Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
This article is about how to set up the equipment and reservation mechanism of emergency supplies in small and medium-sized hospitals.A full-time emergency management agency is set up to coordinate the work of emergency medical support;Regular education and publicity mobilization about emergency support are carried out to lay a solid foundation in mind for officers and soldiers;the emergency reservation is fulfilled in aspects of medicines, equipment, apparatus, and emergency support groceries;General and professional personnel training are enhanced; The training of full-time staff is strengthened to maintain, use and develop the equipment;the staff-equipment combination of medical support staff is highlighted. All the methods above are used to address the reservation and supply issue of the emergency medical support goods, thereby improving the medical support capacity of small and medium-sized hospitals for diverse military tasks.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
A high Streptolydigin-producing strain Streptomyces lydicus AS 4.2501-L8 with genetic stability was obtained from the original strain S. lydicus AS 4.2501-P28 by mutagenesis with UV and acridine orange, followed by resistance selection. Its yield of Streptolydigin was 177.0 ?g/mL, 96.2% higher than the original strain.

Objective To discuss the significance of platelet rich plasma in promoting bFGF and VEGF expression in would healing of rabbit buns .Methods The 24 rabbits were randomly divided into control group and experimental group .The sulfadiazine silver paint to the wound for control group and the platelet rich plasma gel evenly spread to the wound for experimental group .At 7th ,10th ,14th day ,4 rabbits of each group were randomly selected to sacrificed after anesthesiaed ,wound healing rate was compare in 2 groups ,HE staining and testimmunohistochemistry were conducted in each group .Results At 7th ,10th ,14th day ,the wound healing rate of experimental group were higher than those of control group .At 7th d ,the focal granulation ,cells and vessels inten-sive were more significant in experimental group than in control group ,at 10th day ,the wound fibroblast cells and capillary number are more significant in experimental group ,and at 14th day ,the most of fibroblasts translate into fiber cell and the capillary number decreased ,the fibroblasts proliferation was still active and fiber cell was less in the control group .At 7th ,10th day ,the expression of bFGF and VEGF were both higher ,but experimental group is obvious higher than control group(P<0 .05) ,but at 14th day ,the ex-pression of bFGF and VEGF were gradually declined and was not obvious statistics differences in the two group (P>0 .05) .Conclu-sion The platelet rich plasma could promote the big white rabbit scald wound healing ,while the main mechanism maybe the ex-pression of bFGF and VEGF increased in the early .

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(10):88-91
Objective To explore the application value of DOSE index score in the peitients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 122 cases of plateau COPD patients were followed up for 12 months, and we recorded and analyzed the patient's health and life.We also recorde FEV 1 and DOSE scores of the patients with COPD,and record the COPD risk events, including the number of respiratory failure and death, and the times of hospitalization, total such confinement, outpatient expenses, hospitalization expenses,mMRC,and scored in the number of exacerbations, etc. Results The DOSE index score was negatively correlated with FEV1% pred (r=0.73,P < 0.05) for 122 COPD patients, and were positively correlated with mMRC (r=085,P < 0.01),the annual number of exacerbations (r=0.71,P < 0.01),respiratory failure (r=0.65,P < 0.01),heart failure (r=0.50,P < 0.01),number of outpatient service (r=0.12,P<0.01),hospitalization time (r=0.70,P<0.01),the totalsuchconfinement (r=0.66,P<0.01),outpatient expenses (r=0.13,P> 0.13),hospitalization expenses (r=0.65,P<0.01).ROC curve was used to analyzed the cut-off point and curve area of COPD DOSE index. Conclusion The DOSE index is a simple COPD assessment tools, and is closely related to the prognosis of patients and health.

ObjectiveTo study the effect of behavior training on the expression of neural growth factor(NGF) in the dentate gyrus(DG) in rats with left lateral hippocampal infarction.Methods102 SD rats were randomized into fore-training,3 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d,35 d,42 d,49 d training groups,fore-immobilization, 3 d、7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d,35 d,42 d,49 d immobilization groups and control group.Behavior training and immobilization were performed at 1st day after the infarction.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NGF in the DG at different points of time.ResultsThe expression of NGF is certain in the normal DG of rats. The expression of NGF increased after infarction. However, the expression of NGF had obviously increased in fore-training groups compared with that in fore-immobilization groups.ConclusionBehavior training can accelerate the expression of NGF in the DG of rats with left hippocampal infarction.

Objective To evaluate 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT in detecting occult malignancy in patients with suspected paraneoplastic neurological syndrome (PNS).Methods Twenty consecutive patients who underwent PET/CT scanning with the indication of suspected PNS were retrospectively reviewed. The gold standard of PNS was either cytology or clinical follow-up, and the final diagnosis was compared with PET/CT findings. Results Of the 20 patients, six were PNS.PET/CT detected nine cases.Six were true positive and three were false positive. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of PET/CT were 100% (6/6), 78.57% (11/14), 85.00% (17/20),66.7% (6/9) and 100.00% ( 11/11 ) respectively. The treatment plan was modified based on the PET/CT results in 4 patients. Conclusions 18F-FDG PET/CT may play a role in detecting the underlying malignancy of PNS.It is also valuable in staging of the malignancy thus providing information for therapy decision making.
