Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(19):4-6
Objective To explore the effects of whole course rehabilitation nursing intervention on stroke patients with hemiplegia, so as to provide evidence for the future nursing intervention for these pa-tients. Methods 92 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group with 46 patients in each group. All patients in both groups received routine neurologic medical therapy and the routine care. The patients in the experimental group also received whole course re-habilitation nursing intervention including health assessment, rehabilitation consultation, health education before and after discharge and also received follow-up. Data were collected when the patients were in hos-pital within the first week and the following 3 months after discharge including the level of TC, TC, Hey, the ability of daily living, and the physical/psychological health evaluation. Results Compared with the con-trel group, the level of blood TC, TC, Hey decreased in the experimental group. In the experimental group, patients" scores of the physical health and mental health after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention. In the control group, the score in physical health domain increased compared with that be-fore intervention, but the score in psychological health domain remained unchanged. Conclusions The whole course rehabilitation nursing intervention designed by the investigator in the study can effectively de-crease the blood level of TC, TG, Hey of stroke patients, improve the ability of daily living and the quality of llfe of these patients.
2.Pathogenic mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii and research status of corresponding vaccines
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(2):245-
As a Gram-negative bacillus,Acinetobacter baumannii is one of the main opportunistic pathogens causing nosocomial infection, and mainly infects various human organs such as lungs, which finally causes bacteremia, pneumonia and other diseases, and seriously threatens lives of patients.People with weak immunity are the main susceptible people. The strain has strong stress resistance and multiple antibiotic resistance, making its infection a difficult problem in clinical treatment. The outer membrane complex(OMC),outer membrane vesicles(OMVs),secretory system and lipopolysaccharide of A.baumannii play an important role in the process of infection of host cells. At present, the vaccines developed against these pathogenic components can play a certain role in preventing and treating A.baumannii infection, and have a good application prospect. In this paper, the pathogenesis of A.baumannii and the current situation of vaccine development are reviewed,so as to provide a reference for the development of novel prevention and treatment methods of it in clinic.
3.How to perform the follow-up analysis of visual field test
Ophthalmology in China 1993;0(01):-
In the course of follow-up analyses of visual field test,it should take more than two visual field tests that had similar results as baseline test, and some factors should be taken into account, such as accordant testing conditions, reliable indeces, test errors and fluctuation effects, and so on.The indeces of Mean Deviation(MD)and Pattern Standard Deviation(PSD)could reflect the whole change trend of follow-up visual field test, while sensitivity value of every point and their pattern deviations could help to analyse tiny changes of visual field tests. Those statistic softwares provided by automatic perimetry should be used adequately.Through the follow-up analyses of visual field test, glaucoma doctors could adjust therapy schemes in time in order to obtain objective intraocular pressure and stabilize visual field and glaucoma.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(15):68-70
Objective To disucss the coordination strategy between nurses and pharmacists in phar-macy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) during the handling of clinical work. Methods Ques-tionnaires were adopted to investigated relative staff for information collection and analysis by combina-tion of specified post responsibility of nurses and pharmacists in PIVAS and experience from clinical work. Results We proposed the sixteen-word guideline of "clear duty, study and respect each other to achieve win- win development". Conclusions The coordination of nurses and pharmacists in PIVAS is important in clinical work, the countermeasures summarized from clinical practice has certain instructive significance to coordinate their relations.
5.Evaluation on the Accuracy of Stroke Volume Variation in Blood Volume Monitoring during Induction in Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting
Journal of China Medical University 2016;45(5):448-451
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of stroke volume variation(SVV)in blood volume monitoring during induction in patients undergo?ing coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG). Methods Thirty ASAⅡorⅢpatients, aged 53?74 year,BMI 21?27,NYHA classⅡorⅢ,scheduled for CABG were enrolled in this study. MAP,HR,CVP,SVV,cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI),stroke volume index(SVI)and systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI)were continuously measured by Vigileo/FloTrac system and recorded simultaneously at the following time points:T1(baseline level)and T2(after induction and before intubation). Calculate the changes of SVV,CVP and CI(△SVV、△CVP and△CI). Pa?tients whose△CI≥15%were defined as the responders to the insufficiency of blood volume. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve for SVV and CVP were plotted, and the area under the curve were calculated. Results Compared with T1,significant decrease in CO,CI and SVI was observed at T2 . Meanwhile,SVV increased from 8%±5%to 17%±12%(P=0.012). Twenty?four patients were responders to intravascular volume insufficiency due to induction. SVV were significantly higher in responders than in non?responders(20%±13%vs 9%±4%,P=0.036). A threshold SVV value of 10.5%allowed discrimination between responders and non?responders to blood volume insufficiency, with a sensitivity of 75%and a specificity of 80%. The area under the curve for SVV was 0.875,and the 95%confidence interval was 0.689 to 1.000. Conclusion SVV exhibited reliable sensitivity and specificity in monitoring blood volume changes during induction in patients undergoing CABG.
6.Soluble ST2 and its prospects of clinical application in cardiovascular disease
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;37(12):969-972
Soluble ST2 (sST2) is a decoy receptor of IL-33 in blood.sST2and ST2L (receptor on cell membrane) seem to be markedly induced in mechanically overloaded cardiac myocytes, especially the expression of sST2.A large number of sST2 bind IL-33 thus subtracting IL-33 from the interaction with ST2L,potentially attenuating the cardioprotective effects of IL-33/ST2L pathway.Recently,sST2 has emerged as a novel for heart failure biomarker.Though sST2 was a less robust marker for the diagnosis of heart failure than NT-proBNP,it has been implicated in the prognostication of patients with acute dyspnea, acute or chronic heart failure and myocardial infarction, with particular value for mid-and long-term prognosis. However, further studies are needed in order to better point out the evidence for a routine use of sST2 evaluation in patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases.

Dysregulation of apoptosis, involved with inhibitors of apoptosis (IAPs), contributes a variety of disease states including cancer. The recent progress of members of IAPs family and the anticancer strategy against IAPs is reviewed in this paper.
8.Status quo of international mental health financing and its implications for China
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2014;(5):27-32
Insufficient financial investments and insufficient raised funds are a common dilemma in mental health service worldwide .The primary sources of mental health financing worldwide are taxes , social insurance , and out-of-pocket expenditure by the patient or family .Government plays the primary role in fund raising .China has a low level of mental health service and poor equity in mental health financing as well as irrational allocation of funds . Mental health financing system in China should be improved by adding the financing system into mental health law and the outline of the central mental health work while making it clear that government , especially central govern-ment, is the main subject of mental health financing .Community mental health should also have the priority over fund allocation in order to increase the efficiency of raising funds .
9.Effect of stromal cell-derived factor-1 on the adherence function of mononuclear cells
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2008;17(3):175-177
Objective To investigate the effects of stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1) on the adherence of mononuclear cells (MNC). Methods Mononuclear cells were isolated from cord blood and the adherent rate was assayed by using MTT with fibronectin coated in different concentration of SDF-1. Then the expression of adherent molecule VLA-4 by FACS as well as the adherent rate when MNC were cultured in vitro. Results The adherent rate of fresh cord blood MNC was (110.2±2.10) %, (128.3±2.09) %, (141.6±2.62) %, (160.8±3.84) %, (162.3±3.60) %, (165.4±2.73) %, (165.1±2.33) %. When the mass concentration of SDF-1 was 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 ng/ml. When MNC were cultured in vitro, the expression of VLA-4 was 26.37te was (160.2±6.38) %, (194.6±6.09) %, (147.5±6.86) %, (144.7±4.96) %, (118.1±3.64) %. The correlation coefficient between the adherent rate and the expression of VLA-4 is 0.826. Conclusion The adherent rate of fresh cord blood MNC increases along with the concentration of SDF-1, however, it tends to be stable when the concentration of SDF-1 reaches 100 ng/ml. When MNC were cultured in vitro with hemopoietic growth factors, the expression of VLA-4 and the adherent rate of MNC increased in the initial stage, however, the expression of VLA-4 and the adherent rate of MNC both decreased gradually along with time extending. There is positive correlation between the adherent rate of MNC and the expression of adherent molecule VLA-4.
10.Stress Resistance of Rhodiola under Freezing Injury Stress
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(1):91-94
Objective To study the stress resistance of Rhodiola under freezing injury stress. Methods With R.kirilowii, R.crenulata, R.Algida and R.fastigiata as the experimental materials, the effects of freezing injury stress on emerging time, duration of seedling emergence, emergence rate, surviving rate, the activity of SOD and POD were observed by field test and experimental detection. Results Before seeding, the effect of freezing injury stress on R.kirilowii was the largest, and that on R.fastigiata was the least. When injury stress happened during seedling stage, surviving rate, increase of SOD and POD activities of R.kirilowii was the least, indicating the freezing injury was severe. R.fastigiata was the best in those indexes. The stress resistance of Rhodiola was as follows:R.fastigiata > R.crenulata > R.Algida > R.kirilowii. Conclusion R. fastigiata and R.crenulata are good choice in introduction and cultivation of Rhodiola in Gannan area of Gansu province, and R.fastigiata is the best.
