Objective: To analyze the relationship of gross motor skills and perceptual motor abilities with physical activity levels in preschool children in a Beijing kindergarten, so as to provide a reference for promoting the development of motor competence. Methods: From September 2018 to March 2021, preschoolers aged 4-5 years were selected using convenience sampling method from an urban kindergarten in Beijing. The Test of Gross Motor Development-Third Version(TGMD-3) was used to assess basic preschoolers s gross motor skills ( n =152). The Pictorial Scale of Perceived Movement Skill Competence(PMSC) was used to evaluate perceptual motor skills ( n =151). Accelerometers (Actigraph GT3X) were used to record physical activity levels ( n =52). Data were analyzed using one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The mean scores for gross motor skills and perceptual motor abilities were (38.76±13.48) and (35.49±6.50), respectively. The moderate to vigorous physical activity(MVPA) level was(52.60±27.44) minutes per day. No statistically significant correlations were found between gross motor skills, perceptual motor abilities MVPA among boys, girls or the overall group ( r =-0.20 to 0.25, all P >0.05). However, Boys locomotor skills, overall children s locomotor skills, and boys gross motor skills were all positively correlated with MVPA( r =0.34-0.45, all P <0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between locomotor skills and physical activity levels in 4 to 5-year-old children.

Objective: To examine the developmental trajectory of fine motor ability in schoolage children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) for two years, so as to provide scientific evidence to promote motor development in ADHD children. Methods: From April to June 2019, 31 children aged 6-8 years old were selected from a public elementary school. They were diagnosed with ADHD by two psychiatric professionals according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-V) criteria. Additionally, 31 typical developmental children, matched for age, sex and IQ with the ADHD group, were recruited as the control group. Fine motor ability was assessed with tasks of hand manual dexterity in Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2 (MACB-2), and a followup assessment was conducted from April to June 2021. The development changes of fine motor ability between two groups of children were compared by using t test and repeated measures analysis of variance. Results: Between baseline and followup periods after two years, the total score of hand fine motor in the ADHD group did not show significant improvement (7.4±3.0, 8.0±3.4; t=-1.05, P>0.05), while there was a small effect size improvement in typically developing control group (9.5±2.1, 10.5±2.4; t=-2.12, effect size=0.38, P<0.05). Followup after two years, coin/peg throwing scores with dominant hand improved between ADHD group and control group (7.0±3.3, 9.5±3.2; 8.4±2.8, 11.6±1.6) (t=-3.74, -6.33, P<0.01; effect size=0.67, 1.14), with a smaller improvement in the ADHD group. The score for threading beads/threads decreased in between ADHD group and control group (7.9±2.4, 5.8±3.1; 9.2±1.1, 8.2±1.9) (t=3.89, 2.78, P<0.01; effect size=0.70, 0.50), with a greater decrease in the ADHD group. Conclusions The development speed of fine motor ability in children with ADHD aged 6-8 is slow and continues to lag behind normal developmental children. Fine motor development in children with ADHD should be closely monitored, and targeted interventions should be implemented when necessary.

Objective:This study aimed to analyze the genomic characteristics of Varicella-Zoster Virus (VZV) strains circulating in Jilin province from 2010 to 2023.Methods:Vesicle fluid from 78 sporadic cases with VZV infection were collected in Jilin province from 2010 to 2023, after detecting by Real-time PCR, 26 specimens (CT<25) were detected by PCR. Open reading frame 22(ORF22), ORF38 and ORF62 were amplified and analyzed. Genotyping was confirmed by SNPs ORF22 (37902, 38019, 38055, 38081 and 38177) and ORF38 (69424). Vaccine strains were indentified from wild-type strains according to ORF38 (69349) and ORF62 (106262, 107252, and 108111). Sequences were analyzed by homologous comparison and phylogenetic analysis.Results:The comparison with Dumas sequence revealed that SNPs (37902, 38055, 38081 and 38177) in ORF22 and ORF38 (69424) have mutations similar to the pOka strain, which belong to clade 2. Compared to the Dumas and Baike strains, all 26 samples were wild-type strains. JL2016-4 strain changes from threonine to asparaginyl at position 38059, JL2021-4 strain changes from arginine to proline at position 37933, from aspartic acid to tyrosine at position 37935, and from aspartic acid at base 38031 to tyrosine. JL2023-1 strain changes from arginine to leucine at position 37933.Conclusions:VZV has been prevalent for 14 years in Jilin province. The main epidemic strains belong to the clade 2. We should strengthen the monitoring of VZV outbreaks and raise the coverage rate of VZV vaccination.

Objective: To investigate the biocompatibility of copper-gadolinium nanomaterials and their antibacterial efficacy againstEscherichia coli(E.coli). Methods: Copper-gadolinium nanomaterials were prepared using a hydrothermal method, and the samples were characterized and analyzed using instruments such as transmission electron microscopy. The biocompatibility of copper-gadolinium nanomaterials was evaluated through CCK-8 experiments with mouse fibroblast cells(L929). Copper-gadolinium nanomaterials were co-cultured withE.coli, and their antibacterial performance was observed and assessed. Results: Transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis confirmed the synthesis of the copper-gadolinium nanomaterials. The CCK-8 experiment results showed that the material had reliable biocompatibility within a concentration range of 0-2 μg/ml. The antibacterial experiments verified the excellent anti-E.coliactivity of copper-gadolinium, with the antibacterial effect positively correlating with concentration and co-cultivation time. When copper-gadolinium nanomaterials at a concentration of 2 μg/ml were co-cultured withE.colifor 4 hours, the antibacterial rate reached 99.99%. Conclusion The 2 μg/ml copper-gadolinium nanomaterials exhibit reliable biocompatibility and excellent anti-E.colicapabilities.

Objective To evaluate the regulatory effect of the adaptor related protein complex 2 subunit μ1(AP2M1)on proliferation and invasion of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Methods Human diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cell line OCI-LY8 was aliquoted into control group,NC-shRNA group,AP2M1-shRNA group,NC-LV group,and AP2M1-LV group.Lipofectamine 2000 was used for cell transfection.Cell proliferation was detected by tetramethylazolium salt(MTT)method,apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry and cell migration and invasion were detected by Transwell assay.The protein expression of AP2M1,epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),p-phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase(PI3K),PI3K,p-protein kinase B(Akt)and AKT was detec-ted by Western blot.Results Compared with control group,the relative expression of AP2M1 mRNA and protein in the AP2M1-shRNA group was decreased(P＜0.05).The relative cell viability was increased(P＜0.05).The cell apoptosis rate was decreased(P＜0.05).The counting number of migrating and invading cells was in-creased(P＜0.05).The relative expression level of EGFR protein and the phosphorylation level of PI3K and AKT were increased(P＜0.05).Compared with Control group,the expression of AP2M1 mRNA and protein relative ex-pression level in AP2M1-LV group was increased(P＜0.05).The relative cell viability was decreased(P＜0.05).The cell apoptosis rate was increased(P＜0.05).The number of migrating and invading cells was decreased(P＜0.05).The relative expression level of EGFR protein and the phosphorylation level of PI3K and AKT were all decreased(P＜0.05).Conclusions The over-expression of AP2M1 partially inhibits the proliferation and invasion of DLBCL cells by inhibiting the EGFR/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.

Objective:To explore the effect of acute exercise on the executive function in patients with atten-tion deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),and to provide a theoretical basis for the exercise intervention of ADHD.Methods:Experimental studies on the effect of acute exercise on executive function in patients with ADHD published up to 21 April 2023 were searched from PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,and other data platforms.Results:A total of 15 studies were included,and 515 patients with ADHD were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that a single exercise could improve inhibitory control(SMD=0.36,95％CI=0.17-0.55,P＜0.05)and cognitive flexibility(SMD=0.40,95％CI=0.10-0.69,P＜0.05)in pa-tients with ADHD.The results of subgroup analysis showed that in terms of the age of the participants,a single ex-ercise could only improve inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility in children and adolescents with ADHD(SMD=0.36,0.43,Ps＜0.05),but not in adult patients with ADHD(SMD=0.34,0.14,Ps＞0.05).In terms of exer-cise regimen,only a single exercise with moderate and high intensity,≤ 20 minutes,and open motor skills could simultaneously improve inhibitory control(SMD=0.47,0.51,0.47,Ps＜0.05)and cognitive flexibility(SMD=0.86,0.65,0.86,Ps＜0.05)in patients with ADHD.Conclusion:Acute exercise could improve inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility in children and adolescents with ADHD,but has no significant effect on working memory and executive function in adult patients.

Objective To observe the electromyography characteristics of children's handwriting with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),and explore its electrophysiological mechanism,so as to provide an objective basis for developing non-pharmacological treatment for such children.Methods Between September 2021 and April 2022,29 ADHD children were recruited from an ordinary public primary school and the psychiatric clinic of a class-3 grade-A hospital in Beijing.Among them,25 were boys and 4 were girls,with an average age of 8.21±1.78 years.Meanwhile,23 male and 5 fe-male healthy counterparts were selected with the age gap no more than 6 months.The Delsys wireless surface EMG system was used to collect the electromyographic signals of the abductor pollicis breve,the first dorsal interosseous muscle,the flexor radial carpi motor and the extensor finger muscles dur-ing their writing tasks such as tracing trajectories,writing Arabic numerals 0-9,26 small and capital English letters,Chinese characters one to ten and"Yong".The percentage of the averaged electromyog-raphy(AEMG)of a muscle in the sum value of all measured muscles,and the coefficient of differ-ence were selected to evaluate the muscle contribution rate and the consistency of exertion,respective-ly.Moreover,the independent sample t-test was employed to compare the two different groups with the significance set at α=0.05.Results There was a significant difference in the muscle contribution of abductor pollicis breve and first dorsal interosseous muscles when writing Arabic numerals and that of abductor pollicis breve muscles when writing Chinese characters between ADHD children(27.29%,25.58%and 27.53%)and their healthy counterparts(42.87%,19.96%and 37.13%)(P<0.05).Most muscle differentiation coefficients of ADHD children were higher than 100%,with that of the domi-nant hand radial wrist flexor muscle reaching 270%in the trajectory tracing task.Conclusion Accord-ing to the characteristics of EMG signals,school-age ADHD children show an immature writing pat-tern,including poor stability of writing-related muscles,insufficient control of small finger muscle groups,poor control of hand coordination,and insufficient muscle inhibition of non-dominant hand.It is recommended to conduct the electromyoelectric assessment of handwriting movements in ADHD chil-dren,so as to carry out targeted intervention at an early stage.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between fine motor skills and executive function in school aged boys with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) aged 6-10 years, so as to provide a reference for promoting executive function. Methods: From November 2022 to May 2021,65 boys with ADHD were recruited from a tertiary hospital in Beijing and a public elementary school in Beijing, and 65 boys with typical development according to age and sex were recruited as controls. Children s fine motor skills were assessed using the movement assessment battery for children, second version (MABC-2), and children s inhibitory control, working memory, and cognitive flexibility were assessed using the Stroop color word test (SCWT), Rey osterrich complex figure test (ROCFT) and trail making test (TMT), respectively. Independent samples t-tests were used to analyze the differences between the two groups, and Pearson correlation analysis and stratified regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between fine motor skills and executive functioning in boys with ADHD. Results: In the fine motor skills test, boys with ADHD scored significantly lower (8.68±3.62) than control boys (11.22±2.27)( t =4.80, P <0.05); in the executive function test, the results of SCWT, ROCFT, and TMT tests were significantly worse in boys with ADHD than in normal boys ( t =-4.53-4.42, P < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the fine motor skill scores of boys with ADHD were negatively correlated with the number of word sense errors ( r =-0.35) and color errors ( r =-0.42), and positively correlated with memory scores for delayed structure ( r =0.30) and detail ( r =0.25), which were negatively correlated with TMT-A ( r =-0.34),TMT-B reaction time ( r =-0.26), number of errors ( r =-0.43) ( P <0.05). Stratified regression analysis showed that fine motor skill scores of boys with ADHD were predictive of test results for inhibitory control, working memory and cognitive flexibility, with explanatory rates of 15%, 7%, and 19%, respectively. Conclusion Fine motor skills in boys with ADHD are correlated with executive functions, and fine motor skills could predict inhibitory control, working memory and cognitive flexibility to some extent. The development of fine motor skills in boy with ADHD could promote their executive functions.

Objective:To analyze the knowledge, skills and self-efficacy of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among the public in mountainous areas of southern Ningxia, and provide scientific support for the popularization of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 1 503 inhabitants in Ningxia district (Jan. 2018 to Jan. 2019) were chosen as research samples. The general data was analyzed; the self-made questionnaire was applied to evaluate the inhabitants ′ theory knowledge, skill mastery and self-efficacy by professional nurses. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influence factors of theory knowledge and skill mastery degree. Results:A total of 1 503 valid questionnaires were collected, the assessment scores of theory knowledge, skill mastery and overall self-efficacy were (53.11±12.34), (62.64±18.35) and (6.09±2.18) points; According to demographic characteristics, multiple linear regression indicated that the influence factors of theory knowledge and skill mastery assessment scores included age, occupational distribution, education backgrounds, training conditions, time of taking training to survey, "onlooker" experience and self-efficacy indicators ( t/ F values were 5.723, 4.393, 5.817, 6.435, 5.990, 6.438, 6.631, P<0.01). The positive correlations were assumed ( r values were 0.012, 0.016, P<0.05) . Conclusion:In Ningxia, the inhabitants generally have low theory knowledge, skill mastery and self-efficacy levels. Therefore, the relevant medical institutions shall enhance the inhabitants ′ cardio-pulmonary resuscitation training through multiple methods and approaches.

Objective:To investigate the association between levator hiatus area, pelvic organ prolapse quantification (POP-Q) examination and prolapse symptoms.Methods:The prospective multicenter study enrolled 996 female patients between January 2017 and January 2019. All enrolled patients underwent a standard clinical interview, POP-Q examination and transperineal ultrasound examination. Volume data of pelvic floor ultrasound examinations were obtained at rest, during contraction and during maximal Valsalva maneuver. The association between levator hiatus area, POP-Q examination and prolapse symptoms was analyzed. The performance of levator hiatus area on maximal Valsalva for assessing significant POP(POP-Q stage≥2) and prolapse symptoms were also evaluated.Results:There were significant differences of levator hiatus area at rest, during contraction and during maximal Valsalva among patients with different POP-Q stages (all P<0.001). Levator hiatus area during maximal Valsalva showed the highest correlation with abdominal dragging sensation ( r=0.277, P<0.001). The area under the ROC curve (AUC) of levator hiatus area during maximal Valsalva for significant POP (POP-Q stage≥2) was significantly higher than that for prolapse symptoms (AUC: 0.77 vs 0.69, P<0.001). Conclusions:Levator hiatus area on transperineal has moderate correlation with POP-Q examination and their association is stronger than the correlation between ultrasound findings and prolapse symptoms.
