Objective To evaluate the refinement process for extracting Herba Artemisiae Scopariae(HAS) with macroporous resin. Methods With reservation rate of main peak in the fingerprint as the index, the refinement process for extract of HAS was evaluated. The safety of oral administration of HAS extract before and after refinement process was evaluated by detecting serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),observing the hepatic histopathological changes in mice model of CCl4-induced acute hepatic injury, and by mice acute toxicity experiment. Results The fingerprint of HAS extract before and after treatment was similar, the difference of their hepatoprotective effect was insignificant, and there was no obvious acute toxic reaction of HAS extract before and after refinement. Conclusion This experiment verified the rationality of the refinement process for extracting Herba Artemisiae Scopariae with macroporous resin by the method of pharmacodynamics combining with HPLC fingerprint.

AIM: To study the kinetic adsorption process in the use of the extraction of Herba Artemisiae scopariae. METHODS: In combination with caffeotannic acid and the absorbance, HPLC fingerprint of extract of Herba Artemisae scopariae was adopted as marker, to investigate the kinesis adsorb and elution process, the to determine the max quantity of physic liquor and the type and quantity of elution solvent. RESULTS: The max adsorption quantity of caffeotannic acid that could adsorb was 20.9 mg/g dry resin, and the elution solvent determined was five-fold column volume of 80% alcohol; The repeated experiment indicated that this process decressed to 2.5% yield of extract and meanwhile it retained the whole components of the HPLC fingerprint effectly. CONCLUSION: The kinetic adsorption can enrich the active components in Herba Artemisiae scopariae effectively.

Objective To construct Evaluation Form for TCM Nursing with Syndrome Differentiation for Lumbar Disc Herniation in order to provide references for better nursing care of patients with lumbar disc herniation with syndrome differentiation. Methods According to the principle of "discern Yin and Yang, grasp the main symptoms",literature analysis and Delphi method were used to draft the primary and secondary symptoms of lumbar disc herniation's common syndromes, and Evaluation Form for TCM Nursing with Syndrome Differentiation for Lumbar Disc Herniation was developed.Totally 84 patients were recruited, and results evaluated by clinical physicians and nurses using the evaluation form were compared. Results By means of the evaluation form,80 patients were considered as the type of "Xue yu qi zhi",1 patient as the type of "Han shi bi zu",the others three as the type of "Gan shen kui xu";according to clinical physicians,83 patients were the type of "Xue yu qi zhi",and 1 patient was the type of "Gan shen kui xu".The consistency rate of two methods was 96.43%,and there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion There was no statistically significant difference between the results from clinical physicians and nurses using the evaluation form. The evaluation form is applicable in clinical practice, which can lay the foundation for nurses to carry out nursing with syndrome differentiation.

Implementation strategy is a method or technique that enhances the adoption, implementation, and routine practice of evidence-based interventions in real-world healthcare situations, and is an important part of evidence transformation.Implementation mapping provides a practical tool for developing implementation strategies. This review introduces the concept and features and implementation steps of implementation mapping, commonly used theories, frameworks and models, and its application in evidence transformation and featureand application projects,in order to promote the use of implementation mapping in domestic evidence transformation research.

Objective To develop an evidence-based practice program for ICU eye care and evaluate its application effect using Stetler model of research utilization. Methods The systematic search was carried out in domestic and foreign guid elines, systematic reviews, evidence summaries, expert consensuses on eye care for ICU patients. The quality of the included literature was evaluated and the evidence was summarized. The evidence based on expert advice, clinical context and stakeholder opinions was screened.According to Stetler model of research utilization, the evidence translation/application was formulated from 3 aspects, including method, level and type of evidence application, and the evidence translation was implemented using a stepwise trial design.Five ICUs in a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province were selected, and the order of enrollment of each ICU was determined by computer-generated random numbers from April to september,2022.In the first month, all ICUs were in pre-evidence-based practice period, and in the second month,an ICU was trained and entered the evidence-based practice period.Until the 6th month, all ICUs entered the evidence-based practice period. Then the rate of ocular symptoms and implementation rate of eye care measures were compared before and after EBP.Results A total of 1 540 patients were included. With regard to the implementation rate of eye care measures, the rate of lubricant use and suspected ocular infection management in patients at high risk for ocular complications in evidence-based practice period was significantly higher compared with pre-evidence-based practice period(P<0.001),and no statistically significant difference was found in the rate of eyelid closure. The incidence of conjunctival exposure, subconjunctival hemorrhage, conjunctival congestion, and ocular discharge in non-neurology critical care patients decreased compared with pre-evidence-based practice period(P<0.05),and the incidence of conjunctival edema and conjunctival congestion in NICU patients decreased compared with pre-evidence-based practice period as the intervention continued(P<0.001).Conclusion Evidence-based practice in eye care for ICU patients using Stetler model of research utilization can standardize the practice of eye care for ICU patients and improve the quality of care.
