China Pharmacy 2017;28(21):2922-2925
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Danhong injection combined with low molecular weight heparin (LM-WH) on clinical symptoms, serum inflammatory factors and lung function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). METHODS:A total of 146 elderly patients with COPD were randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group, with 73 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional treatment. On this basis, control group was given Dan-hong injection 30 mL,intravenous drip, once a day. Observation group was additionally given LMWH sodium injection 5000 IU, subcutaneously, twice a day,on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 14 d. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were observed and compared. The clinical symptom score, the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,pa(O2),pa(CO2) and the occurrence of ADR were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS:After treatment, the total response rate of observa-tion group was significantly higher than that of control group(93.15%vs. 78.08%,P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statis-tical significance between above indexes (P>0.05). After treatment, individual clinical symptom score, total clinical symptom score, the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,pa(CO2)in 2 groups were significantly lower than before;the observation group was signif-icantly lower than the control group;FEV1,FEVl/FVC,pa(O2) were significantly higher than before, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Based on conventional treatment,Danhong injection combined with LMWH is effective in the treatment of senile COPD,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, serum inflammatory factors levels and pulmonary function with good safety.

Dao-di Herbs is specificity and locality, and its unique phenotypic features is closely related to the growth and development of medicinal plants. In addition to traditional genetic, epigenetic play an important role in formation of Dao-di herbs. This paper introduces the concept of epigenetic and the role of DNA methylation in the gene expression regulation. We further prospects epigenetic mechanism in study of Dao-di herbs formation from specific phenotype and regional analysis. And study on the relationship of epigenetic and Dao-di herbs will provide a basis for quality assessment and identification of Chinese drugs.

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect and nursing intervention of pulse epidural controlled analgesia on uterine contraction pain after cesarean section. Methods:A total of 100 cases of parturient with patient-controlled epidural analgesia after elective cesarean section in Central Theater General Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January to March 2019 were selected as study subjects, and 100 cases were divided into observation group and control group, each group of 50 cases, the control group used constant speed epidural patient-controlled analgesia, the observation group used pulse epidural patient-controlled analgesia. The analgesic effect of uterine contraction pain after cesarean section was observed, at the same time, the two groups conducted a simulation test, the speed, time and infiltration area of the pumping liquid were recorded, and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of incision pain and uterine contraction pain were recorded at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h postoperatively. VAS score of contraction pain after single press, Motor Block score of iatrogenic uterine pain were recorded on the postoperative day, the first day and the second day after operation. The times of additional dose compression by analgesia pump, the times of incomplete analgesia intervention, nausea and vomiting, skin itching and other adverse reactions were recorded within 2 days after operation. Results:The infiltration area at 1, 5 min were (130.00±14.14), (334.00±2.83) cm 2 in the observation group and (65.00±7.07), (137.50±3.54) cm 2 in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups( t values were 5.814, 61.376, P< 0.05 or 0.01). To clarify the origin and development of the traditional Chinese medicine "Duhuo" and "Qianghuo" with medicinal literatures. Medical literatures of past dynasties were analysed and combined with the modern material. The "Duhuo" in Herbal writing Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing include traditional Chinese medicine "Duhuo" and "Qianghuo", "Qianghuo" was separated from "Duhuo" due to the distinguish of clinical application. The origin of "Qianghuo" is Notopterygium incisum and N. forbesii, However, The origin of "Duhuo" is very complex, Angelica pubescens f. biserrata as authentic "Duhuo" was used from Song Dynasty. "Qianghuo" was originated from "Duhuo".

This paper employed UPLC-Electrospray Ionization /Quadrupole-Time of Flight-Mass /Mass Spectrometry( UPLC-ESI/Q-TOF-MS/MS) to analyze the chemical constituents in the stems of Nelumbo nucifera. The stems of N. nucifera were extracted with 75% methanol, and we applied an Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq column (2.1 mm x 100 mm, 1.8 μm) to UPLC analysis with water methanol-water( containing 0.05% formic acid) in gradient as mobile phase. The eluates were then detected by ESI-Q-TOF-MS/MS. Results indicated that 22 benzylisoquinoline alkaloids were indendified. Among them, one alkaloid may be a new compound and a component was found in the Lotus for the first time. We fully identify the composition of the Lotus stems for the first time, Which could provides theoretical foundation for further study and utilization of the medicinal resources.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(3):390-394
We collected 22 cultivated population of Lonicera japonica from 17 areas. The characteristics of non-glandular hairs were observed and measured by the scanning electron microscopy. The principal components analysis and correlation analysis were conduct based on length and density of L. japonica. The results showed a significant negative correlation between length and density of non-glandular hairs, and the characteristics of non-glandular was not corrrelated significantly with latitude. The correlation results indicated that the density was a key to separate "Damaohua" and "Jizhuahua". The contribution of climate and soil was important to the cultivated population. This reminded that the characteristics of non-glandular hairs were affected by environmental and genetic interaction.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(6):1023-1026
In the research field of quality control in Chinese medicinal materials, variation in active ingredients of medicinal plant is always the key and hot issues. With the development of high-throughput sequencing technologies and reducing cost, a large numbers of genes from medicinal plant were cloning and provide a solid foundation for further research of gene structure and its biological function, and also provides conditions for explore active ingredient variation and its quality control from the perspective of molecular pharmacognosy. This paper introduces the concept of homologous gene, gene duplication and classification. We prospect the function of duplicated genes in the role of molecular mechanism research about variation in active ingredients, aiming at providing a new way for medicinal materials quality control.
