How to practice effective bilingual teaching is an urgent problem to solve for western medical school.According to the actual conditions of students and teachers of western medical school, the teaching objective is established as knowledge first, language second. On the basis of students first and step by step proceeding, some teaching methods are used to achieve this teaching objective. The result shows this teaching is effective.

Objective Measuring the displacement and deformation of the fifth screw under different tensile force before or after adultal internal fixation with compressing steel plate for femoral fractuer by digital speckle correlation method. And analysis of the displacement and deformation after reducing the number of screws.Aimed at providing a theoretical basis for clinical femoral internal fixation with compressing steel plate about the number of screws. Methods Taking the antisepsis femoral specimen of grown-ups, embedding and fixing with tooth powder after removing the soft tissue, producing a fixed model in the 1/2 femur.Fixing steel plate below the lateral femur subperiosteal with five screws through the fourth floor of cortical bone on both sides of the fractures, samples were divided into 10 states, group A-J were measured by orders, under the rally of 400 N,500N , measuring the displayment of the fifth screw with CSS-44100-e-universal test machine for loading rally experiment ,and automatic data processing. Results For analysis of variance, the mean displacement measurements of the fifth screw under rally of 400N,500N, B-J group and A group have significant differences(P<0.05). The mean deformation measurements of the fifth screw under rally of 400N,500N, group A and group F-J group have significant differences(P<0.05);group A and B-E group have no significant differences. Conclusion In a certain range, the fracture displacement and the numuber of the screws show negative correlation. The screws near the fracture line for femoral compression plate internal fixation of femoral fractuer is easily broken because of the too large deformation.

Objective To investigate the correlation of the polymorphisms of angiotensin Ⅱtype 1 receptor (AT1R)gene A1166C and angiotensinogen(AGT)gene M235T and blood biochemical indicators with essential hypertension(EH)in the male of Yi nationality in Yunnan province. Methods 92 hypertensive and 70 normotensive of Yi people were recruited in Yunnan province. Their basic information and blood biochemical indicators were obtained by questionnaire and standardized physical examination. The genes polymorphisms were determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)technique. Results(1)For the male EH patients of Yi nationality,1166C and 235T allele frequencies were 0.038 and 0.772. No significant differences in allele frequency or genotype frequency were observed between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)The levels of TC,LDL-C and TG in EH were significantly higher than those in controls(P < 0.05). Conclusion The AT1R A1166C and AGT M235T polymorphisms were not related to the pathogenesis of EH in the male of Yi people. However, the high levels of TC,TG and LDL-C might be the risk factors of EH.

To investigate effects of α-asarone and β-asarone on induced PC12 cell injury and related mechanisms. Aβ toxic injury cell model was induced by Aβ in PC12 cells. PC12 cells were divided into blank control group, model control group, α-asarone group (0.5, 1.0, β-asarone group (6.3, 12.5, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) group, and VIP antagonist control group. Cell survival rate was detected by CCK-8 kit; cell apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry. The levels of inflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-1, , tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, oxidation-related inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), nitric oxide (NO), apoptosis factors caspase-3 and p53 were detected by ELISA method. The expressions of C-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38MAPK) were detected by Western blotting. Compared with model control group, cell survival rates of group, β-asarone group and VIP group increased; the cell apoptosis rate decreased; levels of apoptosis-related factors caspase-3, p53, inflammatory factors IL-1, TNF-α decreased; IL-10 level increased; levels of oxidization-related factors iNOS and NO decreased; the expression of JNK and p38MAPK protein decreased (all <0.05). After VIP antagonist intervention, the survival rate of β-asarone group decreased; apoptosis rate increased; apoptosis related factors caspase-3, p53, inflammatory factors IL-1, TNF-α increased; IL-10 decreased; oxidation related factors iNOS and NO increased; the expression of JNK and p38MAPK protein increased (all <0.05); while there were no significant changes in these indicators of α-asarone group (all >0.05). α-asarone and β-asarone have protective effects on PC12 cell injury induced by Aβ. β-asarone may inhibit inflammatory factors and oxidation-related factors through promoting VIP secretion, regulating JNK/MAPK pathway, and reducing PC12 cell apoptosis; however, the effect of α-asarone may be not related to VIP secretion.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2020;22(5):678-682
Objective:To investigate whether there is a correlation between right bundle branch block (RBBB) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 226 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2018 to July 2019 was performed. According to the results of electrocardiogram examination, they were divided into RBBB group ( n=58 patients) and non-RBBB group ( n=168 patients). The general clinical data of the two groups of patients were collected, blood lipids, liver function, renal function, coagulation function and other related indicators were measured on the fasting of the next morning. The diagnosis of NAFLD is based on ultrasound. Logistic regression analysis was performed on factors that may affect RBBB. Results:Of the 226 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, 127 (56.2%) were male and 99 (43.8%) were female. The composition of male, age, diabetes duration, hypertension, fibrinogen (FIB), serum creatinine (SCr), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and NAFLD in the RBBB group was higher than that in the non-RBBB group ( P<0.05). The levels of total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and albumin (ALB) in the RBBB group were lower than those in the non-RBBB group ( P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that male ( OR=2.736, 95% CI: 1.075-5.251, P=0.032), advanced age ( OR=1.049, 95% CI: 1.009-1.090, P=0.016), higher serum creatinine levels ( OR=1.045, 95% CI: 1.021-1.070, P<0.001), and NAFLD ( OR=2.834, 95% CI: 1.166-6.891, P=0.022) were independent risk factors of RBBB in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusions:NAFLD may be associated with an increased risk of right bundle branch block in patients with type 2 diabetes.
