ObjectiveTo observe the effect of nursing interventions on improvement of psychological actions and quality of life of patients with Alzheimer disease. Methods50 patients with senile dementia diagnosed in our hospital were chosen.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 patients in each group.All patients were taken with AD routine nursing care after admission.The observation group was taken with rehabilitation nursing interventions based on AD routine nursing care.The mini-mental state examination (MMSE)and the daily life ability scale (ADL)were used to evaluate the quality of life after nursing intervention. ResultsThe patients' MMSE score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The ADL score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant. ConclusionsThe use of integrated care intervention can significantly improve the cognitive function in AD patients,and improve daily living ability and quality of life significantly.

Alcohol consumption leads to injury in multiple organs and systems,including the liver,brain,heart,skeletal muscle,pancreas,bone,immune system,and endocrine system.Emerging evidence indicates that alcohol also promotes adipose tissue dysfunction,which may contribute to injury progression in other organs and systems.Autophagy is a lysosomal degradation pathway that has been shown to regulate adipose tissue homeostasis and adipogenesis.Increasing evidence also demonstrates that alcohol consumption affects autophagy in multiple tissues.This review summarizes current knowledge regarding the effect of autophagy on adipose tissue and its potential roles in alcohol-induced adipose tissue atrophy as well as its contribution to alcohol-induced liver injury.

Objective To analyze the epidemiologic characteristics and tendency of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Xi'an from 2005 to 2014,and to grasp the epidemic regularity and predict the trend of HFRS for establishing effective prevention and control measures.Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic situation of HFRS in Xi'an from 2005 to 2014.The autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model was applied to analyze,fit and predict the epidemic data of 2015.Results There were 8 500 HFRS patients in Xi'an from 2005 to 2014,the incidence rate was 10.60/100 000.The morbidity increased at first and then decreased from 2005 to 2014;the incidence rate was 9.06/100 000 in 2005 and up to 19.46/100 000 in 2010,then down to 3.43/100 000 in 2014.More cases were reported in spring (15.85％,1 347/8 500) and autumn-winter seasons (72.91％,6 197/8 500).The high-risk age group of HFRS was between 15 to 59 years,accounting for 77.71％ (6 605/8 500) of the overall incidence rate;there were no significant differences in ＜ 15 years,15 to 59 years and ＞ 59 years groups (x2 =15.63,P ＞ 0.05).The male to female ratio was 3.01 ∶ 1.00,male incidence was 15.57/100 000 and female incidence rate was 5.41/100 000,and the difference was statistically significant between gender (x2 =1 948.84,P ＜ 0.05).The main occupation was farmers,accounting for 66.04％ (5 613/8 500) of the overall incidence rate.The top 4 districts were Chang'an,Zhouzhi,Huxian and Lintong;the incidence rate was 31.07/100 000,22.74/100 000,21.09/100 000 and 11.06/100 000,respectively,and the 10 years cumulative incidence rate was higher than the total incidence.The monthly incidence was predicted with ARIMA (1,1,0) × (0,1,1)12 models in Xi'an from 2005 to 2014,and the predicted number of cases was 235 in 2015 (lower than 2014).Conclusions The overall trend of the epidemic has continued to fall but slowly.Positive and effective comprehensive measures should be taken to maintain the incidence of hemorrhagic fever at a lower level.

Objective Compare the HPV infection characters between women in different geographic area of Ankang (south of Shaanxi) and Yanan (north of Shaanxi),to provide evidence based reference for cervical cancer control.Methods PCR amplification in vitro combined reverse dot-blot hybridization assay were used to analyze HPV genotypes of 7 912 cases from Ankang City Center Hospital,and 3 543 cases from Yanan Affiliated Hospital of Yanan Medical University from June 2012 to July 2016,and compared HPV infection rate,age and hypotype distribution of the cases.Results The HPV infection rate of Ankang area was 21.75％ (1 721/7 912),and Yanan area was 41.41％ (1 402/1 721).The percentage of HPV positive women with high-risk hypotype was 81.46％ (1 402 1 721) in Ankang and 86.16％ (1 264/1 467) in Yanan,with low-risk hypotype was 11.04％ (190/1 721) in Ankang and 7.23％ (106/1 467) in Yanan,with high and low risk hypotype was 7.50％ (129 147) in Ankang and 6.61％ (97/1 467) in Yanan.The women more than 60 year old were higher HPV prevalence age group.The HPV infection rate of this age group was 30.41％ (104/342) in Ankang,and 50.00 ％ (60/120) in Yanan.Yanan's HPV infection rate was obviously higher than Ankang.The popular HPV hypotypes in Yanan were same with that in Ankang.The most popular high-risk hypotypes were HPV16,58 and 52,the most popular low-risk hypotypes were 6,11 and 81.Conclusion The HPV infection rate were rather high in all age group.The most popular HPV hypotypes were same between Ankang and Yanan area.But Yanan's HPV infection rate was obviously higher than Ankang (P＜ 0.01).The causes need further explore.

Objective To explore the relationship between R time in thrombelastography (TEG) and prognosis of traumatic brain injury (TBI).Methods The data of TBI patients were collected in Fourth Peoples Hospital in Shaanxi Province from January 2015 to June 2016.The patients were divided into two groups according to the prolongation of R time at admission,and the basic data and the outcomes were analyzed.Results In basic data,Glasgow coma scale (GCS) [(9.7 ± 4.4) scores vs (12.1 ± 2.2) scores] was lower,and injury severity score (ISS) [(32.4 ± 8.9) scores vs (21.7 ± 10.4) scores],head abbreviated injury scale (AIS) [(5.0 ±0.0) scores vs (4.1 ± 1.5) scores],hemorrhage volume [(6.2 ± 5.5) ml vs (1.1 ± 1.8) ml] and mean arterial pressure[(127.2 ± 28.1) mmHg vs (103.3 ± 17.0) mmHg] were higher in the prolonged R time group.In outcomes,the in-hospital mortality (42.9％ vs 17.2％) and the rate of neurosurgical intervention (71.4％ vs 37.7％) were higher,and the duration of mechanically ventilated [(9.3 ±3.2) d vs (4.1 ± 1.7) d],ICU stay [(10.2 ± 4.4) d vs (5.6 ± 2.1) d] and hospital stay [(22.4 ± 8.1) d vs (8.3 ± 4.7) d] were longer in prolonged R time group.The Logistic regression analysis results showed that GCS ≤8 scores,ISS ＞ 25 scores and R time ＞ 10 min were the possible risk factors of hospital mortality.Conclusion TBI patients with longer R time have worse prognosis and longer R time is the possible risk factor of hospital mortality,and the prediction efficiency of R time need to be explored and validated by more research.

Objective To describe the vaccine inoculation rate of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) and the movement characteristics of rural population in the Xi'an epidemic area.Methods This was a cross-sectional study.The study covered all the four HFRS traditional high incidence areas (counties):Zhouzhi,Huxian,Chang'an and Lintong.Three villages were selected in each county and 20 households were selected in each village in 2013.Participants included all the persons of these families.People 16-60 years old were interviewed face to face about their sociodemographic and environmental information,and at the same time related HFRS vaccine history and characters of migrant workers were collected.Results Nine hundred and ninety-six persons were investigated,69.3 percent (690/996) were vaccinate-age population.Of all,49.0 percent (338/690) had HFRS vaccine history and 53.9 percent (372/690) had worked away from home most of the year.The inoculation proportion of workers which worked in their own counties (56.8％,67/118) were higher than that of workers worked outside (37.0％,60/162;39.1％,36/92,x2 =10.74,6.44,all P ＜ 0.017).In the workers that went back home every week,60.3 percent (76/126) had vaccinated.Workers that went back home once a year had the lowest proportion of inoculation (16.7％,7/42).The morbidity of HFRS decreased significantly accompany with ascend of inoculation rate (Y =-0.524X + 38.319,t =-4.581,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions After the free vaccinations,there is still a gap between the vaccine inoculation rate and prevention benefit.The current vaccination strategies need to be adjusted.
