Objective To observe the impacts of Ruangan-Lidan Tang on immune function for liver cancer patients receiving TACE combined with 3D conformal radiotherapy, evaluation of short-term efficacy, survival, to explore the changes of cellular immune function in the treatment. Methods 86 cases of liver cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group were taken in 3D conformal radiotherapy to 50-60GY/5-6 week for fourth weeks after TACE, the treatment group taking Ruangan-Lidan Tang intervention, control group without the use of traditional Chinese medicine intervention. Before the start, after 1 weeks of TACE, within 3 days before radiotherapy, end of radiotherapy, a total of 4 times for T cell differentiation antigen were measured, and between two groups were compared with t test, 2 months after radiotherapy CT or MRI evaluation of curative effect, survival. Results 5 cases of loss of cases, the total cases were 81 patients, including 40 cases of treatment group, 41 cases in After 1 weeks of TACE, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+of the treatment group were (55.15±4.76)%, (31.88±5.50)%, (22.00±3.18)% of the control group were (53.39±5.00)%, (30.49±5.94)%, (23.39±3.41)%. There was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05); Before radiotherapy, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ of the treatment group were (59.05±5.91)%, (40.55±6.17)%, (18.63±3.14)%, of the control group were 55.88±4.65%,33.88±4.41%,22.00±3.78%. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01);At the end of radiotherapy, CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ of the treatment group were (61.03±5.54)%, (42.65±4.57)%, (18.10±3.20)%, of the control group were (55.56±5.14)%, (32.95±4.01)%, (23.32±2.69)%. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.01). Short-term efficacy(CR+PR)of the treatment group was higher compared with the control group(82.50%, 75.61%), but no significant difference (U=1.177, P>0.05). In the treatment group, the median survival time was 22 months, the average survival time was 21.7 months, the half year survival rate was (97.5± 2.5)%(39/40);In the control group, the median survival time was 20 months, the average survival time was 19.3 months, the half year survival rate was (94.9±3.5)% (37/41). Follow-up survival analysis, treatment group than in the control group increased, but there was no statistical difference (P=0.132, P>0.05). Conclusion Ruangan-Lidan Tang can improve the immune function of liver cancer patients receiving TACE combined with radiotherapy, but in the Short-term efficacy and survival did not reflect advantage.

Objective:To explore the effect of improving oral care based on cluster management in ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP).Methods:Totally 126 VAP patients from February 2019 to February 2020 in our hospital were selected. The patients admitted from February 2019 to August 2019 were the control group, and the patients from September 2019 to February 2020 were the observation group, 63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cluster nursing, and the observation group was treated with cluster nursing with improved oral care. The EICU hospitalization time, mechanical ventilation time, plaque index, pathogen infection, oral cleaning score, oral bleeding ulcer and aspiration were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the EICU hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time in the observation group were (18.34±4.15), (8.56±2.14) days, which were shorter than (23.56±4.82), (12.04±3.10) days in the control group ( t value was -6.514, -7.333, P<0.05). During the nursing process, the incidence of bleeding ulcer and aspiration in the observation group were 12.70% (8/63), 6.35% (4/63), which were lower than 30.16% (19/63), 20.63% (13/63) in the control group ( χ 2 values were 5.704, 5.508, P<0.05). After nursing, the plaque index of the two groups was lower than that before nursing ( t values were 12.516, 6.654, P<0.05), and the plaque index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group ( t value was -6.860, P<0.05). During the nursing process, the incidence of pathogenic bacteria infection in the observation group was 28.57% (18/63), which was lower than 49.21% (31/63) in the control group ( χ 2 value was 5.644, P<0.05). After nursing, the oral cleaning score of the two groups was lower than that before nursing ( t values were 11.118, 6.240, P<0.05), and the score of the observation group was (14.38±3.60) points, which was lower than (18.20±4.11) points of the control group ( t value was -5.549, P<0.05). Conclusion:Auricular pressure therapy can effectively improve the constipation symptoms, shorten the time required to take effect for the main symptoms, and improve the quality of life of schizophrenic patients.

Objective:Hidden hunger remains a severe public health problem that affects millions of people worldwide. In China, challenges related to dietary imbalance and hidden hunger persist.Micronutrient inadequacy deserves more attention among adolescents, given its vital role in their growth and development;however, this problem appears to have been largely ignored.High school students,in particular, are often at a high risk of hidden hunger but have limited assessment tools available. Therefore, this study aims to revise the hidden hunger assessment scale for high school students(HHAS-HSS)in China and assess its reliability and validity. Methods:Based on a literature review, expert consultation,pre-experiment,and formal survey,a hidden hunger assessment scale was revised for high school students. The formal survey involved 9 336 high school students in 11 of the 16 cities in Anhui Province,China, and 9038 valid questionnaires were collected and included in the analysis. The item analysis, internal consistency reliability,test-retest reliability, content validity, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis of the HHAS-HSS were examined. Results:The HHAS-HSS included a total of 4 dimensions and 12 items:"vegetables and food diversity"(three items),"fruits and dairy products"(three items),"micronutrient-dense foods"(four items),and"health condition and eating habits"(two items). The results showed a Cronbach's alpha of 0.758,a split-half reliability of 0.829,and a test-retest reliability of 0.793,indicating good internal consistency.Using the Bartlett's test and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test(KMO)to test the exploratory factor analysis presented a four-factor model of the HHAS-HSS,the KMO value was 0.820(P<0.001),which indicated the possibility for factor confirmatory factor analysis.Using the maximum variance rotation method, four factors were obtained, and the cumulative variance explained rate was 57.974%.Confirmatory factor analysis also supported the division of the scale into four dimensions, and the fitting indices were x2=1417.656,x2/df=29.534,goodness-of-fit index=0.974,adjusted goodnesss-of-fit index=0.958,parsimonious goodness-of-fit index=0.600,normed fit index=0.938,incremental fit index=0.940,Tucker-Lewis index=0.917,comparative fit index=0.939,and root mean square error of approximation=0.056.Except for x2/df,all the indices reached the fitting standard, and the above results showed that the construct validity of the scale reached an acceptable level. Conclusions:The HHAS-HSS has good validity and reliability for Chinese high school students. It is a convenient self-report measure of hidden hunger risk.
