China Medical Equipment 2017;14(6):106-108
Objective:To explore the effect of intensified electrocardiogram (ECG) identification by using spectrogram for the monitoring and nursing ability of nurses who worked in department of cardiology. Methods: Monitoring and nursing capacity of 120 nurses of cardiology who had been trained on the intensified ECG identification by using spectrogram were researched by retrospective analysis. The 120 nurses were divided into control group (60 cases) and intervention group (60 cases) as the random number table. The nurses of control group only received routine training of ECG identification, while the nurses of intervention group received the training of using spectrogram for ECG identification on basic routine training of control group. A series of indicators, including the scores of ECG comprehensive application ability, identification ability of abnormal electrocardiogram, and the number of the identified abnormal malignance ECG and successfully treated patients, between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: After the training, the scores of basic theory, abilities of description and recording, and analysis ability in field operation of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group, respectively (t=11.896,t=8.596,t=8.283,P<0.05). The identified ability including room speed, atrial flutter, ventricular flutter and other abnormal ECG of intervention group were significantly better than these of control group, respectively (x2=18.836,x2=17.698,x2=16.773,P<0.05). Besides, the discovery rate of abnormal malignance ECG (73.3%) and the successful rate of treatment (100.0%)of intervention group were significantly higher than that (31.7% and 81.7%) of control group, respectively (x2=19.184,x2=10.484,P<0.05). Conclusion:The training of intensified ECG identification by using spectrogram for nurse of cardiology can effectively enhance the capacities of identification for ECG and comprehensive application for nurses, and can faster confirm the situation of patient, and can contribute to achieve precision diagnosis for doctors.

Objective:To explore auditory event-related P300 in children with behavior problems. Methods: 40 children with behavior problems were screened out from a ample of pupils by CBCL and CRT-C 2. The control group was selected from the others matched by age and gender, the rate of case/control was 1:2. The study and control group were assessed by auditory event-related P300 elicited by pure tone stimuli using the oddball paradigm.Results:(1) There was no significant difference in P300 between study and control groups; (2) The P300 latency of mixed problem group were significantly longer than those of controls. (3) The P300 amplitude were significantly negatively correlated with the CBCL score. Conclusion:It is suggested cognitive function deficit of severe behavior problem children.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the content of thiomersal in hepatitis B vaccine. METHODS: The content of thiomersal in hepatitis B vaccine was determined by flow injection-hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were treated by reflux digestion method with 4% sulphuric acid as medium,0.5% potassium borohydride as reducing agent, and 0.5% sulphuric acid as supporting liquid. RESULTS: The linear range of thiomersal was 5.0~100 ?g?L-1,with an average recovery rate of 100.6%(RSD=0.89%) and the lowest detection limit of 1.00 ?g?L-1. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and suitable for the determination of the content of thiomersal in hepatitis B vaccine.

Objective To assess the value of CT, PET, PET/CT in diagnosis of peritoneal metastases with Meta analysis. Methods Articles of CT, PET or PET/CT on peritoneal metastases published in English or Chinese from Jan 2000 to May 2008 were collected, and histopathological and (or) surgical findings were taken as golden standards. The sensitivity, specificity, summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curves, area under the curve (AUC) and the heterogeneity were calculated with software of SAS 8.0, Meta-DiSc 1.4 and STATA 10.0. Results The results of Meta analysis from 11selected articals showed that PET had the highest pooled specificity [0.96, (0.91-0.98)];PET/CT had highest pooled sensitivity [0.77, (0.67-0.85)]. The AUC and Q~* of PET, PET/CT and CT was (0.92, 0.85), (0.99, 0.96), (0.91, 0.84), respectively. AUC of PET/CT was higher than that of CT (Z=2.33, P<0.05). Conclusion PET/CT is a high accuracy diagnostic tool for detecting peritoneal metastases.

Objectives To study the clinical and pathological features of patients with ANCA-negative pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis. Methods ANCA was detected and the clinical and pathological features were analyzed in 33 patients with pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis. Results Of the 33 patients with pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis, 15(45%) were ANCA negative, which accounted for 15% of the patients with crescentic glomerulonephritis. Of the 15 patients with negative ANCA,9 had multi-system involvement and 6 were clinically limited to kidney only. Renal biopsies showed small vessel vasculitis in 2 patients. After intensive immunosuppressive therapy, one out of thirteen patients was cured, six achieved clinical remission, while the other 6 became dialysis dependent. Conclusions The clinical and pathological features of the patients with ANCA-negative pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis are similar to those with ANCA-positive,while the ages of these patients are younger and the prognosis poorer.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The development of innervations of sinoatrial node in 14 fetuses and two new borns was studied by Faworsky's silver impregnation technique and the results were summarized as follows:1. The ganglia and rich nerve fibers can be observed within the sinoatrial node in approximately 16-week old fetus. It was found that in 16 to 20-week old fetus there were more nerve ganglia within the node than in the subepicardial region.2. After 24 week, the nerve ganglia of the subepicardial region were divided in to two groups, i. e, the superficial and profund groups. Their number were larger than that of the peripheral ground around the artery in the node. The nerve bun-dles were thinker and richer.3. The nerve ganglionic cells with two or more nuclei were frequently found within sinoatrial node of fetuses and new borns but are rare in adults. The size of the nerve ganglion cells in the early stages of fetuses is various but they become more similar in size with the advancing age of the fetus towards maturity.
