1.Analysis of pregnancy outcome of category Ⅱ fetal heart rate tracing

Objective To explore the potential risk of category Ⅱ fetal heart rate(FHR) tracing according to the latest electron-ic fetal monitoring tracings .Methods The prenatal fetal heart rate tracings in 400 parturients with hospitalized delivery in this hos-pital from November 2011 to October 2012 were classified by category .Among them ,the pregnancy outcomes were compared be-tween the category Ⅰ FHR tracings(control group) and category Ⅱ FHR tracings(observation group) .Results The case number of meconium-staining amniotic fluid ,cesarean rate ,hypamniony and umbilical cord abnormality was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistical difference between the two groups (P<0 .05);the case number of neonatal asphyxia ,aging of pla-centa and neonatal death had no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0 .05);among the groups with various fetal heart monitoring abnormalities ,the rate of meconium-staining amniotic fluid in the decreased variation group was significantly higher than that in the fetal tachycardia group ,the difference showing statistical significance (P<0 .05);the rate of meconium-staining amniotic fluid in the fetal tachycardia group was significantly higher than that in the prolonged acceleration and ineffective acceleration group with statistical difference (P< 0 .05);the pregnant outcomes had no statistical differences among the other groups .Conclusion Compared with the category Ⅰ FHR tracings ,the category Ⅱ FHR tracings indicate a potential risk to the fetus ,which need to strengthen the prenatal and intrapartum fetal monitoring .

3.Immunological study of lymphangiogenesis in pterygium pathogenesis

Objective To confirm the effect of lymphangiogenesis in immunological reaction on pterygium formation and development.Methods The clinical removal of pterygium material in quiescent phase,advanced phase and recurrent phase was selected.each phase with 12 cases,while 10 cases of normal bulbar conjunctiva were taken as control.5'-nueleotide enzyme-alkallne phosphat&se-double enzyme histochemistry was performed to compare the number of lymphangiogenesis in different tissues.Results Lymphangiogenesis in normal bulbar conjunctiva and quiescent phase pterygium tissues expressed little,but gray-stained lymphangiogenesis widely distributed in pterygium tissue of advanced phase and recurrent phase,and there were statistically significant differences compare those with the normal bulbar conjunctiva and quiescent phase pterygium(P=0.03 and 0.01).Conclusion Lymphangiogenesis may be involved in immunity process of pterygium pathogenesis.
4.Effect of miRNA-143 on proliferation, migration and invasion of CNE-2Z cells of human nasopharyngeal cancer

Objective To detect the effects of miR-143 on proliferation, migration and invasion of human nasopharyngeal cancer CNE-2Z cells.Methods The expression of miR-143 in NP69 cells, CNE-1 cells and CNE-2Z cells were detected by using real-time PCR.The overexpression of miR-143 in CNE-2Z cells was constructed through infecting lentivrius, and the level of miR-143 was determined by using real-time PCR.Cell viability was detected by using a CCK-8 kit according to the manufacturer's instruction at indicated time points.The effectiveness of overex-pression of miR-143 on migration and invasion of CNE-2Z cells were detected by using Transwell cell migration and invasion assay.Results The expression level of miR-143 in CNE-2Z was significantly lower than those in NP69 and CNE-1 (P<0.01).The miR-143 over-expressed CNE-2Z cell was successfully established.The cell viability in CNE-2Z/ miR-143 group was significantly decreased compared with CNE-2Z and CNE-2Z/miR-NC (P<0.01).Overexpression of miR-143 inhibited cell migration and invasion of CNE-2Z cells significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion miR-143 might inhibit cell proliferation, migration and invasion in human nasopharyngeal cancer CNE-2Z cells, indicating its important role in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of nasopharyngeal cancer.
5.Clinical correlation between NKG2A+NK cells and regulatory T cells in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection

Objective:To investigate the correlation between NKG2A+NK cells and regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection, and explore the clinical significances.Methods: Forty-six patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection and 17 health individuals were included in this study.HBV DNA levels were measured by Real-time quantitative PCR ( FQ-PCR) .NKG2A+NK cells and Treg in PBMC were quantitatively analyzed by flow cytometry.Results:According to HBV DNA levels,the CHB patients were divided into two groups:Low HBV DNA group(Low viral load group,300-104 U/ml)and High HBV DNA group( High viral load group,105-108 U/ml).We found that ALT levels of High HBV DNA group were obviously higher than Low HBV DNA group(P<0.05).The frequenies of CD56dim NK cells of High HBV DNA group were obviously higher than low HBV DNA group ( P<0.05 ), and similarly the percentages of NKG2A+CD56dim NK cells of High HBV DNA group were significantly higher than Low HBV DNA and control groups ( P<0.05).We also found that the percentages of regulatory T cells ( Treg) of High HBV DNA group were significantly higher than Low HBV DNA and control groups ( P<0.05).In addition,the proportions of NKG2A+CD56dim NK cells were positively correlated with High HBV DNA levels (r=0.59,P<0.05) and the percentages of Treg(r=0.53,P<0.05) in CHB patients.Conclusion:NKG2A+CD56dim NK cells may closely relate to the HBV-related immune escape and the progress of CHB.
6.Effect of Scalp-acupuncture Combined with Physical Therapy on Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Objective To observe the effect of scalp-acupuncture combined with physical therapy on spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 80 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and a control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with scalp-acupuncture combined with physical therapy,and the control group with physical therapy only.They were assessed with the Functional Independence Measure for children(WeeFIM) and the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM) before and 3 months after treatment.Results No side-effect was observed during the treatment.The scores of WeeFIM and GMFM of the observation group were significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The scalp-acupuncture can improve the efficiency of physical therapy on motor function in the children with spastic cerebral palsy.
7.Risk factors of nosocomial enterococcal infections

Objective To determine the risk factors of nosocomial infections caused by Enterococcus,and to develop effective protective measures.Methods A retrospective study was conducted among 193 patients who had been infected by Enterococcus from Jan.2011 to Dec.2011 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.Clinical data were collected and related risk factors for enterococcal infection were screened.Results The risk factors for enterococcal infection included biliary tract surgery (OR=1.264,95%CI:1.141-1.401,P =0.000),drainage tube intubation (OR=1.619,95%CI:0.301-4.190,P=0.010),urinary tract intubation (OR=2.001,95%CI:1.739-3.803,P 0.000),uses of third generation cephalosporin (OR=2.085,95%CI:1.181-3.682,P=0.011) andcarbapenems (OR=1.473,95%CI:1.060-2.023,P =0.024).Furthermore,biliary tract surgery (OR=4.861,95%CI:3.029-7.802,P=0.000) and urinary tract intubation (OR=2.737,95%CI:1.764-4.246,P=0.002) were risk factors for both Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium infection,while drainage tube intubation (CR =1.861,95%CI:1.702 1.911,P=0.038),uses of the third generation cephalosporin (OR=1.122,95%CI:1.022-1.224,P=0.016) and carbapenems (OR=3.051,95%CI:1.185-7.855,P=0.021) were independent risk factors for Enterococcus faecium infection.Conclusions Surveillance

ATM: To explore the effect and mechanism on blood pressure and heart protection of renal hypertension in rats treated with ?_1 receptor antisense oligodeoxynucleotides (?_1-AS-ODN) by delivery with cationic liposomes DOTAP/DOPE. OBJECTIVE To learn the classification of candidal hospital infection and its antifungal drug susceptibility test,in search for prevention and treatment measure.METHODS The CHROMagar candida color medium was applied to isolate Candida,DADE WalkAway-40 and RY-ID were applied to identify Candida strains.Rosco disc diffusion method was applied to analyze susceptibility test of Candida strains.RESULTS Of the 702 isolates,70.0% were C.albicans,20.8% were C.glabrata,and 6.3% were C.tropicalis.The candidas showed various resistance to 6 anti-fungal drugs.CONCLUSIONS C.albicans is still the most common pathogen of candidal infection,but in other candida the percentage of C.glabrata is rising now.Amphotericin B,fluconazole,itraconazole and nystatin(Anticandine) have a good antifungal to all candidas,but flucytosine and ketoconazole have less susceptibility to them.So medication should be accorded with the results of antifungal susceptibility test.
