Journal of Chinese Physician 2008;10(4):439-440
Objective To explore the expression and significance of TGF-β1 and CTGF in the occurrence and development of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid TGF-β1 and CTGF concentrations in all subjects were serially detected by ELISA. Results Mean total TGF-β1 and CTGF in patients were elevated more than that in controls at the first day(P<0.05).Thereafter the levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF fell by the third day, then rose to the second peak at the tenth day and remained significantly increase until the sixteenth day(P<0.05).The levels of TGF-β1 was positive correlated CTGF. Conclusion The expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage showed two peaks character. After SAH, the concentration of TGF-β1 and CTGF concentration is related to chronic communicating hydrocephalus.
2.Clinical application of atomoxetine in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2009;(11):1093-1094,1100
Atomoxetine as a nonstimulant medicine was approved by the Chinese Food an Drug Administration and provide a new selection of treatment drugs for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Tomoxetine is a noradrenaline transmitter reuptake inhibitor which can selectively inhibit synapsis noradrenaline transport protein, strengthen noradrenaline's resupination effect, and increase noradrenaline's activity released by synaptic cleft to improve the symptoms of the ADHD patients. Compared with methylphenidate, atomoxetine does not affect the concentration of the neurotransmitter dopamine and does not induce or increase the Tourettes' syndrome, therefore atomoxetine is more suitable to treat ADHD together with Tourettes syndrome. In this article the treatment of atomoxetine for ADHD, including the indications, dosage as well as adverse reactions and efficacy assessment are reviewed.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Higher medical education should bring the superiority of the course into play, and develop the bioethics education effectively. We should arouse medical undergraduate's respect and enthusiasm for bioethics, help them reevaluate their value concept and learn to use basic theory of bioethics to guide the medical service. Thus medical science can develop in a healthy way.
4.Sister chromatid exchanges(SCE), chromosomal aberrations and micronuclei of cultured peripheral lymphocytes in miners, nonmining workers of Dachang Tin Mine in Guangxi
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
Determination of SCE frequency, chromosomal aberration and micronucleus rate of cultured peripheral lymphocytes of 38 miners who worked in the well, and 40 non-miners who worked outside the well in Dachang Area and 27 other workers who didn't work and live there (as control group) was carried out. The result showed that the miners had higher SCE incidence and chromosomal aberration rate. The nonmining workers and the control group had much lower rates. There was a significant difference between the miners and non-miners or control group, but no statistically differences were found between the non-miners and the control group. Micronucleus rate among the miners, the non-miners and the control group were all the same level statistically. We proposed that some toxic substances in the Dachang Tin Mine might be respousible for the genetic damages in the miners. We suggested that a combined assay of SCE with chromosomal aberration or micronucleus might be a good screening method for the high risk population such as the miners in Dachang Tin Mine.
5.Preliminary Study of A Volume-depending Staging System for ONFH Based on Three-dimensional CT
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(11):1311-1314
Objective]To establish a new volume-depending staging system for ONFH through an analysis software developed by ourselves, referring to Ficat staging system. [Method]With the help of the necrosis score calculated by our software, a new 0~6 volume-depending staging system for ONFH was established referring to Ficat staging system. The correlation analysis was conducted between the Ficat stages and necrosis scores of 22 ONFH cases. [Result]According to Ficat staging system, there were 4 stage Ⅰ, 2 stage Ⅱa, 3 stage Ⅱb, 9 stage Ⅲ, 4 stage Ⅳ. According to the volume-depending staging system, there were 4 cases of stage 1, 3 stage 2, 2 stage 3, 3 stage 4, 5 stage 5, 5 stage 6. A strong linear correlation was observed between the necrosis scores of volume-depending staging system and Ficat staging system(r=0.976,P<0.01). [Conclusion]The new volume-depending staging system might be accurate and feasible. It could indicate the whole condition of ONFH more objective than Ficat staging system, which would be helpful for early diagnosis of ONFH.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
Acyl Coenzyme A Oxidase(ACO) is the rate-limiting enzyme of the ?-oxidation of dicarboxylic acid in Candida tropicalis . Using strains with low Acyl Coenzyme A Oxidase activity to produce dicarboxylic acid on an industrial scale will facilitates the improvement of the yield and purity of dicarboxylic acid. In this research, we improved the method of Allain, so as to determine the activity of Acyl Coenzyme A Oxidase from Candida tropicalis easily and correctly. This method can be used as quantity criterion in the screen of industrial strains of dicarboxylic acid production, and this work established the basic of character study of Acyl Coenzyme A Oxidase. We determined the activities of Acyl Coenzyme A Oxidase from a series of Candida tropicalis strains with different ability of dicarboxylic acid production, and found the obvious relationship of ACO activity and ability of acid production.
7.Advance in Metabolism of n-Alkane and Metabolic Engineering of Candida tropicalis
Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
Metabolism of n-alkane mainly includes ?-oxidation pathway and ?-oxidation pathway in Candida tropicalis, which are both catalyzed by a series of enzymes. The transformation from n-alkane to fatty acid is accomplished via ?-oxidation pathway, and the degradation of fatty acid is involved in ?-oxidation pathway. The mechanism on metabolism of n-alkane and studies on related enzymes are summarized in the review. Furthermore, some molecular genetics and metabolic engineering techniques related to Candida tropicalis developed in recent years are introduced.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To study the analgesic sites and mechanism of total alkaloids in Papaver nudicaule (TAPN). Methods The sites of analgesic action of TAPN were observed by adopting Formalin test and two different routes of intracerebroventricular (icv), intrathecal (ith) in mice and rats and comparing ED 50 of TAPN in writhing reaction in mice induced by acetic acid by ip and iv administration. Results TAPN significantly lowered pain score of the early and late phase of Formalin response and was more sensitive in the late phase. Inhibition of TAPN at the same dose by ip administration in writhing reaction in mice induced by acetic acid was stronger than that by iv. The ED 50 value of TAPN at any time by ip administration was lower than that by iv administration. By means of central microinjection, TAPN by icv administration induced remarkable analgesic effect in mice, but TAPN by ith administration had no significant analgesic effect. Conclusion The sites of analgesic action of TAPN are mainly at periphery. TAPN has also central analgesic effect, and the site may be at the level above the spinal cord.
9. A comparative study on children's basic medical insurance system and policies in four municipalities in China
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2018;38(6):670-675
Objective • To analyze the basic medical insurance policies for children in Shanghai in 2011 and 2017, and compare with those of the other three municipalities to understand the basic medical security status of children in four municipalities in China and analyze the existing problems. Methods • The current effective children's basic medical insurance policies and child critical illness insurance policies and related insurance systems in four municipalities were collected systematically. The types of basic medical insurance for children in various municipalities and their funding standards, their own expenses and the proportion of government subsidies, the proportion of outpatient emergency payoff lines and reimbursement at all levels of medical institutions, and the coverage and coverage of major illness insurance reimbursement were collected and compared mainly. Results • The basic medical insurance for children in Shanghai is a "double insurance" system, which contained children's hospitalization fund and basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents. The basic medical insurance for children in other municipalities mainly consisted of basic medical insurance for urban (rural) residents. Compared with 2011, the level of financing and the reimbursement of the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents and of the children's hospitalization fund in Shanghai in 2017 was increased. In 2017, the level of financing of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Shanghai was 1 100 yuan, which was slightly lower than that of Beijing medical insurance for urban residents and new rural cooperative medical insurance and was higher than that of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Tianjin and Chongqing, and the individual payment level of Shanghai was the lowest. The hospitalization payoff lines in Shanghai were lower than those of other municipalities. Shanghai's outpatient and inpatient reimbursement levels were higher those of than other municipalities. There wasn't a capping line in Shanghai. There were capping lines in other municipalities. There was a great difference in the insurance policy of the major diseases in four municipalities. Conclusion • According to their own actual conditions, models for children's medical care systems that suited each municipalities' social and economic development have been established. Shanghai children's basic medical insurance basically meets the needs of children's growth but needs improvement in terms of the type and level of medical security for major illnesses.
