1.Relation between inhibitor of apoptosis protein Apollon and tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2009;36(11):833-836
Apollon is a member of inhibitor of apoptosis proteins. It can inhibit apoptosis through inter-action with Smac, HtrA2 and caspase. Apollon is highly expressed in a variety of tumors, such as leukemia, breast cancer, brain cancer, carcinoma of mouth and carcinoma of stomach. Apollon may relate with genesis and prognosis of tumor . It also may lead to drug resistance of certain tumors.
2.Progress in relationship between HOXA9 gene and leukemia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(3):317-319
HOXA9 is a member of homeobox gene, and more commonly expressed in leukemia cells, which may be involved in the development and progress of leukemia with Meisl, PBX1 and Trib2. HOXA9 also affects the treatment outcome and prognosis of leukemia, the higher the expression level, the poorer response to treatment, the prognosis is also poor.
3.Correlation between the changes in structure and function of cardiovascular and bone age index in children with left to right shunt congenital heart disease
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(7):610-613
Objective To investigate the changes in bone age, and the correlation between the changes in structure and function of cardiovascular and bone age index in children with left to right shunt congenital heart disease (CHD) such as atrial septal defect (ASD), ventricular septal defect (VSD) and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). Methods One hundred and thirty children diagnosed CHD had been enrolled, including 52 cases of ASD, 46 cases of VSD and 32 cases of PDA. The cardiac structure and function indicators had been detected by ultrasonic. The anteroposterior iflm of left hand and wrist had been taken. The bone age had been assessed according to“China children bone age score”atlas, and the bone age index (BAI) had been calculated. The differences of bone age among each group had been compared. The linear correlation of the cardiac structure and function indicators with BAI had been analyzed. Results The BAI was statistically different among ASD, VSD and PDA groups (P<0.05). The BAI of PDA group was higher than those of ASD and VSD groups (all P<0.05). The BAI was also statistically different among the groups with different pulmonary artery pressures (P=0.000). The BAI was higher in small defect size group than that in large defect size group (P=0.002). The defect size was negatively correlated with BAI in both ASD and VSD groups (r=-0.48, -0.54, all P<0.05), The pulmonary artery systolic pressure and pulmonary-to-systemic blood lfow ratio (QP/QS) were negatively correlated with BAI in ASD, VSD and PDA groups (r=-0.64--0.38,all P<0.05). Conclusion The bone age and BAI of children with left to right shunt CHD are signiifcantly lower than those of healthy children of the same age . The extent of bone age delay is related with PASP, defect size and shunt volume in children with left to right shunt CHD.

Methods The standard auditory P300 were measured before starting treatment and 6 months after starting treatment in 30 patients with idiopathic parkinson's disease, and 30 healthy subjects with matching age, sex and education levels served as control. Results After levodopa treatment in patients with PD, P300 latency(PL) and amplitude(Amp) did not significantly changes, but reaction time (RT) was significantly shortened(P
6.Effect of different analgesia methods on blood coagulation in pa-tients who underwent esophageal carcinoma surgery
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2015;(7):378-381
Objective: To investigate the effect of different analgesia methods on blood coagulation in patients who underwent esophageal carcinoma surgery through thrombelastography (TEG). Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent radical esophagecto-my were randomly divided into the patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) group and patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) group with 30 cases each. The visual analogue scale (VAS) and patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) bottom pressing times were recorded at 6, 12, 24, and 48 h after surgery. The TEG parameters were measured at the time before anesthesia (T0), the end of surgery (T1), first day after operation (T2), second day after operation (T3), and third day after operation (T4). Results:(1) Compared with the PCIA group, the VAS scores and PCA bottom pressing times were significantly lower (P<0.05). (2) The R and K values of the PCEA group had no significant difference compared with T0 (P>0.05), and were significantly prolonged than those in the PCIA group at T2, T3, and T4 (P<0.05). (3) The platelet amount of the two groups decreased at T2 and T3 compared with that at T0 (P<0.05). Conclu-sion:The analgesic effect of PCEA was better than that of PCIA in patients who underwent esophageal carcinoma surgery, and may im-prove their hypercoagulability.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2015;14(5):366-369
Objective To investigate the correlation between macular structural changes and functional outcomes in idiopathic macular epiretinal membranes (IMEM).Methods Clinical data of 85 patients with monocular IMEM admitted from April 2013 to April 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The diseased eyes(85 eyes)were studied as observation group and the normal eyes (85 eyes)served as control group. The results of routine eye examinations, optical coherence tomography (OCT) and multifocal electroretinography (mfERG) were compared between observation and control groups. Results The preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in observation group was lower than that in control group (0.55-± 0.17 vs.0.92 ± 0.14,P < 0.05);the eyes with BCVA < 0.1 in observation group were more than those in control group (P < 0.05).The central retinal thickness (CRT) of observation group was higher than that of control group[(322.1 ±54.3) μm vs.(210.3 ±47.5) μm,t =14.29,P <0.05].The average response density of N1 wave and P1 wave in observation group were (36.7 ± 19.7) and (95.2 ±24.0) nV/ deg2,which were lower than those in control group [(42.9 ± 16.3) and (134.8 ± 20.1) nV/deg2;t =-2.23 and-11.66,respectively,P <0.05].The latent period of N1 wave and P1 wave in observation group were (22.0 ±4.1) and (39.5 ± 4.7) ms,which were lower than those in control group [(18.7 ± 3.0) and (38.0 ± 3.2) ms;t =5.99 and 2.43,respectively,all P < 0.05].The CRT in observation group was not correlated with average response density of macular center N1,P1 wave and latent period (r =-0.23,-0.35,0.06,-0.04,all P > 0.05).BCVA in observation group was negatively correlated with CRT(r =-2.16,P < 0.05).Conclusions The central retinal thickness is negatively correlated with the best corrected visual acuity, but not correlated with center mfERG in patients with IMEM.
8.Application of Psycho-Cardiology in Patients with Heart Failure Complicated with Depressive Disorder
Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(6):575-577
Obiective To explore the application of psycho-cardiology in patients with chronic heart failture compli-cated with depressive disorder. Methods Hospitalized patients with chronic heart failture were assessed with PHQ-9 and PHQ-2 health questionnaire. A total of 80 patients with depressive disorder were selected and randomly divided into routine treatment group (n=40, received routine medication) and intervention group (n=40, application of psycho-cardiology based on routine medication). After three months, changes of scores before and after therapy were statistically analyzed in these two groups. Results Compared with routine treatment group, total scores of PHQ-9 significantly decreased in intervention group (P<0.01). LVEF, BNP and CRP improved in both groups after intervention (P<0.05), which were more prominent in intervention group compared with routine treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Psycho-cardiology can treat chronic heart faiture and solve psychological problems of patients and provide comprehensive rehabilitation to patients.
