Objective To discuss the outcomes of repaired supraptellar bursa for preventing knee joint stiff in condylar comminuted fracture of femer after operation. Methods 25 patients with condylar comminuted fracture of femer were repaired supraptellar bursa after internal fixation. And 16 supraptellar bursa were sutured directly,9 supraptellar bursa were repaired with fat-fascia petal. All the patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months to evaluate the function of knee joints. Results The function of knee joint were evaluated according to merchan system after operation,19 patients were excellent,6 patients were good. Conclusion Repaired supraptellar bursa for preventing knee joint stiff in condylar comminuted fracture of femer after operation is an effective method.

Objective To compare the effect of hemodiafiltration(HDF) on the incidence rate of intradialytie hypotension. Methods We followed up eighteen patients with symptomatic hypotension history and divided them into group A and group B.Group A was treated with conventional hemodialysis(CHD) and HDF, Group B adopted HDF with low temperture hemodialysis. The number of hypotensive episodes, blood temperature during cardiopulmonary bypass, energy transfer rates were assessed. Results The incidence of symptomatic hypotension of patients was found lower in CHD (40%) than in HDF (6%),P<0.01. Energy transfer rates were founded higher in CHD than in HDF and low temperture hemodialysis, P<0.01. Conclusions HDF significantly reduced hemodialysis-related side effects and increased the tolerance ability of patients.

Objective To investigate the methylation status of E-cadherin(E-cad)and its protein expression in human small bowel adenocarcinomas(SBAC),and the association of these findings with clinico-pathological characteristics. Methods E-cad gene hypermethylation and its protein expression in 36 patients with primary SBAC and the paired adjacent tissues were tested by methylation-specific PCR(MSP)assay and immunohistochemistry(IHC)respectively.Data associated with clinico-pathological characteristics was analyzed. Results The hypermethylation frequency of E-cad was 38.9% in cancerous tissues and 8.3% in adjacent tissues(P<0.01).The positive rate of E-cad expression was 41.7% in cancerous tissues and 97.2% in adjacent tissues(P<0.01).Twelve out of 21 cases without protein expression revealed methylated(P<0.01).Methylation status was closely related to E-cad protein expression in SBAC.The hypermethylation of E-cad gene and the expression Of E-cad protein were significantly correlated with the depth of invasion, the differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but were not correlated with other clinico-pathologic parameters such as age, sex, tumor size or location(P>0.05).Conclusions The hypermethylation of E-cad gene can down regulate the protein expression, which closely related to the depth of invasion, the differentiation and lymph node metastasis.

AIM: Tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?) participates in the establishment of inflammatory lesions in pneumonia.High production of TNF-? may relate to the severity of pneumonia. There have already been several studies examining the association between pneumonia and single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) that affect cytokine productivity.SNPs of TNF-?,-1 031,-863,-857,-308 and-238 have been identified. The variant alleles of these SNPs have suggested to be related to high TNF-? production and the severity of pneumonia. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the association between the severity of pneumonia in Chinese and the following SNPs: five in the TNF-? gene promoter(-1 031,-863,-857,-308,-238).METHODS: A total of 117 Chinese individuals were enrolled in this study. They were 67 patients with pneumonia and 50 healthy subjects.TNF-? was genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism for all subjects. The frequency distributions of genotypes in different groups were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 program.RESULTS: Frequency of subjects who carried at least one variant allele in TNF-?-1 031,-863,-857,-308,-238 SNPs among pneumonia patients was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects. And frequency of subjects who carried variant allele in TNF-?-863,and-308 SNPs among severe adult community acquired pneumonia patients was significantly higher than that in common pneumonia patients.CONCLUSION: TNF-?-863 and-308 SNPs appear to be associated with severe adult community acquired pneumonia in Chinese populations.

Objective To understand the mycoplasma infection situation and resitance to clinical drugs among the patients with urogenital tract infection in Danzhou area .Methods A total of 1 828 patients with urogenital tract infection were selected from this area .The mycoplasma culture ,identification and drug susceptibility integration reagent kit was used for conducting the culture ,i‐dentification and drug susceptibility test of ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and mycoplasma hominis (Mh) .And the obtained results were statistically analyzed .Results Among 1 828 cases of urogenital tract infection ,the total positive rate of mycoplasma culture was 35 .01% (640/1 828) ,in which the male mycoplasma infection rate was 25 .94% ,while the female mycoplasma infection rate was 42 .04% .The annual mycoplasma infection rate was 30 .98% in 2014 and 38 .87% in 2015 .Mycoplasma isolated from Danzhou area still maintained a high sensitivity to doxycycline ,minocycline and josamycin .However ,it generated different levels of drug re‐sistance to quinolones antibacterial drugs .Conclusion Mycoplasma infection is common among the patients with urogenital tract in‐fection in this area ,and gradually generates drug resistance .Therefore clinical doctors should rationally select antibacterial drugs ac‐cording to the patient′s condition .

0.05).The grade of antibiotics tended to decline with the increase in of dressing change freqnency so it could decrease the expenditure of antibiotics. The rate of fungal infection lowered while hospitalization did not appear to be prolonged.CONCLUSIONS After the analysis of the use of antibacterials for burn patients,we find that the proper use of antibiotics and the increase in dressing change would lower the grade of antibiotics and expenditure,at the same time they do not increase the rate of bacterial infection and fungal infection, and do not prolong the duration of patients hospitalization time.
