Objective To evaluate the correlation between cerebral blood flow(CBF)with age and gender with arterial spin labe-ling in magnetic resonance imaging.Methods All thirty-seven healthy volunteers were divided into A(20-29 years,n=10),B(30-39 years,n=9),C(40-49 years,n=9)and D(50-59 years,n=9),underwent conventional MRI and ASL(Q2TIPS)examination. Cerebral blood flow (CBF)maps were obtained and reviewed.ROIs were respectively selected in bilateral cerebral hemispheres and CBF values were generated.The comparison of CBF value between the left and right hemispheres and within the four age group differences were performed.The relationships between CBF values with age and gender were also analyzed.Results There was no statistical difference of CBF in white or gray matter between bilateral hemispheres in all groups (P > 0.05).A significant positive correlation was found between age and CBF values of the left whole brain (r=0.378,P =0.020)in group C,while no significant difference of CBF in bilateral gray matter,white matter or whole brain was detected among all age groups (P > 0.05).There was no statistical difference of CBF between male and female volunteers (P > 0.05).Conclusion Quantitative estimates of CBF can be obtained with ASL sequence.The preliminary results suggest that CBF values do not significantly associated with age or gender.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods A total of 92 OA patients were included into a one-month randomized controlled followup study, 47 of them were treated with combined psychological intervention, the other 45 cases were routinely treated. All cases were investigated on their demographic information , physiological parameters and score of the short form-36 health survey questionnaires (SF-36), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). Statistics method used t-test and variance analysis. Results There was no signi-ficant difference in terms of the physiologic parameters changes between before and after treatment (P＞0.05) of the two groups. ① The SDS scores of the two groups decreased gradually after the treatment (P＜0.05),while there was remarkable descending of SDS score in patients of psychological intervention group (P＜0.05). ② The SAS scores of the two groups decreased gradually after the treatment (P＜0.05). And there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05). Compared with the non-intervention group, the fourfactors scores including physical function, pain, vitality and role limitations due to emotional problems of the intervention group were significantly improved (P＜0.05). Anegative correlation was observed between SDS and PF, BP, GH, VT and SF (r=-0.739-0521,P＜0.05). SAS was correlated negatively with VT and SF (r=-0.699～-0.475,P＜0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention could ameliorate the depression of knee osteoarthritis patients. The quality of life of knee osteoarthritis patients can be improved by psychological intervention.

Objective To evaluate the relationship of intraerythrocytic calcium(Ca~(2+)),serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and contractile and diastolic dysfunction in infants with pneumonia complicated with heart failure(HF),and discuss the role of Ca~(2+) and cTnI.(Met)-hods One hundred and thirty-three infants with pneumonia complicated with HF and 30 healthy children were studied.Intraerythrocytic calcium,serum cTnI and ejection fraction(EF),fractional shortening(FS) and E/A were measured by color Doppler ultrasoundraphy.Results Intraerythrocytic calcium,serum cTnI and EF,FS and E/A in two groups had difference.With the disease deteriorating,the values of Ca~(2+) and cTnI increased,and EF,FS,E/A decreased gradually.There were negative relations between Ca~(2+),cTnI and EF,FS,E/A.Conclusions Ca~(2+),cTnI are concerned with the development of HF.In clinical experiments,the contractile function and diastolic function of heart can be judged by the levels of intraerythrocytic calcium and serum cTnI.

Objective To study the synergism effect of 131 I-Herceptin and high-energy X-ray on HER2 overexpressed breast cancer SK-BR-3 cells.Methods The protein expression and gene amplification of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 ( HER2 ) in SK-BR-3 cells were identified by immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization ( FISH ) method, 131 I-Herceptin was prepared by iodogen method, and the IC15 concentration of 131 I-Herceptin on SK-BR-3 cell were selected by MTT method.The cells were divided into control group and drug group according to 131 I-Herceptin used or not, and were delivered five different doses of external irradiation (0,2,4 and 6Gy), and the synergism effect was detected by colonogenic assay.The cells were divided into blank group, drug group(131I-Herceptin), X-ray group(2 Gy external irradiation) and combination group (131I-Herceptin+2 Gy external irradiation), the apoptosis rate and death rate were detected by AO/EB method and cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry.Results The labling rate, radiochemical purity and specific radioactivity of 131 I-Herceptin were 86.8%, 93.9% and 868.3 μci/mg, respectively.The IC15 of 131 I-Herceptin was 15.625μci/mL.131 I-Herceptin and high-energy X-ray significantly reduced surviving fraction ( SF) ( F=628.888,F=964.97,P<0.05) and there were interactions between them (F=113.046,P<0.05).There were significant differences in apoptosis rate and death rate among blank group, drug group, X-ray group and combination group(F=103.324,F=13.33,all P<0.05),and there were significant differences of pairwise comparison (P<0.05).After irradiation and 131I-Herceptin administration, the cell cycle changed obviously from G1-phase to G2-and S-phase.Conclusion 131 I-Herceptin combined with high-energy X-ray has the synergism effect on HER2 overexpressed breast cancer SK-BR-3 cells.

Objective To investigate intraoperative changes of internal environment in infants undergoing living related liver transplantation (LRLT), and to explore appropriate treatment measures. Methods Twenty-five infants undergoing LRLT were retrospectively studied, including 12 males, 13 females, with age of (3. 4 ± 4. 6) months (ranging from 2-11 months), weight of (6. 8 ±1. 3) kg (ranging from 3. 1-8. 8 kg). Arterial blood samples were collected before the operation, at preanhepatic phase (5 min before cross-clamping), at anhepatic phase (5 min before opening inferior vena cava), 5 and 30 min after the opening inferior yena cava respectively, and at the completion of the surgery the pH value, bases excess (BE), the levels of sodium, potassium, calcium, glucose and lactate were determined. Results There were large fluctuations to the internal environment during operation. Compared with the preoperative values, the intraoperative concentrations of Na+ had no significant change; The pH value and blood level of K+ had no significant change at pre-anhepatic phase and anhepatic phase (P＞0. 05), the pH value was decreased at anhepatic phase Ⅰ (P＜0. 01 )and returned to the preoperative level at the end of the operation, and the blood level of K+ decreased at anhepatic phase and lasted till the completion of the surgery (P＜0. 01 ). The blood level of Ca2+ was decreased at pre-anhepatic phase and neohepatic phaseⅡ (P＜0. 05), and recovered at the end of the operation. Blood glucose concentration was increased significantly at preanhepatic phase to neohepatic Ⅱ, and still kept at the higher level until the end of operation. The lactate concentrations were increased significantly at pre-an.hepatic phase to neohepatic Ⅱ (P＜0. 01 ), and recovered at the end of operation. The BE was decreased at pre-anhepatic phase to neohepatic Ⅱ (P＜0. 05), and recovered at the end of the operation. Conclusion There are significant disruptions which are unique and inter-related to the internal environment parameters in infants during the operation of LRLT.Monitoring and accurate intraoperative managements for different physiological status at different phases are critical for the success of LRLT in infants.

Objective To evaluate the role of 5-HT5A receptors (5-HT5A R) in activation of astroglia in the spinal dorsal horn in a rat model of neuropathic pain induced by vincristine. Methods Forty adult male SD rats weighing 180-200 g were randomly divided into 4 groups ( n = 10 each): control group (group C);neuropathic pain group (group P);Ad-X-HK group (group B) and Ad-5-HT5A-siRNA group (group S). Neuropathic pain was induced by repeated intraperitoneal (IP) injection of vincristine 0.1 mg/kg according to the method described by Weng et al in group P, B and S. On the 2nd day after the last IP injection, the animals received artificial cerebrospinal fluid, Ad-X-HK and Ad-5-HT5A-siRNA 25 μl administered intrathecally (IT) in group P, B and S respectively. Paw withdrawal threshold to mechanical stimulus was measured before and on the 7th day after IT administration. The animals were then sacrificed. The lumbar segment ( L4.5 ) of the spinal cord was removed for determination of 5-HT5A R and GFAP expression. Results Body weight and paw withdrawal threshold were significantly decreased after repeated IP vincristine administration in group P compared with group C. IT Ad-5-HT5A-siRNA reduced pain threshold further in group S compared with group P. Repeated IP vincristine significantly increased the expression of 5-HT5A R and GFAP in spinal dorsal horn, and IT Ad-5-HT5A-siRNA significantly decreased the expression of 5-HT5A R while increased the expression of GFAP in spinal dorsal horn in group S compared with group P. Conclusion 5-HT5AR is involved in the inhibition of astrocyte activation, resulting in reduction of vincristineinduced neuropathic pain.

Objective To observe the effects of inhalation salbutamol combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of patients with severe asthma, and evaluate its clinical curative effect. Methods 162 cases with severe asthma were selected from February 2014 to February 2017 in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhoushan as the research object, which were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 81 cases in each group. All patients were given nebulized salbutamol, the control group in the perioperative were given routine nursing intervention, at this basis, the study group were given targeted psychological nursing. The effect in the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 91.36％ (74/81) was significantly better than that in the control group 76.54％ (72/81), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, cough, shortness of breath, wheezing, chest tightness, lung wheezing were improved significantly , and all the symptoms in the study group was obviously better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of salbutamol combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of severe asthma patients has significant curative effect, which can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, improve the clinical symptoms in a timely manner, and has the value of application and promotion.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of MR/DSA- 3D fusion software. Method Fusion imaging was made with fusion software after performing MR and DSA examinations on nine cerebrovascular diseases sufferers. Results The fusion image of six sufferers could display the exact part having pathological changes to cerebral vessel and specify the relationship between the tissue of pathological changes and cerebral vessel, offering a scientific basis for clinics and the fusion images of three sufferers were not ideal. Conclusion MRDSA-3D fusion software can provide image with high diagnostic accuracy and treatment precision.

Lynch syndrome is the most common type of genetically determined colon-cancer predisposition syndrome, accounting for 5%of all colorectal cancer (CRC) cases. This hereditary syndrome is characterized by the germline mutation of human mismatch repair genes and microsatellite instability. Recent studies have shown that Lynch syndrome and sporadic CRC differ in diagnosis and treat-ment;these results are especially relevant for the clinical management of Lynch syndrome. In this review, we reverted to the original characterization of Lynch syndrome, and the developments in its screening and diagnosis were summarized. Furthermore, the manage-ment of families with this disorder was discussed.

Background Erythropoietin (EPO) was proved to be express in hematopoietic tissue and nervous system and play the effects of stimulating blood cell production and protecting nervous tissue.Researches showed that EPO is expressed in the embryon brain of animal.However,whether EPO exist in nervous-derived retina and its action on retina with the development is concerned. Objective This research was to investigate the expression of EPO during the embryonic development period of rat retina and explore the role of EPO in retina development process.Methods Clean Wistar rats with pregnancy for 12 days,16 days and 20 days were collected,and the embryonic 12-day rats (E12 d,5 rats),embryonic 16-day rats (E16 d,5 rats) and embryonic 20-day rats ( E20 d,5 rats) were obtained by caesarean operation,and 5 12-month W istar rats were used as controls.The rats were sacrificed by cervical dislocation and the retinal sections were prepared in the different-embryo-phase (12 d,16 d,20d) and growth phase.The expression of EPO protein and mRNA in rat retina was detected by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR),respectively.The feed and use of the animals followed the Regulation for the Administration of Affair Concerning Experimental Animals by State Science and Technology Commission.Results EPO was positively expressed in the cytoplasm and nuclei in the neuroepithelial layer and pigment epithelium of every-embryo-phase rats but only in retinal ganglion cell layer in 12-month-old rats.The gray scale values of EPO expression in retina were 105.55±10.35,99.35± 8.71,83.27± 7.84and 30.30± 3.80 in E12 d rats,E16 d rats,E20 d rats and 12-month-old rats respectively with a statistically significant difference (F=76.13,P＜0.01 ).RT-PCR revealed that the relative values of EPO mRNA expression in retina were 0.876±0.10,0.861 ±0.09 and 0.256±0.03 in E16 d rats,E20 d rats and 12-month-old rats respectively,presenting a elevated value in embryonic rats compared with adult rats ( P =0.00).Gel imaging deletion showed that the A value of EPO amplification products was highest in E16 d rats and lowest in adult rats.Conclusions The expression of EPO appears a high to low fashion during the embryonic development of Wistar rats,which is closely associated with the developing procedure of retina.
