Thyroid cancer is the most common head and neck malignant tumor, and its incidence is increasing year by year. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the mechanism of the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer, and develop the diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets of thyroid cancer, so as to improve the curative effect of thyroid cancer and prolong the survival time of patients. The previous study has found that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) DANCR has abnormal high expression in thyroid cancer, which could promote the expression of leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2) by affecting miRNA-185-5p and transcription factor SMARCB1, and indirectly participate in autophagy and regulate the development of thyroid cancer. LncRNA DANCR is expected to become a new target for diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer. This paper introduces the possible regulatory mechanism of lncRNA DANCR in thyroid cancer, and provides new ideas for the basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer.

Objective To observe and compare the association of serum levels of of complement component 3(C3)and high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)with insulin resistance in non-diabetic subjects. Methods 587non-diabetic Chinese were recruited. Weight, height, blood pressure, waist circumference, fasting plasma glucose, fasting serum insulin, blood lipids, C3 and hs-CRP were measured. HOMA index(HOMA2-IR)was calculated.Insulin resistance was defined as the upper quartile of HOMA2-IR. Results C3 and hs-CRP were significantly higher in subjects with insulin resistance compared with subjects without insulin resistance. After controlling for age, gender, body mass index, and waist circumference, C3 was positively and significantly correlated with HOMA2-IR(r = 0.19,P<0.01). As C3 increased, subjects were 3.78(OR= 3.78, P<0.05)times more likely to suffer from insulin resistance, after adjustment for age, gender, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and waist circumference. However, hs-CRP was not significantly correlated with insulin resistance. Conclusions Serum complement component 3 has a more marked association with insulin resistance than hs-CRP in non-diabetic Chinese.

Objective To assess if the ratio of ApoB/ApoA1 is related to the metabolic syndrome and its components. Methods 709 adults living in Chongqing were enrolled. Weight, height, blood pressure, waist circumferences, fasting plasma glucose(FPG) , fasting serum insulin(FIns) and lipids were measured. ApoB/ApoA1 ratio, BMI and insulin resistance index were calculated. Results ApoB/ ApoA1 ratio was increased in subjects with insulin resistance(IR)and MS. Compared with the low ApoB/ ApoA1 ratio group, the high ApoB/ApoA1 ratio group was more likely to get MS(OR=3.5)and IR(OR =2.3) (P<0.001). Conclusions ApoB/ApoA1 ratio is strongly associated with IR, MS and its components, and a high ApoB/ApoA1 ratio is a valuable marker of MS.

With the transformation of medical model, nursing humanities has gradually become the core of nursing practice, and the reform and construction of nursing humanities curriculum system has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the reform of nursing education. This paper summarized the research progress of the construction of nursing humanities curriculum system at home and abroad, including curriculum setting, teaching strategies and methods, assessment forms, teacher competence and so on. It is hoped that it will be of reference value to the future construction of medical-teaching synergy of nursing humanities curriculum and the integration model of colleges and universities.

Objective:To explore implementation of post training in Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) based on Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation model (ADDIE model) , so as to explore its training effects. Methods:From January to August 2021, the development of post training courses for CSSD were completed according to ADDIE model, and 54 CSSD staff in the Second Hospital of Jilin University were selected by the convenient sampling method for post training. After the training, the Korotkoff evaluation method was used to evaluate the training effect from the aspects of CSSD staff satisfaction, theoretical assessment results and implementation rate of key technologies. Results:The satisfaction of CSSD staff with post training based on the ADDIE model was (88.44±4.01) , which was higher than the (79.72±4.90) of traditional training, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01) . After the post training based on the ADDIE model, the theoretical assessment score of CSSD staff was (90.07±6.09) , and the score before training was (81.30±7.28) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . In addition, the implementation rate of the key technologies of the posts was higher than before the training. Except for the sterilization post, there were statistically significant differences in the cleaning post, packaging post, distribution post and receiving post ( P<0.05) , and the frequency of adverse events was 0. Conclusions:Post training based on the ADDIE model can effectively improve the ability of CSSD staff and promote positive changes in their work behavior. Both CSSD staff and hospitals have a high degree of recognition for this training.

Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of patient perception for humanistic care in China hospitals, and to provide a basis for developing nursing humanistic care measures and improving the quality of nursing humanistic care services. Methods A total of 30,099 outpatients and inpatients from 107 hospitals in 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from July to August 2022 as survey subjects.A general information questionnaire and the Relational Caring Questionnaire-Patient Form were used for a cross-sectional survey, and a single-factor analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of patient relationship care. Results Finally,29 108 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 96.7%.The patient evaluation of relationship care was(65.72±8.61)points.Single-factor analysis showed that gender, age, marital status, children's situation, education level, occupation, place of residence, average family income, medical insurance type, visiting department, and location of the visiting hospital, and whether or not surgery were influencing factors of patient relationship care(P<0.05).Conclusion The evaluation score of caregiver-patient relationship care among Chinese hospital patients is above average, but there is still room for improvement in western and rural regions, seriously ill and outpatient patients,low-income and low-medical insurance reimbursement populations, and non-surgical patients.Medical institutions at all levels should optimize and improve nursing humanistic care services based on influencing factors, and further enhance patients'perception of nursing humanistic care.
