Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations,pathological features,treatment and prognosis of nongesta-tional choriocarcinomas.Methods The clinicopathological data in 4 cases of nongestational choriocarcinoma were retrospectively analyzed and the relevant literatures were reviewed.Results All 4 patients had no confirmed diagnosis at first visit to hospital.All patients received the operative therapy and postoperative bleomycin,etoposide and cis-platinum (BEP)regimen chemotherapy.The followed up lasted for 3-32 months.One case died at postoperative 26 months due to pulmonary metastasis;one case was loss of follow up;two cases had relatively favorable condition.Conclusion Nongestational choriocarcinoma is a rare and highly invasive trophoblastic neoplasm,and is prone for early distant metastasis.The treatment is recommended to adopt operation combined with postoperative combined chemotherapy of multiple drugs.

?AIM:To compare the corrected vision and improvement of visual quality after wearing rigid gas permeable corneal lens ( RGPCL) or spectacles in aphakic patients.?METHODS: We selected 29 aphakic patients ( 29 eyes ) caused by different reasons wearing RGPCL and spectacle.The corrected vision, eye condition and visual quality were observed and all patients were followed up for 6mo.? RESULTS: RGPCL was better than spectacle on corrected vision (P<0.05).The patients who wore RGPCL for long had no corneal complications reported. The patients who wore RGPCL had better subjective visual quality than those wore spectacle.?CONCLUSION: RGPCL is a good choice for correcting high myopia and astigmatism for aphakic patients.The patients'compliance is good. Wearing RGPL long has high safety for patients'ocular surface.

Objective:To review the inactivation effect of high-voltage pulsed electric field on microorganism to provid theoretical basis for the further research and sterilization application of high-voltage pulsed electric field. Methods:The combination of high-volt-age pulse electric field, microbiology and pulse electric field as the keywords, the research results of high-voltage pulsed electric field on microbial inactivation in PubMed, CNKI, VIP Chinese journal full text database and Wanfang database during 2010 and 2015 were retrieved, summarized and reviewed. Results:As a non-thermal sterilization technology, high-voltage pulsed electric field not only had the characteristics of short sterilization time, narrow increasing extent of temperature and low energy consumption, but also could keep the original flavor of food. Conclusion:With the development of related technology, high-voltage pulsed electric field is expected to re-alize industrialization.

Objective To study the effect of Sca1+ cells on the HSCs`(hemopoietic stem cells) differentiation to dendritic cells(DCs),and identify the morphology,function and surface markers of the cells.Methods CD117+ HSCs were isolated and purified from the bone marrow of healthy Balb/c mice by magnetic affinity cell sorting.After cell expansion by treatment with the support of Sca1+ cells,the HSCs were induced for directional differentiation into DC-like cells.Studied the surface markers by FACS and function via LSCM and animal experiments. Results After 10 days of culture,we demonstrated that Sca1+ cells induced HSCs to differentiate into a distinct regulatory DC subset with high expression of CD11b but low expression of Ia.They had phagocytotic activity,and suppressed the GVHD(graft versus host disease) reaction.Conclusion HSCs can differente into dendritic cells with the support of Sca1+ cells.

Objective To explore the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) level and hemoglobin(Hb),fasting blood glucose (FBG),two-hour postmeal blood glucose (PBG2h) levels in type 2 diabetic patients on plateau.To evaluate influencing factors of HbA1c and effects of Hb level on HbA1c and blood glucose levels.Methods A total of 101 type 2 diabetic patients with no change antidiabetic treatment above 3 months and living in Lijiang city(at altitude 2420 m) above 5 years were investigated.The mean value of FBG,PBG2h,HbA1c and Hb were determined.The correlation between HbA1c and Hb,FBG,PBG2h were studied by scatter diagram,Pearson correlation analysis and the regression analysis.HbA1c,FBG,PBG2h levels were compared between high hemoglobin group and normal hemoglobin group.Results The HbA1c level was positively correlated with the FBG (r =0.82,P ＜ 0.001) and the PBG2h (r =0.29,P =0.003) levels.The regression equation between HbA1c and FBG,PBG2h was Y =2.674 + 0.52X1 + 0.018X2.There was no correlation in HbA1c and Hb level(r =-0.06,P =0.551).There was no difference on HbA1c,FBG,PBG2h levels between high hemoglobin group and normal hemoglobin group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The major influencing factors of HbAlc are FBG and PBG2h.The hemoglobin level has no obvious effects on HbA1c and blood glucose levels.

Objective:To compare the titanium-porcelain bonding strength between CAD/CAM and cast pure titanium.Methods:Pure titanium samples were prepaired by CAD/CAMand casting respectively and fused with porcelain.The bond strength between tita-nium and porcelain of the samples was measured with three-point test.The titanium-porcelain interface was investigated under scanning electronic microscope(SEM).Results:The bond strength of CAD/CAMpure titanium to porcelain was (35.95 ±3.74)MPa and cast pure titanium to porcelain was (28.37 ±1 .98)MPa(P <0.05).SEMobservation showed that there was thin transition layer between titanium substrate and ceramic in CAD/CAM bond interface,titanium and porcelain combined closely,no obvious pores.However, there was thicker transition layer and small pore in cast pure titanium to porcelain bonding interface.Conclusion:The bonding strength of porcelain to CAD/CAMpure titanium is greater than that of porcelain to casting pure titanium.

Purpose To investigate the value of cytopathological diagnosis in combination with histopathological diagnosis for peripherial and diffuse lung diseases by biopsy specimens under CT guidance.Methods A total of 370 cases of lung biopsy specimens under CT guidance were reviewed.The correlation between cytopathological diagnosis and histopathological diagnosis was analyzed.The sensitivity and false negative rate of cytopathological diagnosis,histopathological diagnosis and the combinational diagnosis method were calculated,and the accordance rate of cytopathological diagnosis with histopathological diagnosis was analyzed.Results Among the 370 cases,histopathological diagnosis revealed 177 (47.84％) cancers,22 (5.95 ％) malignant tumors,16 (4.32％) suspicious malignancy,12 (3.24％) atypical cells and 143 (38.65 ％)negative findings,whereas the corresponding number for cytopathological diagnosis were 166(44.87％),10(2.70％),16(4.32％),49(13.24％)and 129(34.87％).The two diagnosis methods were correlated (P ＜ 0.001).The sensitivity of cytopathological diagnosis,histopathological diagnosis and the combinational method were 80.00％ (192/240),89.58％ (215/240) and 98.33％ (236/240),respectively.The eytopathologieal diagnosis and the histopathologieal diagnosis had a statistically significant difference in the sensitivity (P ＜ 0.05).The difference in sensitivity between the combinational method and the histopathological diagnosis was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Overall,66.15％ (127/192) of the cytopathogically positive cases were precisely typed by cytopathological diagnosis.Complications during or after the operation were found in 14.59％ of cases,among which 31 had pneumothorax and 23 had bleeding in the needle passage or bloody sputum,all improving after appropriate treatment.Conclusion Percutaneous lung biopsy under CT guidance is a safe,sensitive and accurate method for diagnosis of lung diseases,and the combinational use of cytopathological diagnosis and histopathological diagnosis significantly increases the rate of diagnosis and has a favorable clinical application value.

Clinical practice, the necessary way which must be passed by medical students, is a key period of medical education and a vital part to realize the goal of higher medical education. Our hospital has taken a series of effective measures to strengthen clinical practice teaching for many years, and we are ex-ploring the concentrated training model to medical students all the time. Every year before clinical practice, the Inspection Section develops theoretical and basic clinical skills training courses, selects experienced teachers to teach, check and evaluate the training result according to students' performance in medical and teaching activities in the ward, the clinical practice syllabus and Medical Qualification Examination aims to improve medical students' theoretical knowledge, skills, medical ethics, humanity, and clinical thinking, etc. Effect evaluation shows that our training model has played a positive role in improving overall qualities of medical students and got good feedback from them.

Objective To study the change of the plasma concentrations of follicular helper T lymphocytes (TFH cells) related cytokines and receptors in children with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) .Methods The plasma concentrations of TFH-cells-related cytokine IL-21 and CXCL13 ,and cell surface expression of TFH-related receptor CXCR5 and IL-21R on CD19+B cells in 22 SLE children and 20 sex-and age matched control subjects were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and flow cytome-try ,respectively .Results Plasma CXCL13 and IL-21 concentrations were significantly higher in SLE children than controls (all P<0 .01) .Cell surface expression of CXCR5 on B cells was significantly lower in SLE children than controls (P<0 .05) .However ,the cell surface expression of IL-21R had no significant changes between SLE children and controls(P>0 .05) .Conclusion The elevat-ed production of CXCL13 and IL-21 may be associated with the function of TFH for the immunopathogenesis in SLE children .
