Objective To investigate the clinical effect of creatinine phosphate sodium combined with Xinjikang Granules in treating children with viral myocarditis ,and provide reference for clinical treatment .Methods 160 children patients with viral myo‐carditis from January 2011 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ac‐cording to the digital table method ,80 cases in each group .The control group used the symptomatic treatment of fructose diphos‐phate (FDP) ,vitamin C ,coenzyme Q10 and ribavirin ,while the observation group used creatine phosphate sodium and Xinjikang Granules on the basis of control group .The clinical effects ,ECG improvement ,cardiac enzymes and troponin I levels were compared between the two groups .Results The effective rate in the observation group was 87 .50% ,which was significantly higher than 70 .00% in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7 .320 ,P=0 .004);the effective rate of ECG improve‐ment in the observation group was 90 .00% ,which was significantly higher than 75 .00% in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 6 .234 ,P=0 .005);the levels of AST ,CPK ,LDH ,CK‐MB ,HBDH and cTnI after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment ,the differences were statistically significant (P< 0 .05) ,the levels of AST ,CPK ,LDH ,CK‐MB ,HBDH ,and cTnI after treatment in the observation group were (29 .98 ± 4 .66)U/L ,(184 .41 ± 5 .97)U/L ,(314 .25 ± 9 .84)U/L ,(22 .29 ± 2 .98)U/L ,(268 .37 ± 8 .64)U/L and (0 .13 ± 0 .04)μg/L respectively ,which showed the statistical differences compared with the control group ,[(33 .49 ± 4 .98)U/L、(196 .49 ± 6 .71)U/L、(328 .64 ± 11 .14)U/L、(26 .53 ± 3 .44)U/L、(298 .68 ± 10 .64)U/L、(0 .25 ± 0 .05)μg/L ,P<0 .05] .Conclusion Creatinine phosphate sodium in treating children with viral myocarditis has significant clinical effect ,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application .

Purpose:To assess the postoperative effects that maybe associated with the closure or non closure of peritoneum at transabdominal radical surgery of cervical carcinoma, and observe the feasibility of applying peritoneal non closure technique in gynaecological tumor operations.Methods:852 patients undergoing radical surgery in our hospital between August 1998 to August 2001 were divided randomly into two groups: peritoneum closed ( n = 407) or peritoneum open ( n = 445). Student u test and Chi square test were used for statistical analysis of the results: operative duration, bowel function restoration, febrile duration, antibiotics requirement, lymphadenocyst formation, pelvic infection and ileus and incision healing of the two groups.Results:As compared to the closure of peritoneum, the length of operation time and bowel function restoration were shorter, febrile duration was shorter, the morbidity of pelvic infection and lymphadenocyst formation were lower, antibiotics requirement was fewer, the incidence of ileus and wound infection was significantly less frequently seen in the non closure group( P

Objective To explore the characteristics of clinic and epidemiology of neonatal respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) pneumonia in newborn infants.Methods Three hundred and nine neonates(male 196,female 113) who were admitted to children's hospital of Fudan University and identified as having RSV pneumonia from Jan.2004 to Dec.2008 were enrolled.RSV antigen was detected in exfoliated respiratory cells by direct immunofluorescence.All the clinical data were collected and subjects and they were divided into different groups based on path of infection,gestational age and RSV status.Results From case notes over the 5 years,309 eligible neonates with RSV infection were identified.Male term neonates were more likely to acquire infection,as compared to female,1.71.0.The incidence of RSV infection peaked in winter and spring.Compared with community acquired infection group,hospital acquired infection group had more premature infants(23.2% vs 8.7%,P=0.002),lower birth weight[(3 010.8?852.8) g vs(3 153.2?943.4) g,P=0.026],much longer mean length of hospital stay[(19.0?8.0) d vs(12.2?4.5) d,P=0],more expensive cost[(5 646.4?3632.2) RMB vs(4 175.8?2 879.2) RMB,P=0] and later occurrence day[(21.3?8.6) d vs(15.8?6.0) d,P=0].Compared with simple RSV infection group,mixed infection group had more expensive cost[(6 063.1?3 085.4) RMB vs(4 513.2?3 860.8) RMB,P=0.047] and more oxygen use(40.0% vs 25.7%,P=0.006).The clinical characteristics of patients with RSV pneumonia varied.Preterm group compared with term group more frequently exhibited apnea and cyanosis(20.0% vs 0.7%,42.9% vs 22.7%),respectively.Forty-two percent of them had bacterial infection,while 13.3% of them had infection of other part of body.The prognosis of most RSV(99.0%) infections was good.Conclusions RSV was an important cause of respiratory tract infections during the last five years.Clinical characteristics of RSV infections were atypical.Hospital acquired RSV infection was more severe than the community acquired infection in neonates.There are no specific,effective interventions for treating RSV infections,so preventive measures are most important.

AIM: To observe the clinical effect of Complound Rich Selenium Refined Konjal Meal Capsule on hyperlipemia. METHODS: The patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given (0.5) g of Compound Rich Selenium Refined Konjai Meal Capsule, twice a day. The control group was given (0.2) g of hexanicotol, three times a day. Objective To investigate the effect of sodium ozagrel injection on hemorheology, endothelin (ET) and nitrogen monoxidum (NO) of patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSEMI). Methods A total of 81 NSEMI patients were divided randomly into two groups: control group and experimental group. Isosorbide mononitrate, low molecular heparin and simvastatin were administered in the control group while sodium ozagrel was added to the experimental group apart from the above-mentioned drugs. The clinical effect of sodium ozagrel was observed. The changes in the indexes of hemorheology, ET and NO were analyzed. Results The clinical effect was significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). The level of ET was obviously lower after treatment than that in the experimental group and the control group before treatment (P<0.05). The level of NO was obviously higher after treatment than that in the experimental group and the control group before treatment (P<0.05). The changes of ET and NO in the experimental group post-treatment were more significant than those in the control group after-treatment (P<0.05). The level of hemorheology index after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the experimental group (P<0.05). High-shear rate of whole blood viscosity, platelet adherence rate, and fibrin as hemorheology indexes were lower after-treatment than those pretherapy in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium ozagrel injection could affect hemorheology,ET and NO of patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Thefore, the therapeutic efficacy can be better if sodium ozagrel is added to the conventional therapy.

As a member of tyrosine kinases(TK) family,Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) has an activity of intrinsic protein tyrosine kinase,which plays an essential role in the regulation of signal transduction in the cells.Due to the abnormal expression of EGFR-TK,the certain type cancers may developed and progressed.Based on that,the inhibitors of EGFR-TK could be effective medicines for the treatment of cancer.The EGFR-TK domain was amplified by RT-PCR with RNA of HUVCEs cells as the template and expressed in E.coliBL21(DE3) using plasmid pET30a as vector.The recombinant protein was purified with the affinity chromatography(Ni-NTA),which was identified to have kinase activity catalyzing the substrate phosphorylated with ATP in the enzymatic reaction.Using the recombinant EGFR-TK as target,the screening model for enzymatic inhibitors was constructed.

We collected 22 cultivated population of Lonicera japonica from 17 areas. The characteristics of non-glandular hairs were observed and measured by the scanning electron microscopy. The principal components analysis and correlation analysis were conduct based on length and density of L. japonica. The results showed a significant negative correlation between length and density of non-glandular hairs, and the characteristics of non-glandular was not corrrelated significantly with latitude. The correlation results indicated that the density was a key to separate "Damaohua" and "Jizhuahua". The contribution of climate and soil was important to the cultivated population. This reminded that the characteristics of non-glandular hairs were affected by environmental and genetic interaction.

Sixty-three morphological traits from 743 specimens of the 41 taxa within the cultivated Lonicera japonica were observed and measured, such as the height of plants, the length of leaf, the width of leaf, the length of anther, the alabastrum's number of one branch, the color of alabastrum and so on. A numerical taxonomy is presented by using the cluster analysis, principal components analysis (PCA) and factor analysis. Sixteen of 63 characters were screened by means of PCA and used for cluster analysis of 41 taxa with the method of Ward linkage and average euclidean distance. The cluster analysis showed that the 41 taxa could be divided into 5 groups when the Euclidean distance coefficient was 11.84. The factor analysis indicated that the shape of leaf, color of alabastrum, the pilosity and color of twiggery were of significance for the cultivated L. japonica classification. The results of this study will be a base for the core collection and breeding of L. japonica.
