1.The application of lidocaine in cervical cancer postoperative urinary retention
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(33):38-40
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of lidocaine in cervical cancer postoperative urinary retention. Methods Sixty-five patients with cervical cancer postoperative urinary retention were divided into two groups by random digits table method:treatment group 32 cases, immediately after the urethral catheter to infiltrate 1 ml of 2% lidocaine cotton ball placed urethral opening more than 20 minutes again urine; control group 33 cases, routine for patients with urethral catheter. The incidence of urinary retention and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. Results Treatment group residual urine volume was(53 ± 22) ml,1 case(3.12%,1/32) of urinary retention, control group was (163 ± 32) ml and 8 cases (24.24%,8/33),there was significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine for cervical cancer postoperative urinary retention has good prevention effect, can be popularized in clinical application.
2.Association between mannose-binding lectin gene polymorphism and frequent relapses in childhood nephrotic syndrome
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Objective: To determine whether mannose-binding lectin(MBL) variant alleles were associated with frequent relapses in childhood nephrotic syndrome(NS). Methods: MBL alleles of codon 54 and promoter region at positions-550 and-221 were genotyped by means of Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restricted Fragment Length Polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)and PCR-Sequence-Specific Primers(PCR-SSP)assay in 32 China Han Nationality children with frequently relapsing NS(FRNS) and 31 with non-frequently relapsing NS(NFRNS),as well as in 32 healthy control subjects. Results: In patients with upper respiratory infections before relapses, the mutant genotype(GGC/GAC and GAC/GAC) frequency of MBL codon 54 was higher in children with FRNS(76.0%) than in children with NFRNS(42.9%).The B allele mutation frequency of MBL codon 54 was higher in children with FRNS than in healthy control subjects(34.4% vs 12.5%,P
3.Investigation and Analysis on the Attitude of Hospice Care Volunteer Service of Medical Students in Wenzhou
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(6):747-749
Through the investigation on medical students' understanding of hospice care and their cognition and attitudes on voluntary services in hospices in Wenzhou, this paperconcluded that medical students accepted hospice care highly but knew little about it,and medical students were willing to participate in hospice care but actually rarely attended it.It is also suggested that universities should strengthen the propaganda and education of hospice care and volunteer service, joint efforts should also be given to expand the service opportunities and channels, and trainings should be provided to improve the development of hospice care volunteer services among medical students.
4.Research progress in promoting and hindering factors of breastfeeding in hospitalized premature infants
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(9):708-712
According to WHO, breastfeeding is the best for premature babies. Breastfeeding are beneficial for health of both mothers and their premature infatns and as well as reduction of medical and health expenditure. However, the breastfeeding rate in premature infants is still unsatisfactory so far, especially in those premature infants admitted to NICU in the early life. This article review promoting and hindering factors of breastfeeding in hospitalized premature infants from the following aspects:the characteristics of premature infants, the demographic and sociological characteristics, knowledge, beliefs, and psychological status of mothers, hospital policies and support, and family support.
5.Significance of Bcl-2 family in tumor progression and therapy
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(10):726-728
Bcl-2 family have dual-regulating effects on cell apoptosis mediated by mitoehondrion. The ratio of pro-apoptosis members and anti-apoptosis members closely correlates with tumorigenesis, drug-resist-ance and prognosis. Therefore,Bcl-2 family become important targets in tumor biotherapy. Many strategies have been applied to tumors treatment targeting Bcl-2 family, such as some biological treatment, short peptides and organic small molecules.
6.Progress in relationship between HOXA9 gene and leukemia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(3):317-319
HOXA9 is a member of homeobox gene, and more commonly expressed in leukemia cells, which may be involved in the development and progress of leukemia with Meisl, PBX1 and Trib2. HOXA9 also affects the treatment outcome and prognosis of leukemia, the higher the expression level, the poorer response to treatment, the prognosis is also poor.
7.Relation between inhibitor of apoptosis protein Apollon and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2009;36(11):833-836
Apollon is a member of inhibitor of apoptosis proteins. It can inhibit apoptosis through inter-action with Smac, HtrA2 and caspase. Apollon is highly expressed in a variety of tumors, such as leukemia, breast cancer, brain cancer, carcinoma of mouth and carcinoma of stomach. Apollon may relate with genesis and prognosis of tumor . It also may lead to drug resistance of certain tumors.
8.Research status of magnetic nanoparticles mediated tumor MR imaging and hyperthermia
Journal of International Oncology 2009;36(11):843-846
Magnetic nanoparticles mediated hyperthermia, as a new kind of tumor therapy, promotes tumor hyperthermia to targered localization and precise control. In recent years, researchers stvdy deeply on surface modification of magnetic nanoparticles, combination with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, as well as clinical application, at the same time, researchers find that superparamagnetic ferrite nanoparticles after obtai-ning water-soluble by surface modification, can be as the MR imaging agent. Magnetic nanoparticles both for tumor diagnosis and treatment, will further promote tumor therapy to a more safe and effective direction.
9.Analysis on the Importance of Basic Medical Insurance System to the Implementation of Essential Drug System
China Pharmacy 2007;0(32):-
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the implementation of Essential Drug System. METHODS: According to the contents of Essential Drug System and Basic Medical Insurance System in the New Medical Reform, the relationship between Essential Drug System and Basic Medical Insurance was analyzed. RESULTS: Essential Drug System and Basic Medical Insurance System were important aspects of New Medical Reform in China, which complemented each other. Basic Medical Insurance System improved the implementation of Essential Drug System, while Essential Drug System promoted the realization of policy targets of Basic Medical Insurance System. CONCLUSION: Basic Medical Insurance System should play a promotion role in the implementation of Essential Drug System.
