Objective:To enhance the ability of organizing, commanding, decision-making and contingency-meeting of campaign medical support commanding officers so as to qualify them for their positions by simulation training. Methods: Based on the decision support theory, modern medical support theory, health service optimized decision support system and medical support command simulation training system, we designed and constructed a simulation training platform for medical support decision optimization. Results: A network-based simulation training platform was successfully constructed, which gives a strong support to the simulation training in medical support decision optimization under the network circumstance. Conclusion: The application of the simulation training platform has enriched the content and renewed the pattern of training in decision optimization for campaign medical support commanding officers.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the changes in pulmonary diffusing capacity (DL), alveolar capillary membrane diffusing capacity (Dm) and pulmonary capillary blood volume (Vc) in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), and to elucidate the underlying pathophysiogical mechanism of reduction of pulmonary diffusing capacity. Method Spirometry was performed in 26 SARS patients and 12 healthy individuals in resting condition. DLco were measured by single breath method, estimations of Dm and Vc were done by the method of Roughton and Forster. Results DLco in SARS patients was significantly lower than that in normal control, the same was true for Dm and Vc. The severer the pulmonary lesion, the heavier the damage to the pulmonary diffusing funetion. Conclusion The changes in Dm and Vc were both found in patients with SARS. Their measurements were helpful for detecting pulmonary involvement in SARS and defining the reason of DL abnormality in SARS. Dm and Vc were important and sensitive for monitoring pulmonary diffusing function in SARS patients

Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
Target cells K562 were labeled using two different isotopes,~(51)Cr and ~(125)I-UdR,for detecting NK activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in normal subjects. The NK activity was higher in ~(51)Cr release assay in comparison with ~(125)I-UdR release assay. After six-hour incubation, the percentage release of ~(51)Cr was around 60% whereas that of ~(125)I-UdR was only 30% in 20 hours. ~(125)I-UdR release could be enhanced by trypsin treatment.

Objectives To investigate the role and mechanism of p38 mitogerra activated protein kinase (p38MAPK) in up-regulation of prostanoid 2 induced by uric acid in rat glomerular mesangial cells (GMCs).Methods Rat glomerular mesangial cells were cultured in vitro, then stimulated with different concentrations of uric acid (50,100,300 μmol/L),or stimulated with different concentrations of uric acid (50,100,300 μmol/L) after pretreatment with p38MAPK specific inhibitor SC68376 (10 μmol/L) for 30 min.Activated p38MAPK was detected by Western blotting. The expression of prostanoid 2 was measured by ELISA.Cyclooxygenase-2 mRNA expression was determined by RT-PCR.Results Uric acid could activate p38MAPK and up-regulate the mRNA expressions of prostanoid 2 and cyclooxygenase-2 in rat glomerular mesangial cells (all P < 0.05).SC68376 inhibited those effects of the above-described induced by uric acid. Conclusion Uric acid can promote the expression of prostanoid 2 in rat glomerular mesangial cells, whose mechanism may be related to the activation of p38MAPK and the promotion of cyclooxygenase-2 synthesis, and further up-regulation of prostanoid 2 expression.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(06):-
Objective: Diffuse muscular calcification was rare myopathological change due to abnormal metabolism of calcium, which was mainly found in dermatomyositis and myositis ossificans progressiva. Here we reported a case of diffuse muscular calcification that clinically mimicked myositis ossificans progressiva. The disease might be a new type of congenital calcium metabolic disease. Methods:A 15-year-old girl developed subcutaneous cysts in the wrist and ankle when she was 1 year old. At the age of 9, she developed recurrent fever with myalgia, fatigue and diffuse muscular calcification. It was difficult for her to squat, run or walk. Protuberance presented in the subcutaneous tissue of her trunk. Some nodules ruptured with outflow of chalky material. ESR, ENA, RF, CRP, PTH, CK were in normal limits. EMG was unremarkable. X-ray confirmed diffuse calcification in the muscle and subcutaneous tissues. Biceps muscle biopsy was performed. Results:Numerous inflammatory cells infiltrated around vessels in the perimyosium with perifascicular muscle fiber atrophy and degeneration. Many RRF and SDH positive fibers were also observed. EM showed tubular reticular inclusions in vascular endothelium. Conclusion: Diffuse muscular calcification indicated existence of systemic calcium metabolic abnormality. As the clinical symptoms and distribution pattern of calcification were different from dermatomyositis with subcutaneous calcification and myositis ossificans progressiva, our case might be a new type of disease. The microvascular changes might result in the lesion of muscle fibers.

0.05). In the group of pirenzepine, the RBF, velocity and volume significantly increased at 0.5 h and 1 h after injection compared with that before injection (P0.05). Conclusion These results suggest that pirenzepine could increase RBF and oxygen in blood with the peak time at 0.5 h and 1 h after intravitreous injection.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the pathway and mechanism of neuropeptide Y(NPY)-Y1 receptor agonist,[Leu~(31),Pro~(34)]-NPY,on the cultured cerebrovascular smooth muscle cells(SMCs) in the spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) in vitro. Methods The SMCs of the arteries from the brain of SHR were cultured in vitro.Cell cycle was detected with flow cytometry, and the concentration of free intracellular calcium was examined with laser scanning confocal microscopy. Results The percentages of S stage cells of 10~(-5) mol/L and 10~(-6) mol/L NPY was higher than those of the control group(P

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
As a clean, efficient, and renewable energy, hydrogen is regarded as a promising alternative. Because of using biomass as substrate, microbial fermentative hydrogen production can meet the need of sustainable development. The factors affecting the process of microbial fermentative hydrogen production, are analyzed in this paper on the basis of microorganisms, substrates, products and operative parameters. The parameters related to hydrogen production from organic wastes, are also mentioned.

Objective To analyze the related literature of natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery(NOTES),discuss the development status and direction of the NOTES.Methods NOTES related documents were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang Data,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM) and Superstar Medalink. The related project were statistically analyzed.Status quo and development direction were analyzed. Results The journal of NOTES literature was scattered, involving numerous departments, especially the gastroenterology, urology, oncology, obstetrics and gynecology. The largest number of NOTES were reported in the vagina, followed by the stomach and the rectum. The post agencies and the area were mainly in the developed areas of strong scientific research colleges and universities and clinical teaching hospitals. The most published types of literature at present were the research and review of NOTES combined laparoscopy, and more basic research literature. The directions of collecting the reseach of NOTES by keywords were main from several aspects:NOTES combined with laparoscopy for colorectal cancer, urology, hepatobiliary surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, and so on;NOTES in animal experimental study;the application range included NOTES devices, work space, artificial interface for disease, and development of NOTES.Conclusion NOTES is the current research hotspot.Currently the domestic development is relative lag, which is in the primary stage of development. The basic research of NOTES need further study and clinical application need to strengthen, otherwise, application of NOTES instrument need to speed.
