programmed death-1 (PD-1) factor on osteosarcoma cells MG-63.Methods Osteosarcoma stem cells were sovted and identified through osteosarcoma cell strain MG-63 cells. The influence of PD-1 signal on T cells proliferation were detected by MTT. The expression of PD-1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR.Results Cancer cells had an obvious proliferation within one week, which showed the strong ability of proliferation and aggressivity. The formation of tumor cells spheres depended on the support of serum nutrition. The number of MG-63 cells proliferation in serum culture medium was significantly higher than the osteosarcoma cells spheres in serum-free suspension culture ( P<0.05 ) .Pluripotent stem cell marks that the expression of CD133 in cancer cell sphere was significantly higher than that of MG-63(P<0.05).RT-PCR results showed the PD-1 expression level of cancer cell sphere and MG-63 were increased significantly. Conclusion MG-63 cell line has the character istics of osteosarcoma stem cells.MG-63 cell line can express the corresponding cell markers. The expression of PD-1 also increase significantly which can reduce immune function of patients and is closely related with the occurrence and development of tumors.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(11):1628-1631
Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise performance in patients with coronary artery myocardial bridge. Methods 176 patients with myocardial bridging diagnosed by coronary angiography were selected in the study. The performance of myocardial bridge electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise of different depth and stenosis was observed. Results Deep in myocardial bridge ischemic ST segment and T wave changes were significantly higher than superficial type (x2 =11.02,P < 0.01).Systolic myocardial bridge Ⅲ grade stenosis of ischemic ST segment and T wave changes were significantly higher than grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ (x2 =12.78,P <0.01;x2 =24.45,P < 0.01).The positive rate of myocardial bridge deep in the treadmill exercise test was significantly higher than the superficial type.Myocardial bridge Ⅲ grade systolic stenosis, treadmill exercise test positive rate was significantly higher than grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ (x2 =9.23,P < 0.05;x2 =6.76,P < 0.01).Conclusion Patients with myocardial bridge have various changes in the electrocardiogram and treadmill exercise, changes in deep in the type and degree of stenosis Ⅲ grade systolic are obvious.

Journal of Integrative Medicine 2008;6(3):266-9
OBJECTIVE: To explore the diagnostic value of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level in patients with sepsis of blood-stasis syndrome. METHODS: The prospective method of clinical diagnostic test and evaluation principles of diagnostic test were applied. One hundred and seventy-four patients with sepsis were divided into two groups: blood-stasis syndrome group and non blood-stasis syndrome group. The levels of serum BNP in two groups were detected. RESULTS: The level of BNP in sepsis patients was related to blood-stasis syndrome (P<0.01). BNP cut-off level was 150 ng/L, sensitivity was 85.3%, specificity was 81%, the maximum value of Youden index was 0.663, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) value was (0.886+/-0.025). CONCLUSION: BNP can be used as an objective index of blood-stasis syndrome diagnosis for sepsis, and BNP with boundary value of 150 ng/L is an optimal biological index.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic-assisted resection of the small bowel for stromal tumors. Methods From January 2003 to May 2007,laparoscopic abdominal exploration was carried out under general anesthesia on 10 patients with space occupying lesion and 5 patients with abdominal pain and hemafecia of unknown origin. After an intestinal lesion was found,a small incision was made at the proper site on the abdominal wall according to the location of the lesion. The diseased intestine was resected outside the abdominal cavity, and then end-to-end anastomosis was performed.Pneumoperitoneum was rebuilt after closing the abdominal cavity in order to observe the blood circulation of the small bowel and intra-abdominal hemorrhage. Results The operation was completed in all the 15 cases. The postoperative pathological examination showed stromal tumors with CD117 positive in 14 cases(93%)and CD34 positive in 9(60%).Three(20%)of the patients were at very low risk,5(33%)at low risk,4(27%)at moderate risk, and 3(20%)at high risk. The mean diameter of the tumors was(2.44?0.63)cm(ranged from 1.5 to 3.6).The operation time was 38 to 72 minutes with a mean of(57.8?10.4),and mean blood loss was(20.1?6.5)ml(10 to 30).The patients were discharged 4 to 7 days after the operation [mean,(5.3?1.1)days],and were followed up for 5 to 36 months [mean,(24.3?8.4)months].No patient had postoperative complications or recurrence in this series. Conclusion Laparoscopy is effective for resection of small bowel stromal tumors.
