Objective To investigate the expressions of EphA2 and EphrinA1 in bladder carcinomas and their clinical significance. Method The expressions of EphA2 and EphrinA1 were detected on bladder carcinomas (75 cases ) by immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results ( 1 ) The positive rates of expression of EphA2 and EphrinA1 were 61.3%(46/75) and 46.7%(35/75) respectively. (2) The expression of EphA2 was related to tumor size, lymphatic metastasis and TNM staging(P< 0.05),but not to gender, age and pathology type (P > 0.05 ). ( 3 )The expression of EphrinA1 was related to tumor size and lymphatic metastasis (P < 0.05 ), but not to gender, age, pathology type and TNM staging (P > 0.05 ). (4)There was significantly positive correlation between the expression of EphA2 and EphrinA1 (P < 0.05).Conclusions EphA2 and EphrinA1 are related to the occurrence and development of bladder carcinoma. The combined detection of EphA2 and EphrinA1 can help to predict the clinical and pathologic characteristics of bladder carcinoma. It is an important index to assist treatment, they are predictive factors for bladder carcinoma.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of 4 flavonoids constituents in Yinqiao capsules. METH-ODS:HPLC method was adopted. The Hypersil ODS C18 column was used with the mobile phase A of methanol-water-acetic acid (10∶88∶2,V/V/V)and B of methanol-water-acetic acid(88∶10∶2,V/V/V)in gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min;the de-tection wavelength was 327 nm,the column temperature was 25 ℃,and the volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship between the amount of quercetin and peak area in the range of 0.050 9-1.018 0 μg(r=0.999 8),kaempferide in the range of 0.050 2-1.004 0 μg(r=0.999 5),isorhamnetin in the range of 0.051 0-1.020 0 μg(r=0.999 4)and rutin in the range of 0.050 4-1.007 0 μg(r=0.999 8). RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability tests were <2%. The average recoveries were 100.09%(RSD=0.93%,n=9),99.83%(RSD=0.75%,n=9),100.51%(RSD=1.17%,n=9) and 101.19%(RSD=1.08%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The method is amount specific, stable and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Yinqiao capsules.

Surgical resection of liver diseases such as liver cancer, traumatic hepatic rupture,it was often faced with ischemia-reperfusion injury of the residual liver, which significantly increased the risk of surgical treatment and impact the postoperative recovery of patients.Autophagy was a way of programmed cell death after hepatic ischemia reperfusion. When researching hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury simulated by animal experiments,it ofen detected the level change of autophagy marker molecular LC3-Ⅱ representing the activity of cell autophagy. Now the authors write the research progress of LC3-Ⅱ in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT delayed imaging after induced diuresis for primary bladder tumor. Methods Fourteen patients (12 males,2 females; age range 35-88 years) with pathologically confirmed primary bladder tumor (clinical stage T1.3N0M0) were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent standard 18F-FDG PET/CT followed by a delayed (2.5-3.0 h later)pelvic imaging post intravenous injection of 20 mg furosemide and oral intake of 600 ml water.A positivelesion was defined as the uptake of 18F-FDG greater than the urine radioactivity and negative as equaled to or less than the urine radioactivity.Diagnostic efficacy of 18F-FDG PET/CT was calculated with pathology as the gold standard.Mann-Whitney u test was used to analyze data. Results There were 12 malignant (11 urothelium carcinomas and 1 squamous cell carcinoma) and 2 benign tumors (papillary epitheliomas). On standard PET/CT imaging,3 of 12 malignant lesions showed increased metabolism of 18F-FDG and the other 9 were false negative; while the 2 benign tumors showed no abnormal 18F-FDG uptake. The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of 18F-FDG PET/CT were 3/12,2/2 and 5/14,respectively.Sizes of the 3 18F-FDG-avid malignant lesions were greater than those of other 9 18F-FDG-negative lesions (26,30,35 mm vs (15.6±6.3) mm; Z=-2.315,P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of delayed pelvic imaging were 11/12,2/2,13/14,respectively.Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT delayed imaging after diuresis has a high diagnostic efficacy for primary bladder tumor.

[Objective] To investigate the effects of preconditioning with low concentration of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) on oxidative stress-induced BMSC apoptosis.[Methods] In vitro separation, purification, culture, and amplification of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were performed.BMSC were insulted with 0,50,100,200,300,400,500 μmol/L H2O2 and the effect of different consentration of H2O2 on BMSC was detected by Flow cytometry (FCM).And then cells were preconditioned with different consentraion of H2O2.(FCM) was used to determine the protective role of H2O2 preconditioning on BMSC apoptosis,BMSC chromatin distribution changes were observed by Hoechst33324;BMSC Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 gene changes were detected by RT-PCR.[Results] Analysis of BMSC apoptosis by flow cytometry showed that H2O2 induced BMSC apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner, and pretreatment of the cells with low concentration of H2O2 prevented subsequent stimulation with high H2O2.RT-PCR results showed that preconditioning with low concentration of H2O2 reduced the BMSC Caspase-3 gene expression but increased Bcl-2 gene expression.[Conclusion] Preconditioning with low concentration of H2O2 has an adaptive role in BMSC,and its mechanism may be related to inhibit abnormal gene expression of Caspase-3 and increase the gene expression of Bcl-2.

Objective To design a wireless monitoring system which can obtain patients' multi-parameters (such as ECG, respiratory, blood pressure, SPO2, and heart rate). Methods The wireless communication system, based on CDMA, receives data through internet and analyses ECG by dealing and measuring signals. Results A wireless monitoring system is designed, which can analyse ECG, blood pressure, and respiratory. Doctors can give diagnostic suggestion based on the monitoring system's analyses and send it to patients by short messages. Conclusion This system can realize long -distance medical monitoring and report the diagnosis to patients timely.

Objective To develop a portable sleep monitoring system with low burden. Methods Information from signals related with sleep were used and dug. Electrodes from patients' body were reduced to decrease patient's physiological and psychological burden. Results Polysomnography(PSG) is the gold standard in detecting the Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome disease at present. While this method has its problems, such as complicated operation, large expenditure and big physiology and psychology burden for the patient. A sleep monitor system was introduced which has the advantages of convenience, practicality, small physiology and psychology burden for the patient. Conclusion The result indicates that this device is warmly welcomed by doctors and patients, and it is a new device for the diagnosis of the SAHS disease.
