Thyroid cancer is the most common head and neck malignant tumor, and its incidence is increasing year by year. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the mechanism of the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer, and develop the diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets of thyroid cancer, so as to improve the curative effect of thyroid cancer and prolong the survival time of patients. The previous study has found that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) DANCR has abnormal high expression in thyroid cancer, which could promote the expression of leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2) by affecting miRNA-185-5p and transcription factor SMARCB1, and indirectly participate in autophagy and regulate the development of thyroid cancer. LncRNA DANCR is expected to become a new target for diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer. This paper introduces the possible regulatory mechanism of lncRNA DANCR in thyroid cancer, and provides new ideas for the basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer.

Objective To observe and compare the association of serum levels of of complement component 3(C3)and high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)with insulin resistance in non-diabetic subjects. Methods 587non-diabetic Chinese were recruited. Weight, height, blood pressure, waist circumference, fasting plasma glucose, fasting serum insulin, blood lipids, C3 and hs-CRP were measured. HOMA index(HOMA2-IR)was calculated.Insulin resistance was defined as the upper quartile of HOMA2-IR. Results C3 and hs-CRP were significantly higher in subjects with insulin resistance compared with subjects without insulin resistance. After controlling for age, gender, body mass index, and waist circumference, C3 was positively and significantly correlated with HOMA2-IR(r = 0.19,P<0.01). As C3 increased, subjects were 3.78(OR= 3.78, P<0.05)times more likely to suffer from insulin resistance, after adjustment for age, gender, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and waist circumference. However, hs-CRP was not significantly correlated with insulin resistance. Conclusions Serum complement component 3 has a more marked association with insulin resistance than hs-CRP in non-diabetic Chinese.

Objective To assess if the ratio of ApoB/ApoA1 is related to the metabolic syndrome and its components. Methods 709 adults living in Chongqing were enrolled. Weight, height, blood pressure, waist circumferences, fasting plasma glucose(FPG) , fasting serum insulin(FIns) and lipids were measured. ApoB/ApoA1 ratio, BMI and insulin resistance index were calculated. Results ApoB/ ApoA1 ratio was increased in subjects with insulin resistance(IR)and MS. Compared with the low ApoB/ ApoA1 ratio group, the high ApoB/ApoA1 ratio group was more likely to get MS(OR=3.5)and IR(OR =2.3) (P<0.001). Conclusions ApoB/ApoA1 ratio is strongly associated with IR, MS and its components, and a high ApoB/ApoA1 ratio is a valuable marker of MS.

Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of patient perception for humanistic care in China hospitals, and to provide a basis for developing nursing humanistic care measures and improving the quality of nursing humanistic care services. Methods A total of 30,099 outpatients and inpatients from 107 hospitals in 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from July to August 2022 as survey subjects.A general information questionnaire and the Relational Caring Questionnaire-Patient Form were used for a cross-sectional survey, and a single-factor analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of patient relationship care. Results Finally,29 108 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 96.7%.The patient evaluation of relationship care was(65.72±8.61)points.Single-factor analysis showed that gender, age, marital status, children's situation, education level, occupation, place of residence, average family income, medical insurance type, visiting department, and location of the visiting hospital, and whether or not surgery were influencing factors of patient relationship care(P<0.05).Conclusion The evaluation score of caregiver-patient relationship care among Chinese hospital patients is above average, but there is still room for improvement in western and rural regions, seriously ill and outpatient patients,low-income and low-medical insurance reimbursement populations, and non-surgical patients.Medical institutions at all levels should optimize and improve nursing humanistic care services based on influencing factors, and further enhance patients'perception of nursing humanistic care.
