Objective To study effects of hepatic microcirculation and hepatic function using low dose HSS40 preoperation on the partial hepatectomy patients. Methods Sixty-five partial hepatectomy patients were randomly divided into study group (32 cases with HSS40,4 mL/kg,in 30 min) and control group (33 cases with RL,4 mL/kg,in 30 min).Patients of two groups were monitored in liver microcirculation, hepatic function parameters at different times before and after the infusion. Results Compared with the study group, the control group were more infusion (2400 ± 1650) mL and blood transfusion (550 ± 190) mL,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Control group of nitric oxide (NO) T3 time(17.84 ± 6.26) μmol/L in the preexpansion compared with preoperative T0 time(38.06 ± 9.34) μmol/L and the study groupT3 time (36.37 ± 9.15) μmol/L was significantly decreased (P < 0.05),and endothelin (ET) (T3 time 185.16 ± 41.34 pg/mL) was significantly higher (P < 0.05),and the study group(T3 time 99.75 ± 30.31 pg/mL) than the control group variation amplitude, time later, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) ; Control group ALT,AST,DBLI,TBLI rise after preexpansion (P < 0.05),and significantly higher than the study group (P < 0.01),and the study group than the control group variation amplitude, time later, differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05) ; while no significant changes in the concentration ALB two groups, the difference was not statistically significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion Using low dose HSS40 preoperation on the partial hepatectomy patients can improve cardiovascular stability, protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion injury of liver, can increase the tissue perfusion, and improve the hepatic microcirculation, better able to maintain the stability of the liver function.

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of auricular point sticking in managing functional dyspepsia. Methods:Seventy patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 patients in the treatment group receiving auricular point sticking therapy, and the other 35 patients in the control group managed by taking Domperidone orally. The therapeutic effects were evaluated 4 weeks later.Result:The total effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and82.9% in the control group.Although the difference of the total effective rate between the two groups was not significant, the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of several symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point sticking therapy is effective in treatment of functional dyspepsia, and compared to Domperidone,it is better in managing gastric pain, abdominal bloating, and belching.

China Medical Equipment 2013;(11):68-69
Objective:To solve the problem of treating trauma limbs according to the requirement of therapy and care with the most effective method and the least cost, while the method should be clinical facilitated. Methods:The major part is a long squared mask made of light material with two gabs in each tips, one is smaller, the other is bigger, which just suit with the trauma limbs and hold them(legs or arms). We designed a window at the top of the mask, and some slots around the window. And the appendix boxes in the slots can be added or changed according to clinical therapy. Results:Simple isolated therapeutic mask for limbs can be used only as a simple facility for trauma limbs isolation, and also can be used as a facility of warming, heating, irradiation and sterilization. Conclusion:Simple isolated therapeutic mask for limbs has been admitted as a patent of utility model by State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) (patent number:ZL200620073372.8). The mask features simple manufacture, low cost, easy to use and reliable effects, can be used not only in every kinds of hospital, but also at home.

Objective To investigate the principles of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of early postoperation inflammatory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO).Methods 93 cases of EPISBO were randomly divided into two groups including group A,47 cases received combined traditional Chinese and west- ern medicine treatment, and group B 46 received only western medicine treatment. Results 93 patients were all cured through nonsurgical treatment. The combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment was better in symtom improvement and reduce of expense. Conclusion The principle treatment of EPISBO is mainly nonsurgical. The traditional Chinese medicine and somatostatin are very important.

Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
Multiplicity of signals and diversity of signaling pathways exist during the establishment of mycorrhizal associations together with the regulation of symbiosis-specific genes expression. This mechanism of signal recognition and transduction related with development process of the symbiont was reviewed at the molecular level.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
One hundred and ninety-one rats were injured with blast super-pressure and 64 out of the 191 died within 30 minutes after injury. The characteristics of the myocardial damages of the rats were as follows:(1)Disturbance of myocardial circulation;(2)Air embolism and interstitial emphysema;(3)Degeneration and necrosis of the myocardium; severance of myocardial fibers ;and separation of intercalated discs. It was speculated that the causes of these myocardial pathological changes are the direct damage of blast superpressure and the secondary effects of pulmonary damages.Protection of the heart and the lungs from blast super-pressure injury is the key to reduce the number of immediate death in blast injury.

Objective To determine the appropriate collecting -time of Exocarpium citri grandis, the chemical compo-sition in Exocarpium citri grandis in different fruit -ages was compare d and analyzed. Methods Contents of naringein and bergapten were compared by TLC an d the total dihydroflavones in Exocarpium citri grandis was determined by spec-trophotometmic analysis with detection wavelength at 384nm.Results With the increase of fruit -age,the c ontents of naringein and total dihydroflavones in Exocarpium citri grandis decreased and the content of bergapt en increased.Con-clusion Fruit -age has an obviously effect on the chemical composition in Exocarpium citri grandis and collecting -time can influence the quality of medicin e materials.Further studies of Exocarpium citri grandis should be combined pharma-codynamics for fixing collecting -t ime.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between the root diameter of Angelica sinensis and its early bolting rate, and to decrease the bolting rate. Methods The seedling transplanting of A. sinensis with various root diameters was used to study the bolting rate and yield. Results Bolting plants can be observed in the field at June and the period from June to July is the bolting heyday. The bolting rate was the highest, up to 94.65%, in the treatment of root diameter ≥ 0.86 cm. However, it was only 1.63% in the treatment of root diameter ≤ 0.35 cm on Oct. 2nd. In the treatment of root diameter ≤ 0.35 cm, the seedling rate was only 33.62%, while in the treatment of root diameter ≥ 0.86 cm, the seedling rate was the highest, up to 95.75%, but the harvest seedling number was only 6 395 plant/hm2. In the treatment of root diameter of 0.46—0.55 cm, the harvest seedling number was 68 398 plant/hm2, which was significantly higher than other treatments. The highest yield appeared in the treatment of root diameter in 0.46—0.55 cm of transplanting seedling, the fresh and dry yields of A. sinensis were 5 717.58 kg/hm2 and 1 554.98 kg/hm2, respectively. Conclusion The seedlings with root diameter in the range of 0.46—0.65 cm should be selected to transplant in practice.

Choroidal metastasis is one of the most common malignant tumors inside the eyes. It causes pain, hypopsia and some other related symptoms. It reduces the quality of the patients' life. It's significant for the patients to be detected and treated early, therefore they will have better vision and longer life. The treatments of choroidal metastasis are developing quickly. Both the vitreous cavity injection of targeted drug and gene therapy are hot topics of research. This paper summarizes the etiology, development, diagnosis and treatment of choroidal metastasis nowadays.
