Objective To explore the effect of curcumine on rat cerebral ischemia model of blood stasis. Methods The blood-stasis rat model was established by injection of dexamethasone, then was given gastric infusion curcumine suspension for 10 continuous days. One hour after administration on the 11th day,we made ligation of the bilatory common carotid arteries of rats for 30 min to induce cerebral ischemia rat model. The rat blood sample was used for the detection of whole blood viscosity, and the brain was taken out for the observation of cerebral homogenate ATP and the pathological changes of brain tissue. Results The blood-stasis rats model was established successfully by intramuscular injection of dexamethasone, and cerebral ischemia rats model was established successfully by ligation of bilateral common carotid artery.Compared with the model group, curcumine could significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity of blood-stasis rats model of cerebral ischemia, and significantly increase the activity of Na+-K+-ATP,Mg2+ATP,Ca2+-ATP and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP in brain homogenate, significant relieve the atrophy of nerve cells and glial cells of the model rats. Conclusion Curcumine can significantly improve the whole blood viscosity,ATP activity in the brain homogenate and morphological changes of brain tissue in rats model of blood stasis.

The repair of spinal cord injury is still a complex medicine problem because of its second injuries and involuted pathogenesis. In recent years, spinal cord injury repair by cell-transplantation has showed a big prospect. Although every kind of cell-transplantation was effective, it remained some problem, co-transplantation of cells hit the focus. This paper has reviewed the pathologic change after spinal cord injury, the influential factor and replied strategy for spinal cord regeneration and the advance in co-transplantation of cells for spinal cord injury.

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention in emotional disorder on blood pressure,lipids and glucose in hypertensive patients in community.Methods 599 hypertensive in community were divided to intervention group (n =302) and control group (n =297) by randomization.The control group received routine medication.Additionally the intervention group got another psychological intervention which lasted 6 months.An SCL-90 scale was adopted to evaluate patients'psychological change of mental health,blood sugar,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment.Results Somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility and terror in intervention group((1.44±0.29),(1.78 ±0.39),(1.66±0.38),(1.63 ±0.48),(1.43 ±0.35),(1.37 ± 0.52) and (1.28 ± 0.41) respectively) had a lower score than control group ((2.01 ± 0.59),(2.04±0.68),(1.88 ±0.38),(1.84±0.59),(1.92±0.54),(1.61 ±0.53)and(1.60±0.50)).The differences were significant(P< 0.01).After intervention,blood glueose,low density lipoprotein,total cholesterol,systolic pressure,and diastolic pressure were ((4.65 ± 0.811) mmol/L,(2.97 ± 0.702) mmol/L,(4.86 ± 0.884)mmol/L,(134.11 ± 13.39)mm Hg(1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa) and (93.73 ±7.61)mm Hg respectively) and before intervention((5.09 ± 0.710) mmol/L,(3.23 ± 0.584) mmol/L,(5.36 ± 1.138) mmol/L,(150.13 ± 12.23) mm Hg and (89.64 ± 8.35) mm Hg respectively).The differences were significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy can improve community hypertension patients' physiology and psychology,which is good for blood pressure,lipids,glucose control.

The scientificalness of page quality assessment was improved by adding the page vote fraction and the user satisfaction with page according to the time perception-based PageRank Algorithm. The individualized retrieval was realized by adding the users-interested model that was matched with page types and by moving up the users-interested page rank.

Clinic expert information provides important references for residents in need of hospital care. Usually, such information is hidden in the deep web and cannot be directly indexed by search engines. To extract clinic expert information from the deep web, the first challenge is to make a judgment on forms. This paper proposes a novel method based on a domain model, which is a tree structure constructed by the attributes of search interfaces. With this model, search interfaces can be classified to a domain and filled in with domain keywords. Another challenge is to extract information from the returned web pages indexed by search interfaces. To filter the noise information on a web page, a block importance model is proposed. The experiment results indicated that the domain model yielded a precision 10.83% higher than that of the rule-based method, whereas the block importance model yielded an F₁ measure 10.5% higher than that of the XPath method.

Limbic encephalitis is a new type of autoimmune encephalopathies. The clinical manifestation is primarily defined by the subacute onset of short-term memory loss, seizures, confusion and psychiatric symptoms. The diseases usually have a variety of clinical manifestations, and are very serious, occurring with or without tumor association.Routine detection of serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and imaging tests show no specificity, but associated antibodies can be detected in serum and (or) CSF.Early identification, tumor resection and immunotherapies are helpful in improving the prognosis of patients. This article aims to study the pathogenesis, classification, clinical features and treatment of antibody-associated limbic encephalitis and to improve the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.
