In order to promote the Shenqifuzheng injection (SQFZ) clinical medication safety, this study reevaluate on SQFZ post marketing safety study systematically. Including multi center large sample registration type safety monitoring research, the analysis based on national spontaneous reporting system data, the analysis based on the 20 national hospital information system data and literature research. Above the analysis, it suggests that SQFZ has good security. The more adverse drug reaction (ADR) as allergic reactions, mainly involved in the damage of skin, appendages and its systemic damage, serious person can appear allergic shock. ADR/E is more common in the elderly, may be related to medication (tumor) populations. Early warning analysis based on SRS data and literature research are of the view that "phlebitis" has a strong association with SQFZ used.

Objective:To explore the pharmaceutical care model for the patients with acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ALI/ARDS) caused by inhalation of chemical agents to ensure the safety, rationality and effectiveness of drugs. Methods:According to the characteristics of drug therapy for the patients with ALI/ARDS caused by inhalation of chemical agents, the pharma-ceutical care was carried out and the suggestions on the medication were given. Results:Through the pharmaceutical care, the safety, reasonability and effectiveness were improved. And the incidence of adverse drug reactions was decreased. Conclusion: Cooperating with clinical physician, clinical pharmacists can perform active pharmaceutical service and optimize dosage regimen, which is beneficial to the safety, reasonability and effectiveness of drug therapy for the patients.

AIM To study the effects of matrine (Ma) on the action potential and contractile force in guinea pig papillary muscles. METHODS Conventional microelectrode technique was used to record the fast action potentials (FAP) and slow action potentials (SAP) induced by histamine and BaCl_2 of guinea pig papillary muscles. RESULTS Ma 10,25,50 ?mol?L -1 dose-dependently prolonged the action potential duration at 50%, 90% repolarization (APD_ 50 , APD_ 90 ) and effective refractory period (ERP) of FAP, and lengthened the APD_ 50 , APD_ 90 of SAP induced by histamine and BaCl_2 when perfused with KCl 25 mmol?L -1 Tyrode's solution. The maximal upstroke velocity (V_ max ) of FAP, SAP and contractile force (Fc) were not affected by matrine 10,25,50 ?mol?L -1 . CONCLUSION It was suggested that Matrine could block K + channels in the myocardium.-

Objective To observe the changes of arm equilibrium pressure (Parm) in different occlusion time,the reference range of Parm in hemodynamic stable patients,and to explore the relationship between Parm and systemic hemodynamic parameters.Methods Mechanically ventilated postoperative abdominal surgery patients who admitted to ICU with stable hemodynamic status were enrolled.After hemodynamic data were recorded,arm stop-flow maneuvers were performed to measure Parm.At 10,20,30,40,50,60 seconds after occlusion,arterial pressure were measured twice within 5 minutes and recorded as the average value.Results Thirty patients were included.The Parm decreased gradually with the prolongation of the occlusion time.The value was not stable within 60 s,but the reducing extent was not obvious after 40s.The 95％ reference range of Parm 30 S was 23-44 mmHg(1 mmHg =0.133 kPa) and Parm 60 S was 19--35 mmHg.Parm at 30 s and 60 s were positively correlated with systolic arterial pressure,diastolic arterial pressure,mean arterial pressure,central venous pressure (all P ＜ 0.001),but not heart rate and pulse pressure.Linear regression analysis showed that Parm at 10 s,20 s,30 s only had linear correlation with diastolic arterial pressure (10 s,β =0.504,P =0.001;20 s,β =0.297,P =0.005;30 s,β =0.231,P =0.015),and Parm at 40 s,50 s,60 s were linear correlation with diastolic arterial pressure (40 s,β =0.220,P =0.004;50 s,β =0.210,P =0.004;60 s,β =0.213,P =0.004) and central venous pressure (40 s,β =0.516,P =0.018;50 s,β =0.513,P =0.01;60 s,β =0.472,P =0.023).Conclusion In mechanically ventilated postoperative abdominal surgery patients with stable hemodynamic status,Parm decreases when occlusion time is prolonged,which is not stable within 60 s occlusion.Arterial blood pressure and central venous pressure are positively correlated with Parm.

OBJECTIVEUse propensity score methods to explore the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection (SQFZ) on ALT and AST lever of real worlds.

METHODHIS data from 18 hospitals was analyzed. Patients ranging from 18 to 80 years, it were divided into the cases group was used Shenqi Fuzheng injection > 21 days under the instruction, and control group used SQFZ ≤ 21 days. A large number of confounding biases are taken into account through the generalized boosted models (GBM) and multiple logistic regression model to estimate the treatment effects of SQFZ on abnormal changes in ALT and AST index and to explore possible influencing factors.

RESULTSventy and one confounding factors had been counterpoised, stratified analysis showed that the abnormal changes of cases group lower than control group, but not statistically significant.

CONCLUSIONAnalysis of HIS database showed that significant effects of SQFZ on abnormal changes in ALT and AST have not been found. The results of this study form the retrospective data, for the purpose of validating its clinical safety should be have a prospective clinical study of large sample.

A study on the microbial transformation of glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) was conducted by a fungus, Cunninghamella blakesleeana CGMCC 3.970 systematically. After incubation with the cell cultures of C. blakesleeana CGMCC 3.970 at 25 degrees C for 7 days on a rotary shaker operating at 135 r x min(-1), GA was converted into one major product and five minor products. The products were extracted and purified by solvent extraction, macroporous adsorbent resin, silica gel column chromatography, and semi-preparative RP-HPLC chromatography. Their structures were identified as 3-oxo-15α-hydroxy-18β-glycyrrhetinic acid(1), 3-oxo-15β-hydroxy-18β-glycyrrhetinic acid (2), 7β,15α-dihydroxy-18β-glycyrrhetinic acid (3), 3-oxo-7β, 15α-dihydroxy-18β-glycyrrhetinic acid (4), 7β-hydroxy-18β-glycyrrhetinic acid(5) and 15α-hydroxy-18β-glycyrrhetinic acid(6) by the analyses of MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopic data respectively. Among them, 2 was a new compound. These results suggest that C. blakesleeana CGMCC 3.970 has the capability of selective ketonization and hydroxylation for GA. N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) capped quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized by a hydrothermal method and coated with 2-amino-2-deoxy-D-glucose (DG), polyethylene glycol (PEG), and 9-D-arginine (9R). The optical properties, morphology and structure of 9R/DG-coated CdTe QDs were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectrometry, fluorescence spectrum, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer (LC-MS), sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and transmission electron micrographs (TEM). Furthermore, the biocompatibility, tumor targeted ability and transmembrane action of 9R/DG-coated CdTe QDs were studied. Results indicated that 9R/DG-coated CdTe QDs was constructed successfully by ligand exchange. The 9R/DG-coated CdTe QDs with the size of 8-10 nm had good dispersity and the absorbance and fluorescence peaks of CdTe QDs after modification were red shifted from 480 nm to 510 nm and 627 nm to 659 nm, respectively. In addition, the CdTe QDs modified by PEG, DG and 9R displayed good biocompatibility, high targeted ability to the cancer cells with glucose transporter type 1 (GLUT1) receptor high expression and obvious transmembrane ability.

OBJECTIVETo observe the therapeutic effect and relevant mechanism of shuxuening Injection (SI) in treating patients with active ulcerative colitis (UC).

METHODSTotally 91 patients with active UC were randomly assigned to 2 groups, 44 in the control group and 47 in the treatment group. Patients in the control group received routine treatment, while patients in the treatment group additionally received intravenous injection of SI (15 mL), twice daily for 14 days in total. Colonoscopy was performed before and after treatment. The therapeutic effect was assessed by Mayo scoring system and the grading of activities evaluated by Baron endoscope. Serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were detected by ELISA. The activity of SOD was detected by xanthine oxidase method. The content of MDA was detected by thiobarbituricacid (TBA). Besides, 20 healthy subjects were recruited as the healthy control group.

RESULTSTotally 82 patients completed the study (40 in the control group and 42 in the treatment group). There was no statistical difference in serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, SOD, MDA, the Mayo score and endoscope grading between the two groups before treatment (P >0. 05). Compared with the healthy control group, serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, MDA significantly increased (P <0.01), and the serum SOD level decreased (P < 0. 05) in the treatment grup and the control group before treatment. Compared with before treatment in the same group, serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, MDA, the Mayo score and endoscope grading all decreased in the treatment group and the control group after treatment (P <0. 01, P <0. 05). Compared with the control group after treatment, serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, MDA, the Mayo score and endoscope grading all decreased (P <0.01, P <0.05), the serum SOD level increased (P <0.05) in the treatment group after treatment. The serum SOD level was obviously negative correlated with serum levels of IL-6, TNF-a, Mayo score, and endoscope score (r = -0. 621, -0.638, -0. 509, -0.787, P <0.01). The serum MDA level was obviously positive correlated with serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, Mayo score, and endoscope score (r =0.711, 0. 882, 0. 525, 0. 639, P <0.01).

CONCLUSIONSI could improve inflammatory injury and clinical symptoms of patients with active UC, and its mechanism might be associated with antioxidant and scavenging oxygen free radicals.
