Objective To study the MRI features of the fatigue fracture of ankle.Methods 15 patients including 11 man and 4 women were studied.The age of the patients ranged from 15～45 years,with average of 22 years.All cases had no traumatic history of ankle joint and a negative result of plain radiographs,and its clinical symptoms was pain in the local site of feet.Siemens 1.5T MRI with SE and FSE were used to investigate the ankle,T 1WI(TR/TE=700/20)and T 2WI(TR/TE=4700/100) and T 2WI fat surpassion.Results All cases demonstrated abnormal MRI signals in both T 1 and T 2 weighted image:6 involving the talus,7 involving calcaneus,1 case located the navicular bone and 1 case involving both talus and calcaneus.15 cases with 16 were abnormalities of bone marrow,which 10 demonstrated hypointensity on T 1WI and hyperintensity on T 2WI,6 cases with hypointensity on T 1WI and complex signal intensity on T 2WI.Conclusion MR features of fatigue fracture of ankle joint without abnormality in X-ray films include trabecular fracture under cortical bone and edema in the trabecular bone which demonstrate irregular abnormal signal in MRI.

Objective To investigate the expression of DNA methyltransferase 1,3a,3b (DNMT1,DNMT3a,DNMT3b) in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and to determine their clinical significance.Methods The expression of DNMT1,3a,3b proteins was detected in 47 HCC tumor specimens and 42 HCC paracarcinoma liver tissues by immunohistochemistry.12 normal liver tissues were used as control.The results and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of DNMT1,3a and 3b in HCC tissues were 80.9％,68.1％ and 78.7％ respectively.The positive expression rates of DNMT1,DNMT3a and DNMT3b in paracarcinoma tissues were 50.0％,52.4％ and 57.1％ respectively.The expression rates of DNMT1,3a and 3b in both HCC tissues and paracarcinoma tissues were significantly higher than normal liver tissues.The expression of DNMT1,DNMT3a,DNMT3b was correlated with tumor differentiation (P＜0.05) and hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) positivity.Conclusions DNMT1,3a and 3b play important roles in carcinog(c)n(c)sis and development of HCC.

Much progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma, which has become a highly curable malignancy.However, prolonged survival makes clinicians pay more attention to long-term toxicities of treatment.Consequently, individualized treatment based on disease stage and risk factors is a research hotspot at present.This article reviews recent advances in the individualized treatment of early-stage classical Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Objective To establish a complete heat transfer boundary condition model in a cockpit including the inner wall heat transfer boundary condition and the air supply heat transfer boundary condition of the air distribution system. Methods The temperature field in the cockpit was carried out unmerical caculation with above model and the traditional method which was assumed uniform heat flux through walls and flow flux out of each air supply hole individually.An experiment was carried out to prove the caculation accuracy of both methods. Results The comparison between calculation and experiment results shows that the temperature field calculation accuracy of this model was much higher than traditional method’s.This model could indicate the unevenness and the asymmetry of the heat transfer through walls and the air temperature out of air supply holes of air distribution system. Conclusion This model is reasonable and has a good engineering application value.

AIM: To study and explore whether the antisense phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucleotides (ASODN) of bcl-2 oncogene would increase the apoptotic effect of As 2O 3 on NB4 leukemic cells. METHODS: The biological and morphological changes in NB4 cells from microculture with As 2O 3, bcl-2 ASODN or both were observed. The changes in DNA content and Bcl-2 protein of NB4 cells from microculture with As 2O 3, bcl-2 ASODN or both were determined by tissue chemistry and flowcytometry. RESULTS: There was much more apoptotic effect of As 2O 3 on NB4 cells while it combined with bcl-2 ASODN (ASODN 10 0 ?mol/L+ As 2O 3 0 25 ?mol/L) than alone(ASODN 10 0 ?mol/L or As 2O 3 0 25?mol/L),and so did inhibitory effect of Bcl-2 protein expression by flow cytometry. CONCLUSION: The bcl-2 ASODN can enhance the apoptotic effect of As 2O 3 on NB4 leukemic cells. [

Pachychoroid spectrum diseases includes central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC),pachychoroid pigment epitheliopathy,pachychoroid neovasculopathy,and polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy,which share common characteristics,including focal or diffused increased choroidal thickness,choroidal hyperpermeability,and dilated choroidal vessels.These diseases are likely to represent a continuum of the same pathogenic process.Similar features and association among them suggest that they may have similar etiology.It is of great clinical significance to understand the composition and typical morphological changes of pachychoroid-related diseases and to explore its possible pathogenesis.

We compared the changes of c-myc expression, cell growth kinetics, ability to reduce NBT and 3H -TdR incorporation rate of HL-60 cells in low concentration of FCS, or treated by TNF or no treatment, respectively. The results showed that, although the prolifcrative suppression of HL-60 cells treated by 50U/ml TNF was mimicked by adding 1. 0%and 0. 5%FCS in culture media, the differentiation had notappeared and it had not effected on c - myc expression, either. TNF (50U/ml) could inhibit proliferation of HL-60 cells during inducing differentiation and the expression of c-myc oncogene decreased remarkedly. The results indicated that decreased expression of c-myc in TNF treated HL-60 cells were mainly connected with differentiate maturation but not with proliferative suppression.
