Objective To solve the encountered problem of lack of space and dyskinesia of detector in dual energy X-ray absorptiometry system, Methods The method used PartitionMagic8.0 software to partition space in hard disk and added the load to keep the detector balance for moving, Results The original software can run in hard disk, and the pulleys are not gotten force from side. Conclusion The reason of problem is analyzed to find the method that can reduce the percentage for system failure and improve precision and accuracy of data.
2.Calculating the Consumed Peak Value of Oxygen in Central Oxygen Supply System Based on Poisson Distribution

The objective of this paper is to find out a way that calculate the consumed peak value of oxygen in medical central oxygen supply system,which is the basis for discussion of purchasing hospital oxygen generating system.The author established a math model by poisson distribution to describe the consumed peak value of oxygen in medical central oxygen supply system to find out a convenience way to calculate the consumed peak value of oxygen.
3.Pressure-based Monitoring of Medical Central Compressing Air Supply System

Objective To determine the indexes for evaluating medical central compressing air sypply system.Methods According to the gas equation,pressure calculation was perfomed with the pressure variation as the monitoring subject.Results Such parameters could be used for monitoring medical central compressing air supply system as as average velocity & instanteous velocity of gas consumption,air compressor's average exhaust velocity & exhaust velocity at start-stop point,and pressure-exhaust velocity curve of air compressor.Conclusion The method can be applied to enhancement of quality management & maintenance of the equipment.

To ensure the quality of direct digital radiography images, the management and control of image quality, basic adjustment of facilities post-processing, and raising technicians' professional quality mut be performed. To protect patients from radiation should be emphasized in medical staffs. Radiation should be reduced when ensuring the images' quality, and green examination concepts should be advised.
5.The influence of puerarin on the expression of TNF-α in rats with focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion

Objective To study the nerve protective mechanism of puerarin on ischemic brain injured and observe the expression change of TNF-α cytokines in ischemic brain area. Methods 90 healthy male SD(Spraque-Dawley)rats were used to built the animal model of brain medium sized artery focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion with the patching methods, and the rats were randomly divided into three groups: Sham operation group(n=30),operation group(n=30),operation with puerarin interfered group(n=30).There were five different observing time in every group(6h,12h,24h,48h,72h after operation).The operation with puerarin group rats were treated with puerarin solution, the sham operation and operation group rats were injected the same volume Sodium Chloride. To observe the expression of TNF-α cytokines in different time, immunohistochemistry staining in ischemic region was used. Results Compared with the sham operation group. the expression of TNF-α cytokine in cerebral isehemic reperfusion brain tissue in the operation and the operation with puerarin interfered groups was higher(P<0.01).Compared with the operation group, the expression of TNF-αcytokine was significantly decreased in different time after cerebral ischemic-reperfusion in the operation with puerarin interfered group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions The puerarin can restrain the expression of the TNF-α cytokine.
6.The application of full-size three-dimensional printing model combined with three-dimensional digital demonstration in facilitating patient's preoperative understanding of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of full-size three-dimensional individual printed model (3D-IPM) for improving the patient's understanding of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy (LPN) preoperatively.Methods Between June 2015 and June 2016,37 patients with cT1 renal tumors underwent retroperitoneal LPN.The 3D individual digital models (3D-IDMs) were created using 3D medical image reconstructing and guiding system (3D-MIRGS) and the full-size 3D-IPMs were fabricated correspondingly.For each patient and his/her closest accompanying immediate family member (CAIFM),two preoperative conversations with a single surgeon were held by using patient's CT films,the entity of 3D-IPM combined with 3D-IDM demonstration separately.The preoperative levels of comprehension to the renal anatomy,mass characteristics,the upcoming PN procedure,potential complication risks and postoperative prognosis were evaluated using a self-made scoring questionnaire in the patient and CAIFM groups.Results All the fabrications of full-size 3D-IPMs were technically successful.Both in patient and CAIFM groups,the total preoperative comprehending score (total-PCS) elevated significantly by presenting 3D-IPM combined with 3D-IDM demonstration than CT films (42.7 vs.31.5 in patient group,P < 0.05;44.6 vs.33.1 in CAIFM group,P < 0.05).Sub-PCSs in all 5 aspects also showed a uniformed climbing pattern with the assistance of 3D-IPM combined with 3D-IDM demonstration rather than CT films.Conclusion The application of 3D-IPM combined with 3D-IDM demonstration can improve the preoperative comprehension of the patient and CAIFM to LPN with more intuitionistic and verisimilar presentation.
7.Effects of intravenous remifentanil infusion on myocardial oxidative stress in rats

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of intravenous (iv) remifentanil infusion on myocardial oxidative stress in rats.MethodsOne hundred and eighty male SD rats weighing 250-300 g were randomly divided into 15 groups (n =12 each):group control (group C); group ischemic preconditioning (group IPC); group remifentanil preconditioning ( group RPC ) ; while ia iv remifentanil infusion groups,iv remifentanil was infused at 4 different rates ( 1,5,10,20μg· kg- 1 · min- 1 ) and each rate was maintained for 15,60 and 120 min respectively.Myocardial ischemia was induced by occlusion of left coronary artery anterior descending branch for 30 min followed by 120 min reperfusion in 6 rats in each group.In group IPC myocardial ischemia was preceded by 3 cycles of 5min ischemia-5min reperfusion;whilein group RPC3cycles of 5min remifentanil infusion at 5 μg· kg-1 · min-1 were applied at 5 min interval before ischemia.Six rats in which I/R was produced were sacrificed in each group,myocardial infarct size (IS) and the area at risk (AAR) were measured and IS/AAR was calculated.The left 6 rats in each group were sacrificed at the corresponding time point (the end of each treatment)and superoxide radical expression and MDA and nitrotyrosine contents in myocardium were determined.Results IS/AAR was significantly decreased in groups IPC,RPC,1 μg·kg-1 ·min-1 × 120 min,5 μg·kg-1 ·min-1 × 60or 120 min and 10 μg· kg- 1 · min- 1 × 60 min as compared with group C.Compared with group C,the myocardial superoxide radical expression was significantly up-regulated in groups 1 μg· kg-1· min-1 × 120 min, 5 μg·kg-1 ·min-1 ×60 or 120 min,10μg·kg-1 ·min-1 ×60 or 120 min and 20 μg·kg-1 ·min-1 × 15,60 or 120min,and myocardial MDA and nitrotyrosine contents were significantly increased in group 20 μg· kg-1 · min-1 ×15,60 or 120 min.ConclusionLonger duration of high rate remifentanil infusion can induce myocardial oxidative stress in rats.
8.Myofibrillar myopathy with cytoplasmatic.spheroid bodies: a report of a Chinese family

Objective To report the clinical, myopathological and genetic features in myofibrillar myopathy (MFM) with numerous cytoplasmatic-spheroid bodies. Methods Ten patients in 5 successive generations began to present progressive proximal limbs weakness at 35 to 40 years old. Additionally, 4 cases manifested diarrhea and 6 cases accompanied with cardiorespiratory symptoms. An open biopsy was performed on the proband. In addition to histological, enzymhistochemical staining and ultrastructural examination, immunohistochemical staining with antibody against tau, desmin, ubiquitin, dysferlin, dystrophin-C', dystrophin-N' and dystrophin-R were done. All the exons of the MYOT, CRYAB, DESMIN, LDB3, LMNA, SEPNI gene and the FLNC exon 48 were analysed. Results Cytoplasmatic bodies and spheroid bodies were found in the fibers. The deposited material were positive for tau, desmin, ubiquitin, dysferlin and dystrophin-R, dystrophin-C'. Electron microscope showed granular dense Z-disc material in the inclusions which were surrounded by thin filament. There was no mutation in the above exons of the 7 candidate genes. Conclusions Myofibrillar myopathy involves multiple system impairment. Cytoplasmatic and spheroid bodies contain microtubule and membrane associated protein. The disease might be induced by some unknown genetic abnormities.
10.Systematic view on medicinal property theory based on self-similarity principle.

Studies on the prescription combination regularity based on medicinal tastes focus on the internal relations between the structure and hierarchy of the prescription combination system. In this paper, with the systematic and scientific self-similarity theory as the core ideology, authors systematically interpreted the self-similarity theory of medicinal properties, defined the self-similarity of prescriptions with identical or similar medicinal properties, and built the systematic view of medicinal property theory based on the prescription combination based on the entity grammar system. As a result, the system was conducive to integrating traditional Chinese medicinal knowledge of syndromes, therapeutic principles, efficacies, medicinal properties and tastes and achieving the automatic design and optimization process from symptoms to prescriptions, and providing scientific and feasible methods and technical systems for the application of the medicinal property theory, with a guiding significance to the technology, methodology and theory of decoction pieces compatibility, component compatibility and compound medicine design.
