Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of C-TIRADS combined with artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis S-Detect technology in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods:A total of 237 thyroid nodules patients (237 thyroid nodules)with ultrasound examination and definitive pathologic results in Henan Cancer Hospital from April to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The nodules were diagnosed according to C-TIRADS guidelines, and then by S-Detect technology combined with C-TIRADS guidelines. The ROC curve was plotted with the pathological results as the gold standard, and the area under the ROC curve, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis results between the two groups were compared. Results:Among the 237 thyroid nodules, 105 were benign and 132 were malignant. The area under the ROC curve of C-TIRADS diagnosis alone and C-TIRADS diagnosis combined with artificial intelligence were 0.869 and 0.942 respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ 2=36.11, P<0.001); When Category 4A was used as the cutoff value of benign and malignant differential diagnosis, the specificity and accuracy of C-TIRADS classification of artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis was significantly higher than that of C-TIRADS alone, and the difference was statistically significant(83.81% vs 47.62%, 90.72% vs 75.53%, all P<0.05). Conclusions:C-TIRADS combined with artificial intelligence-assisted diagnosis S-Detect technology has a high efficiency in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules and can improve the specificity and accuracy of thyroid nodules diagnosis and reduce unnecessary biopsy.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a highly heterogeneous disease. The prognosis of adolescents and adults with ALL is worse than that of children with ALL, mainly because of differences in biological characteristics. Molecular markers are of great value on risk stratification, prognosis evaluation, treatment guidance. The good news is with the deepening of studies on pathogenesis of ALL and the introduction of new technologies, novel molecular markers of prognostic relevance continue to be discovered. It was found that increased Sox4 expression was shown to correlate with accelerate leukemia progression. Unfortunately, resistance to medicine is associated with two cyclin-dependent kinase-inhibitor-2AB (CDKN2A/B) deletion. And the deletion of IKZF1 increase risk of relapse. Meanwhile, Ph-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia is characterized by a variety of genetic alterations that activate kinase or cytokine receptor signaling pathway. Identification of these molecular markers will provide important insights into the treatment strategies. This paper reviewed the advance in the Ph-positive ALL and Ph-like ALL.

Objective To learn the current status of family doctor service at pilot communities in Guangzhou, and discover existing problems and influencing factors by investigating the residents who have contracted such service , those have not and the family doctors . Methods This study chose typical community health centers of six communities in Guangzhou in January 2016 .In random sampling , residents who visited doctors during the survey and all the family doctors were surveyed .EpiData was used to doubly inputdata,withSPSS20.0forstatisticalanalysis.Results 66.0%ofthoseresidentswhohavenot contracted the service are willing to contract a family doctor .According to the binary logistic regression analysis after eliminating the interference factors , there are two factors affecting their willingness:gender and whether needing a family doctor for themselves and their family for health management .According to the binary logistic regression analysis after eliminating the interference factors , the influencing factors of renewing contract are overall satisfaction and necessity for signing family doctors .Conclusions The smooth development of the family doctor service is faced with many bottlenecks , while improving willingness to contract and renew contract to family doctors are the cornerstone for sustainability of the family doctor system.
