Objective:To investigate the cellular immunological regulation mechanism of Zhongjiling tablet on the myasthenia gravis(MG) patients.Methods:The myasthenia gravis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the curing group and the control group, 30 cases per group. Patients of curing group administered Zhongjiling tablet and prednisone placebo, patients of control group administered prednisone tablet and Zhongjiling tablet placebo. Course of treatment was 12 weeks. The distribution of T lymphocyte subgroup of myasthenia gravis patients was detected by flow cytometry. The content of IFN-?, IL-4 and TGF-? of the patients’ peripheral blood mononuclear in vitro were detected by ELISA kits.Results:After treatment, CD4+T cell percentage and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ decreased significantly(P0.05). Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is characterized by thunderclap headache and
reversible cerebral vasoconstriction, with other neurologic signs and symptoms. To the best of our
knowledge, there were only a few cases of RCVS presenting both as both convexity subarachnoid
hemorrhage (cSAH) and posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES). Herein, we report a
case of a 32-year-old woman with RCVS who presented with recurrent thunderclap headaches that
occurred 50 days after delivery, with cSAH and PRES on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). She
had significant clinical and radiological recovery on 3 months’ follow-up. The clinical coexistence of
cSAH and PRES in our case with RCVS is quite rare. This case illustrates the importance of awareness
of the diagnosis of RCVS among clinicians even when initial brain and vascular imaging are normal.
Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for better prognosis.
4.Expression and significance of SEL1L and p63 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and precarcinomacous lesion

Objective To investigate the expression of SEL1L and p63 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and precarcinomacous lesion.Methods Immunohistochemical staining(EnVision method)was employed to detect the expression of SEL1L and p63 protein in 60 samples of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,32 samples of high grade esophageal intraepithelial neoplasia,13 samples of low grade esophageal intraepithelial neoplasia and 33 samples of normal esophageal mucosa.Results The positive rate of SEL1L protein expression was 61.5%in low grade intraepithelia neoplasia,90.6%in high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and 96.7%in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,significantly higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa(6.1%)(P0.05).Conclusion Both the expression of SEL1L and p63 protein increases steadily in the progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,which indicates that the two genes may play a role and cooperate with each other in the carcinogenesis.
5.Application of Cytological Examination of Cerebrospinal Fluid in Diag nosis of Central Nervous System Leukemia

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of the cytological examination of the cerebrospinal fluid of central nervous system leukemia.Methods Adopting cell smear centrifugal machine to collect the cerebrospinal fluid cells,the cells were stained and examinated under the microscope.Results Fifty-nine children with different type of leukemia had been examinated by 438 times by cerebrospinal fluid.The positive rates of the cases and samples were 15.3% and 8.7%,respectively.Conclusion The cytological examination of cerebrospinal fluid is especially valuable for the early diagnosis ,therapy and relapse of central nervous system leukemia of monitoring.
6.Protective effects of curcumin or dexamethasone on ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat lung grafts

Objective To investigate the curative effects of curcumin(CUR)or dexamethasone (DXM)on ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)of rat lung grafts.Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided 4 groups:CUR group(CUR was administered intraperitoneally to both donors and recipients at 3 h prior to operation);DXM group(DXM was administered intraperitoneally at 30 min prior to operation);vehicle group(Animals were injected with the DMSO to both donors and recipients at 3 h prior to operation);sham group(Time-matched control animals underwent the same surgery,except that no graft was implanted).Six animals were sacrificed at different reperfusion periods of 2 h and 24 h,respectively.Oxygenation indexes(PO_2/FiO_2),lung injury scores,wet/dry ratio(W/D)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)activity in the transplanted lung were measured.Malondialdehyde(MDA), total anti-oxidative capacity(TAOC),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-?and interleukin(IL)-6 in the transplanted lung and serum were determined.Results The levels of LPV PO_2/FiO_2 were significant- ly higher in the CUR and DXM groups than in the vehicle groups both 2 and 24 h after reperfusion,re- spectively(P
7.Transformation and standardization of the inactivation test method for virus suspension in biosafety laboratory

Chemical disinfectants are generally used for virus inactivation and environment disinfection in biosafety laboratory, and the efficacy and evaluation of the disinfection are critical to ensure the laboratory biosafety.However, there is a current lack of applied standard to evaluate the virucidal efficacy of chemical disinfectants in our country.In this paper, a European Union standard“Method and Requirements of Virucidal Quantitative Suspension Test Method for Chemical Disinfectants Used in Human Medicine” was analyzed and a standard transformation scheme has been proposed.It is suggested that the model viruses should be increased from 3 to 6, including the surrogate viruses to substitute highly pathogenic viruses, and that the method to remove the residual chemical disinfectant and the calculation of 95%confidence interval should be incorporated into the standard.The suggestion will improve the scientific and operational standards related to disinfection and sterilization in biosafety laboratory in China.
8.Construction of Occupational Safety and Health Management Laws and Regulations and System in Medical Service

OBJECTIVE To strengthen occupational safety and health(OSH) management of medical service. METHODS To analyze actuality of OSH management and internal and international laws and regulations for OSH management,and give the proposition of its construction. RESULTS On the basis of the requirement,a set of OSH management scheme was established. CONCLUSIONS It is imperative that construct occupational safety and health management laws and regulations and system in medical service.They are pacing factors for physical and mental health of medical members.
9.Evaluation for Disinfection Effect of Air Disinfectors

OBJECTIVE To select applicable air disinfectors that can be used at indoor dynamic state to disinfect air in hospital.METHODS Some different air disinfectors were installed different volumetric rooms.To detect indoor air bacterial content before and after running the air disinfectors at quiet state and dynamic state.To evaluate the disinfection effect of these air disinfectors according to the eliminateion rates.RESULTS At quiet state,the indoor bacteria eliminateion rate exceed 90% after the air disinfectors running 0.5h.So the disinfection were qualified.At dynamic state,these air disinfectors showed good lasting disinfection effect.CONCLUSIONS The air disinfectors solve the problem of indoor air disinfection at dynamic state.It is imperative that select and use exactly the air(disinfectors) to get good disinfection effect.
