ObjectiveTo improve the teaching quality of medical humanity education in medical university.MethodsA cluster sampling survey was given to 448 sophomores who studied the outline of medical humanities course in military medical university, and the data were descriptively and statistically analyzed.ResultsThe survey shows that 90% sophomores satisfy with this course,95% sophomores understand the importance of medical humanity education, and the students have more requirements on education resources and teaching ways.ConclusionOutline of medical humanities course is important to cultivate the medical humanity spirit of medical students, and the course still needs more improvements.
4.Monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of malignant lymphoma.
Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2006;28(3):435-441
Monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) have different mechanism and adverse effects compared with cytotoxic agents. The introduction of MoAbs has improved the treatment potency to malignant lymphoma without decreasing the quality of life. However, there are many questions to be answered: What is the profound mechanism of MoAbs? How about their long-term adverse effects? What is the best medication pattern in different disease types?

5.Advances in medical oncology.
Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2006;28(3):305-310
Medical oncology is playing an increasingly important role in multi-disciplinary modality in cancer management. Advances in medical oncology has brought new improvement in efficacy in the treatment of various malignant diseases, such as lymphomas, breast cancer, non-small lung cancer, and gastrointestinal tract carcinomas. In medical oncology, traditional cytotoxic agents remains to be indispensable, while molecular targeted therapy has been introduced into routine clinical practice as a promising approach. Meanwhile, researches on supportive therapy is continuously refining.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(7):739-741
Resident standardization training is an important part of postgraduate medical educa-tion and anesthesiology rotation is an important part in resident standardization training. Anesthesiology rotation is an effective way to improve the efficiency of hospital operation and is an important starting point to promote 'comfortable medical' and hospital upgrades. To improving the quality of training , anes-thesiology department should establish training and supervision system clearly , organize teacher training regularly. Continuous improvements in institutional mechanism can be achieved by detailed theoretical studies, technical operations and departmental rotation examination requirements as well as by exchanging ideas between teachers and students.

Objective To study the characteristics of mismatch negativity(MMN) in patients with depression. Methods MMN was recorded from 31 patients with depression and 28 age-matched controls. Results Compared with the controls, the patients with depression had prolonged latency ([189?22] ms vs [206?26] ms, P

Objective:To explore the efficiency of a new scoring system of gastric cancer screening for early gastric cancer in health examination population. Methods:The risk score of gastric cancer was assessed based on the new scoring system in health examination population. A notice for further gastroscopy was sent to the medium-risk and high-risk people. Gastroscopy was performed on those who agreed to undergo the examination. Results:From January to April 2019, a total of 5 357 people in health system visited the Physical Examination Center of Shanghai Songjiang Clinical Medical College of Nanjing Medical University for health examination. Seven hundred and forty people were classified as medium- and high-risk groups by the new screening system, 576 in medium-risk group, and 164 in high-risk group. Among them, 131 cases (17.70%) came for further gastroscopy, of whom 91 (69.47%) were in the medium-risk group and 40 (30.53%) in the high-risk group. After gastroscopy, 4 cases of gastric cancer and 1 case of esophageal cancer were detected, and both were early cancer. In the medium-risk group, 2 cases (2/91, 2.20%) of early gastric cancer and 1 case (1/91, 1.10%) of early esophageal cancer were found. In the high-risk group, 2 cases (2/40, 5.00%)of early gastric cancer were found. The tumor detection rate of high-risk group (5.00%) was higher than that of medium-risk group (3.30%), but there was no significant difference ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Risk stratification with the new scoring system of gastric cancer screening can improve the detection rate of early gastric cancer.
